Really outrageous. Ordered via Lieferando over an hour ago. It was confirmed. After 1 hour there was still no one at the front door, but there was a lieferando person who was just sitting in the car and the delivery tracking also said that the guy was right in front of our front door. Less than 2 minutes later the order was suddenly canceled! How can something like that be!? We waited an hour and then just before our food didn't arrive. Thanks for nothing, now it's too late to order anywhere else. Super bad service. If you don't want to deliver then just say so straight away and not after an hour!

Cozy. Employees are quite friendly. Everything was very tasty and prepared with fresh ingredients. Nicely served. It's just a shame that the Mochi ice cream was quite small ;) It would be decorated accordingly for Valentine's Day. And it was really full, so it makes sense to make a reservation, at least on public holidays. So we were very happy about receiving a voucher for this restaurant from colleagues. Children's menu is included, card payment is possible and table reservations are very convenient via Google ;) Thank you ;)

Small restaurant with polite, attentive service. It's always like a little visit to Japan. The map isn't too big and so far I've always found something delicious on it.

The madness! An employee made an error during the reservation. The boss and the team acted very quickly and very accommodating and offered us a single seat while we waited and served us immediately. The boss was also very loving towards our little son and the little brat also got a lollipop at the end. Otherwise, as always, lots of choice, friendly staff and incredibly tasty. 30€ TWO DISHES 2 PEOPLE Never had Ching Chang so bad in my life, really disrespectful, no one was in the store, I waited for an hour. Baked chicken seemed to me like they cut it very, very thinly so I had to chew on the meat like it was goat. I've eaten Asian food at least over 200 times in my life. This Asian guy isn't worth any money in the world

Anyone who has known Samurai for a while will know that the prices have risen considerably, but the sushi rolls (especially the special rolls) have unfortunately become significantly smaller. The ambience has always been rather cool - unfortunately in the last few months the temperature in the restaurant has also been! So we only order for pickup, because nobody wants to be cold all evening with bad service. But a lot has also changed when it comes to pick-up: special requests, whether mentioned on the phone or submitted when ordering online, are simply not taken into account. There is no longer any small salad and some of the sushi is packaged in boxes that are too small in an appetizing way. It's a real shame about this development!

The food is really delicious and the service is top notch! A small suggestion for improvement: A little more attention to cleanliness and freshness in the toilets would make the overall experience even more pleasant.

Had running sushi there for the fourth time today. The food was good as always. However, there was noticeably little on the tape today. Unfortunately, we left the shop before the end of our time because the supposed boss and the junior boss were arguing loudly in the dining room and without the waitresses it would probably have gotten violent. The highlight was that the junior boss threw the cash register including the monitor on the floor. The potential for violence was very high and the mood was very heated. This made us so insecure that we paid as quickly as possible and left. Also for our own safety. Other guests also left the restaurant very quickly. It is uncertain whether we will visit this restaurant again, because such behavior in front of guests is an absolute no-go. Hopefully the argument hasn't escalated any further and everyone is okay.
