One point deducted because it is often quite difficult for one employee alone to prepare food at a piece rate when there is a rush of customers. Otherwise one can only praise, as the employees there are always friendly and work very quickly.

If franchisees only cherry-pick the franchise, that's cheese. Reward vouchers don't work, but subs do, but only sometimes and you can never be sure - I don't want to play the lottery as to how much I'll pay for my meal. And if I pay the full price even though I was lured with discounts, I can also go to a real bar for a few euros more. Disappointing.

Ordered via Lieferando. A delivery time of 5:45 p.m. was agreed upon. Confirmation was then made at 6:45 p.m. I asked over the phone whether that was correct. This has been confirmed, which is of course not nice. When asked whether I should cancel, I said no. Shortly afterwards, Lieferando informed me that the order had been canceled by the shop. Very bad customer service. If you are unable to calculate your delivery times, you shouldn't be surprised when customers call. The reaction is of course very customer-oriented by canceling the customer

Food was ordered and prepared, then it was packed and placed at the checkout. Suddenly there were 5 subs at the checkout and of course I got the completely wrong one (sauce, toppings…). In the end I paid €10 for a Veggie Delite :)

Very nice and fast employees. Ordering in the app works and paying by card also works perfectly. I don't understand the other reviews. I'm very satisfied👍

on September 18th, 2024, at 7:41 p.m. (photo added, which was taken at 7:41 p.m.), we wanted to buy several subs in the Subway store at Hasselbachplatz in Magdeburg. Although the store was supposed to be open until 8 p.m. according to the opening times, we found ourselves in front of a locked door. When we tried to enter the store, we were seen by the employees and the light on the advertising board at the entrance was quickly turned off - all 20 minutes before closing time. This behavior is an absolute disgrace. We are accordingly upset and disappointed with this experience. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and we cannot recommend the store under these circumstances. We have also decided not to enter this location again in the future. We expect a statement and hope that this unacceptable behavior will be dealt with internally in order to avoid such incidents in the future.

This was my favorite Subway store at the time, the prices were fair and the sandwiches were carefully topped. However, the store has been closed for over 2 years and Dominos has taken over the premises.

It's a real shame with the great location, but for me it's by far the worst subway I know. Already experienced everything, instead of plant based, there was meat, employees with headphones in their ears who asked five times what should be on it and got the wrong payment twice

Disappointing experiences with Subway vouchers I've had several bad experiences with Subway vouchers recently. During one visit, I wanted to redeem a valid voucher that promised me a second one for free when I bought a 15 cm plant-based teriyaki. The voucher doesn't say anything about a limit, but I was told that only one voucher can be redeemed per person per day. Such conditions should be clearly stated on the voucher - that is simply unfair. Even worse: In another branch they didn't even want to accept the vouchers, even though they were valid. This is really disappointing and seems like they are intentionally misleading customers. I expect more transparency and customer friendliness from a large chain like Subway. It can't be the case that every branch does what it wants. Hopefully this will be better regulated in the future.
