Nice restaurant, nice service, delicious food...

Food was good. I find the portion of pepperoni to be 10 pieces. for 8,...€ is too little. But they were very tasty. Rump steak was very good. Schnitzel was also delicious and large portion (2 schnitzels) for a senior citizen portion. Nice service staff. Unfortunately, the disadvantage is that the beer garden is right next to the street. But this restaurant is recommended, especially if you are hungry.

1st place in Bad Dürkheim for the most unpleasant service...highly priced and average quality...never again

Deliciously prepared, good service, I can recommend it to everyone. The liver with onions was the best.

We ate here with friends, the prices and the service were good, but the background noise was very loud because of the main street. The dessert (vanilla ice cream with hot raspberries) was also delicious!!! We'd love to come back ;-)

A good middle-class inn. Clocky but good.

I ate here with colleagues during a business trip. The food was very tasty, even if we had to wait a little long. In contrast to Upper Franconia, prices are quite high in my opinion. The ambience is not really inviting and could use a new coat of paint, among other things. Service was okay and friendly.

You can eat good local food with rustic furnishings

The food is very tasty and the service is perfect, but I find it very overpriced if I have to pay €24 for a sirloin skewer with sheep's cheese gratin! It is also overpriced if I have to pay €21 for boiled beef with horseradish!!! Guys, it can be done differently!

Yesterday it was a spontaneous decision to eat at the Sachsenhütte. Ordered a table for 5 people over the phone. We were greeted very warmly and the delicious food was brought quickly. Which is very important for small children 😉. Since we liked it very much, we will come back.

Quaint restaurant with German-Croatian cuisine. Around 1960... with lots of wood engravings on the wall and a toilet over the yard. Time has stopped here. Newly renovated women's toilet. Men's toilet still with pee drain. Food is good and cheap, especially Croatian cuisine. Liver cooked perfectly. Platter for 2 people 35 euros....a lot of meat..... From 10 people you can order suckling pig. Prepared in the typical Croatian grill.

Very tasty and very good quality food. The portions are absolutely filling. The side salad is also very tasty. The prices are also absolutely reasonable. On weekends it may be advisable to make a reservation as space is somewhat limited. It's about 15 minutes from the train stop and even for Park Clinic patients it's about a 15-20 minute walk (with crutches). We'll definitely be back, even if we have to travel from Mannheim!

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis direkt am Wurstmarktplatz mit croatischer Küche/Grill und eigenem Scharm...alteingesessene Bewirtschaftung mit Stammkundschaft und keine Touristenfalle, gerade Nebenraum und direkten Gastbeteich teilrenoviert.

Essen war ok, Toilette, naja!! Freundlich, Parkplätze vorhanden.

Ziet er oudbollig uit zowel buiten als binnen. Gastvrouw in slobbertrui maar eten is heerlijk en goedkoop. Jager en zigeunerschnitzel. Wijnglazen vol.. Aanrader.

Leckeres Essen, freundliches Personal.

Wir waren als Gruppe dort essen nach einer Weinwanderung. Die Portionen waren sehr großzügig, was nach einem langen Tag sehr willkommen war. Die Rahmsoße wirke leider so, als wäre sie nicht selbst gekocht sondern aus der Tüte. Ansonsten waren das Essen und die Getränke aber sehr lecker. Abzug gibt es allerdings für die Toilette, die dringend renoviert werden muss.

Das Essen ist dort immer lecker. Egal zur welcher Jahreszeit mann kommt. Freundliche Bedienung und Wartezeit auf Essen ist gering meine Meinung nach. Sind sehr gerne dort essen. Schmeckt uns sehr gut.... 😋😋😋

Der Empfang war freundlich, der Service gut und das Essen lecker. Wir haben draußen gesessen, das war nett gemacht, allerdings ist die Straße schon sehr laut.

Goede, vriendelijke en zeer snelle service! Je kunt hier voor weinig geld veel eten. Een puntje ter aandacht: je kunt hier niet pinnen, zorg dus voor contant geld. Bedankt voor de goede service!

Ich kenne die Sachsenhütte seit ca.35 Jahren aber ich war nie enttäuscht deshalb wenn ihr unzufrieden seit sagt es dem Chef und postet es nicht

Leider ein sehr liebloses und ungepflegtes Lokal. Das Essen naja, bis auf die Leber. Die Bedienung uninteressiert. Die Getränke wurden in Flaschen auf den Tisch geknallt, einschänken muss man selbst. Nie wieder, Sorry

Essen war super lecker m. kroatischen Speisen . Auch hatten sie deutsche Gerichte. Über die Herrentoilette müssen wir uns noch mal unterhalten!!!

Mein Lieblingsessen ist gebratene Leber mit Zwiebeln in zahlreichen Einzelstücken, dazu reichlich Beilagen an Kartoffeln und Salat - esse ich jedes Mal, ist immer lecker.
