The staff (middle-aged man with glasses) served us in an incredibly condescending manner. The sub for €9.5 is definitely not worth the money in this store.

I have negative experiences with the employees at this branch again and again, even though there are new faces there every time. This time I was ignored at first, and then when it was brought to my attention, I was asked in a very unfriendly/unwilling manner whether there was anything else to do (? Strange question if there had been no communication until then).

A friend and I ordered subs and both were not properly topped like we ordered. I even had to throw mine away because it had a really weird tasting mix of ingredients on it.

You don't have the option to park directly at the subway as there is no parking space there. Today we stood on the footpath with the vans. The shop itself was very dirty. Behind the counter there was a woman who didn't really speak German. Food was OK. And, I ordered food to take away and then had to pay an extra €0.10 for the bag, which is actually free everywhere. It was definitely my first and last visit there.

Unfortunately, once again, the delivery service is not served first by the customer in the store, but by 3 employees. Even after another 8 customers behind me, the waitresses made NO sign of taking my order. Then we left and won't be coming back. I have employees myself, and these employees would simply be unsuitable for my company.
