Wir waren heute mit unseren Kindern hier essen wie immer ein Genuss sehr sehr lecker Gemütlicher Biergarten in Bad Dürkheim mit kroatischen und deutschen Gerichten mit einer sehr sehr freundlichen jungen Mann der sein Beruf kann.

Wir hatten eine Feier mit 20 Leuten und es war super. Das Personal mega nett und kompetent, das Essen lecker, Fleisch auf den Punkt gegrillt. Der selbstgemachte Kuchen einfach köstlich. Wir kommen schon lange hier her und würden bisher nie enttäuscht. Wer Leber mag ist hier auch bestens aufgehoben. Danke für den schönen Tag.

Man konnte ganz nett draußen sitzen. Die Bedingung war sehr nett. Solides Essen. Die Portion war mir etwas zu klein. Der Vorspeisensalat war sehr lecker. Die Pfefferrahmsoße zum Schnitzel war leider etwas zu dünn und verwässert. Auch vom Geschmack her sehr flach. Hier kann man noch etwas optimieren. 👍🏻

Die Sachsenhütte in Bad Dürkheim kann ich absolut empfehlen. Ich habe Leber mit Zwiebeln, Knoblauch und Pommes gegessen, dazu ein Radler – alles war super lecker und frisch vom Grill. Besonders die Leber war hervorragend zubereitet und hat richtig klasse geschmeckt. Auch die Preise sind absolut fair und angemessen für die Qualität und Portionen. Sehr gutes Essen, gemütliche Atmosphäre und definitiv einen Besuch wert. Von mir ganz klar 5 Sterne!

Spontan am Samstag Nachmittag eingekehrt. Sehr leckere gegrillte Leber und Pljescavica mit Djuvecreis und Beilagensalat gegessen. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr nette Wirtsleute, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Essen und der Service waren sehr gut. Das Ambiente ist etwas schlicht, wird aber durch die Qualität des Essen mehr als kompensiert. Gerne wieder.

Wir sind immer begeistert. Leckeres Essen, super Service. Einfach ein wirklich gutes Lokal.

Gute Kroatische und Pfälzer Küche. Grillen auf dem Holzkohlegril lhaben Sie echt Top drauf. Egal ob Grillteller, dickes Rumpsteak, Schweinelende... alles bisher auf den Punkt. Ampiente altbacken auch das Geschirr. Mir gefällt das aber. Einfache ehrliche Küche ohne Chichi. Das einzige was ich hier zu beanstanden habe ist die Herrentoilette. Die gehört seit 30 Jahren mal renoviert. Bei den Damen ist das wohl passiert.

Rustikal und einfach gehalten. Man kann nicht mit Karte zahlen, aber an der Tankstelle nebenan Geld holen. Gerichte einfach gehalten und waren ok.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it highly enough. The service staff were very friendly, but that doesn't improve the overall experience. The restaurant, like the entire building, feels very dated, and the interior looks like it's from the 1960s. The restrooms, located outside in the former barn, are also from the 1960s. The food gets a massive downgrade; the cream sauce was pre-made, as was the schnitzel, which was pre-made and heated from frozen in the deep fryer. All in all, a plus, given that the Wurstmarkt car park is opposite, which unfortunately recently started charging a parking fee of €3.

They serve Croatian specialties from the charcoal grill. Delicious. Great service. Very good value for money. We'll be back.

The food is very, very tasty, but the prices are completely overpriced! A chop with fries and salad costs €20.00, a cordon bleu with fries and salad costs €21.00, and a sirloin skewer with feta cheese, fries and salad costs €24.00. Sorry, but we're not paying more for that. You can overdo it! We went there again recently, and lo and behold, the prices have gone up again. Now the chop costs €21.00 and the sirloin skewer costs €24.80. How long are you going to keep raising the prices?

The service was very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and plentiful. A little bit of Croatia in the heart of Bad Dürkheim. There was a bowl of fresh water for the dog. 👍

We visited this wonderful restaurant for the first time with our two children and were absolutely thrilled! The German-Croatian cuisine completely won us over – every dish was a delight! The portions are huge, and the value for money is unbeatable. This was definitely not our last visit.

This was our first visit to this restaurant, which serves Croatian/German dishes. The menu is extensive, with salads, appetizers, main courses, desserts, and a wide selection of drinks. The service was very friendly, courteous, and attentive. The interior ambiance is rustic, but the beer garden is well-structured and modernly designed. My conclusion: We were very satisfied. The food was truly delicious and the portions generous. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended. 😊

We were in Bad Dürkheim over the weekend and discovered the Sachsenhütte by chance. The staff was very friendly, always asking if everything was okay or if there was anything missing. We didn't have to wait long, and the food (2 cordon bleu) was very, very good.

Very good food in a family atmosphere. You receive a friendly welcome and the staff are very attentive. As a guest, you feel welcome and appreciated. The kitchen offers German and Croatian dishes that offer excellent value for money. The great location near the Wurstmarkt parking lot is another advantage. We now eat here regularly and can highly recommend it!

Nice restaurant with friendly service and good food. Pleskavica with sheep's cheese and Djuwetch rice, simply delicious. Steaks etc. are always good too. There is also a house salad there. Extra orders are no problem either. Price performance is definitely top. We definitely enjoy eating there.

We went here for dinner as a family. The food is authentic Croatian and homemade. Meat is of great quality. The Croatian rice is also homemade. The Croatia plate and the stuffed minced steak are highly recommended. The service is very attentive and child-friendly. All in all a great restaurant if you love Croatian cuisine. There were four of us visiting and wanted to have a nice evening. We were served very well by the staff. Suddenly the innkeeper came and scolded us for no reason and treated us very unpleasantly. We've never experienced anything like this before. Blatant exposure. Even other guests found it uncomfortable.

My favorite meal is fried liver with onions in numerous individual pieces, with plenty of side dishes of potatoes and salad - I eat it every time, it's always delicious.

The food was great, the grilled liver was a dream, it's better to reserve a table, almost always full, the service had a lot to do so it can take a while but that's ok, the next room was extensively renovated and a sandstone wall was exposed, which looks great, unfortunately it is The seating is at least 50 years old, if you could add a bit of freshness it would be great.

Unfortunately I can't give a star after such an unfriendly reception today at 12:30 p.m., then we were in the barrel and ate and I can only recommend it very well and above all very friendly... I should meet my mother of 87 years Sitting in the sun in such heat this afternoon, so no respect. The restaurant was empty and still on the other side that wasn't possible because my mother has a circulatory problem. Disrespectful... This service shouldn't be let loose on people, maybe as a dishwasher... Never again...we were there often but maybe there was a change in tenant because we weren't used to something like that...Too unfriendly and the beer in the glass gets sour...

Food was good. I find the portion of pepperoni to be 10 pieces. for 8,...€ is too little. But they were very tasty. Rump steak was very good. Schnitzel was also delicious and large portion (2 schnitzels) for a senior citizen portion. Nice service staff. Unfortunately, the disadvantage is that the beer garden is right next to the street. But this restaurant is recommended, especially if you are hungry.

Deliciously prepared, good service, I can recommend it to everyone. The liver with onions was the best.

We ate here with friends, the prices and the service were good, but the background noise was very loud because of the main street. The dessert (vanilla ice cream with hot raspberries) was also delicious!!! We'd love to come back ;-)

I ate here with colleagues during a business trip. The food was very tasty, even if we had to wait a little long. In contrast to Upper Franconia, prices are quite high in my opinion. The ambience is not really inviting and could use a new coat of paint, among other things. Service was okay and friendly.

Yesterday it was a spontaneous decision to eat at the Sachsenhütte. Ordered a table for 5 people over the phone. We were greeted very warmly and the delicious food was brought quickly. Which is very important for small children 😉. Since we liked it very much, we will come back.

Quaint restaurant with German-Croatian cuisine. Around 1960... with lots of wood engravings on the wall and a toilet over the yard. Time has stopped here. Newly renovated women's toilet. Men's toilet still with pee drain. Food is good and cheap, especially Croatian cuisine. Liver cooked perfectly. Platter for 2 people 35 euros....a lot of meat..... From 10 people you can order suckling pig. Prepared in the typical Croatian grill.
