Friendly service, food very good, not a long wait despite all hell breaking loose! 5 stars + from me and my family! You feel really comfortable, the outdoor spaces are protected with large parasols! Reservations are recommended as the restaurant is very popular! The prices are also really family-friendly!!!

Yesterday we visited the Palatinate and were able to have lunch in the beautiful forest restaurant with a view of Bad Dürkheim. Very nice and hardworking staff! The head of the house also came to the table and chatted with us briefly and asked if everything was satisfactory! Very tasty food, large portions at reasonable affordable prices. We felt very comfortable. Thanks to the entire team and...we'll definitely be back at some point!

Yesterday we were at the Schützenhaus with friends, it was very nice to sit on the terrace in the fresh air. The two service girls (Julia and Meli) as well as the boss Anja and Theo are all super nice! The terrace was full, everyone was running and serving the guests courteously. The drinks were served very quickly and we didn't have to wait long for the food. The kitchen, led by chef Haytham, works excellently and brings very good food to the table. Keep it up, we'll definitely be back.

We went to the Schützenhaus for the first time today on a trip to Bad Dürkheim and were totally thrilled. The location in the middle of the forest with a great view is just great. The service is quick, very friendly and attentive. There's only one thing to say about the food: Very, very, very tasty... All in all, the Schützenhaus forest restaurant is worth a visit. If you're nearby, definitely try it out and enjoy. 5 (absolutely deserved) stars from us

Better late than never. We were there on my mom's birthday, which the boss probably noticed by chance. As a surprise we were treated to sparkling wine. That was great! My little son even got an ice cream just like that, and so did mom 😅🥰

We were in the Schützenhaus for the second time today. Luckily, the friendly waitress was able to offer us a nice table with a nice view without a reservation. The Palatinate cuisine, deliciously prepared, accompanied by a cool drink impressed us once again. Many thanks to the staff, keep it up. We would definitely like to come back.

Very nice restaurant with a great view. The team there is young and funny. Unfortunately I only had something to drink there after a hike, but I will stop there and eat something at the next opportunity. The portions looked very normal there, with fair prices.

We have been coming to the Schützenhaus for years, as a couple or with friends. The food is consistently high quality and there are always seasonal extras. After the renovation, the guest room is not only comfortable, but also a little more stylish. This is how it should be in a Palatinate restaurant, where you can feel at home as a hiker as well as a normal visitor. The view over the Palatinate to the Bergstrasse is unbeatable. We would like to thank the entire team for many relaxed, enjoyable hours and look forward to many more.

Despite no prior reservation (which is DEFINITELY recommended), the owners were super nice and tried to make everything possible so that we could sit comfortably with 13 people. The food was super tasty. Starting with the salad for the starter, the garlic sauce, the grilled peppers...etc... EVERYTHING was very good. Very tasty, very friendly, prices reasonable and the toilet very clean. We'd love to come back! 🙃🥰 Ps. I think the herbs in the middle of the tables are a really nice and delicious idea😎🤭

The food was very tasty, the service was first class. Prices are not high, rather in line with local standards, but the amount of food will satisfy everyone, and everything is fresh and fragrant.
