Underground. We were sent away twice in the evening, today at 8:55 p.m., even though it was officially open until 10 p.m.

A very nice restaurant with a large, partially covered outdoor area and a side room. The food is delicious, and special requests are no problem. The service is also excellent.

Recommendation from a friend. Food (pizza + salad) terrific. Everything was fine. The ambience is simple, but when the food is so good, it doesn't matter. Probably much less significant in the summer when sitting outside. Write it down as an “insider tip”

We, my wife and I, had dinner in the "Alte Schmelz" on Saturday evening. Almost all tables were fully occupied and two people in service, a lady and a gentleman, had everything well under control and under control. I had the winemaker's steak with fried potatoes, my wife had the schnitzel with mushroom sauce. We enjoyed both very much, the homemade and freshly prepared fried potatoes were a dream. Plus the freshly tapped Bayreuther light, simply brilliant. Thank you for the nice and attentive service, it was a lovely evening with you!

Very tasty food, portion size adjusted to price/performance. Small location but cozy stay. Seating also available outside. Attentive and friendly staff. Takeaway also available. No long waiting times. I'd love to come back.

The finest food!!!! Very attentive boss and a super nice, attentive service person. We come more often now. The three of us each ate something different and everything was delicious, whether it was game, goose or pans.

Very nice restaurant, good pizzas and pleasant, friendly service. We were thrilled with the pizza toppings. The dough was a little difficult to cut. We don't know whether it was the dough or the knives. But the pizza and salad tasted excellent.

Waited forever for the pizza for 2 hours. There was no apology after calling twice and we were put off. Pizza was supposed to be right there... never again. My friend's pizza dough was soggy.

Very good food in a family atmosphere. You receive a friendly welcome and the staff are very attentive. As a guest, you feel welcome and appreciated. The kitchen offers German and Croatian dishes that offer excellent value for money. The great location near the Wurstmarkt parking lot is another advantage. We now eat here regularly and can highly recommend it!
