I think the food is really delicious. The staff are very friendly, and I go there three times a month because the food is so delicious.

The meal was a culinary delight! The staff followed my orders brilliantly and conjured up a magical feast for me! And we don't have to talk about the price, my golden dollars were well invested here.

Staff unfriendly and in a bad mood...should look elsewhere.

I was there with friends and had a sub and it was really good, the service was really great, I can recommend it to everyone. :-)

Unfortunately, the service is abysmal. The store is supposed to open at 11, but at 11:05, the first employee comes shuffling out, looking dejected. No hello, and when you try to order, you're only served rudely. The young man behind the counter is barely audible. His colleague just sits in the corner, staring at his phone.

Not even worth one star, we were served by a young man while his colleague just sits around in the shop and doesn't do anything except say dirty words and also use her cell phone You really had the feeling that this person was not capable of working with or serving people

I was just there at 8:15 p.m. It's open until 8:30 p.m. They didn't want to serve me anymore, a younger employee was already cleaning everything up and a younger male employee ate a sub. If you can't get anything 15 minutes before the store closes, you should change the opening times

Unfortunately, the staff was extremely unfriendly; they were repeatedly insulted while ordering. Perhaps a change of staff would be appropriate 🤷‍♂️

Unfortunately, both subs I bought (chicken teriyaki, BBQ rib) were completely flavorless. They tasted neither like teriyaki nor like BBQ. I only tasted the sauces; the surrounding flavors were missing. At least the vegetables were fresh and crisp.

Great food. There's a nice gentleman with a full beard. Always very nice! Everyone else has zero enthusiasm, which I find very disappointing.

Unfortunately, this was the worst Subway I've ever had, from the service—who were completely unwilling to work, unfriendly, and listless—to the baguette. The bread didn't seem fresh, it didn't taste good, and the atmosphere was anything but cozy. Please motivate your employees!

In terms of price, the topic of sandwiches is overused here.

One point deducted because it is often quite difficult for one employee alone to prepare food at a piece rate when there is a rush of customers. Otherwise one can only praise, as the employees there are always friendly and work very quickly.

I like Subways. You can customize your sandwich or get advice on what goes best together. A quick snack for in between meals, not always just kebabs or burgers. An alternative.

I go there regularly once a week and can only confirm the prevailing 'not in the mood' atmosphere described by other guests here. There was nothing going on today, but I was just left standing there, everything else was more important... I left again.

Not much can be said about the food. It's just SubWay. Service was nice and the toilet was very clean.

The staff today was absolutely underground. No enthusiasm at all. The young man wearing sweatpants (!) was visibly annoyed and his work colleague yawned several times while making sandwiches. After all the customers had been “served,” the two sat at the table opposite with their cell phones. All the tables were dirty. The sandwich was carelessly thrown together so that everything fell apart while eating. Never again!

It's just a fast-food restaurant. The food is perfectly fine.

My visit to the Subway branch in Quedlinburg was mixed; the service left a lot to be desired. The food itself was good - even if the bread was too crusty in places and slightly burnt. The service, however, was disappointing. The first employee barely spoke a word and seemed rude. When I politely asked whether my sub was really the veggie chicken teriyaki, I received a mushy answer: "Yes, chicken teriyaki." When I asked again whether it was really the vegetarian chicken, he reacted annoyed and grabbed it only then to the correct container with the green marking. This unnecessarily harsh reaction, when I just wanted to make sure I got the right thing, was very unpleasant. The second employee was a little friendlier, but he also seemed distracted and not really focused on the matter. Overall, the food was good, but the unfriendly and disinterested service made the visit less pleasant.

Wasn't there for the first time. Today, however, it didn't leave a good impression. The young men behind the counter were more interested in a young lady than in waiting customers. As a result, order acceptance was delayed and the baguette type was forgotten. At least the food made up for it somewhat. However, the boys have no part in this.

We've been going here after the Rockharz Festival for years. The subs are always delicious and all the ingredients are crunchy and fresh.

The 2 stars are for the subs. Stop subway. I really like it and it tastes great in this branch too. I would love to give it 5 stars. BUT guys, what's going on with the staff? Where did you learn decency and politeness? There is no saying hello, there is talk behind the counter while customers wait about work, salary, breaks and leisure activities. As soon as you come in there is a waitress standing in the entrance with a smoke to prepare my sandwich for me 1 minute later?! Are you crazy? You have to stand in the entrance to do this. Just like talking loudly with friends across the store. One of these acquaintances had his scooter running loudly outside and kept pressing the gas. I don't even want to start talking about friendliness or helpfulness with questions or ingredients. Sometimes it seems as if the employees are having an argument with each other. What they make the customer feel and grimace and slam the food on the counter. I am usually a very tolerant, friendly and forgiving person. But the crew there doesn't work at all. Please look for a job without customer traffic.

We are there every year after the Rockharz Festival. The Subways is really very good.

Not good service, very unmotivated and the tables were sticky.

A very unfriendly service! He was visibly pissed that he had to work today. After he asked me what was wrong since I was looking at him (how can I?), I told him what I thought and asked him not to put our wraps on the line like that since we are paying for it after all! He also used the first name of my grandma; he apparently doesn't know respect or decency. Even a greeting was too much to ask. After serving all the customers, both employees disappeared into the back of the room and didn't even show themselves. Bottles and these plastic bowls also piled up when we returned them.

If you arrive at the restaurant at 7 p.m. on a Tuesday evening and feel like you've been waiting for half an hour only to find out that there's no more bread, then that's sad. There wasn't a single cookie left and the 2x9 nachobites were only 14. One of the colleagues was very friendly and really embarrassed (he didn't come until 6 p.m. he said) and the other, snooty snotty spoon, was an absolute disgrace for a business that actually always does would be happy to visit us. The old line-up was actually the best, the guy today, without real uniform, who only got 14 when he counted 2x9, was so unfriendly and incompetent, he is definitely out of place there and unacceptable for a company! Whether we'll come back is anyone's guess, but after this experience today, probably not! Addendum: We wanted to eat today, but are now banned from the house due to the complaint. (as of March 11, 2024)

The young man gave us very good advice when it came to putting it together and we really enjoyed it. This is how service should be everywhere! Keep it up !

The food was delicious as always, everything was in stock. Unfortunately you cannot use the Subway app in Quedlinburg. The employees were unable to provide any correct information. They then said that it wouldn't work for a small branch like in Quedlinburg.🤷‍♀️

Gutes Subway so wie es sich gehört

Ich war am 20.11.2023 um 19.00 Uhr mal wieder dort. Bisher war ich immer zufrieden. An diesem Tag allerdings wurde man sehr unfreundlich behandelt. Ein freundlichen „guten Abend“ und eine korrekte Abfrage meiner Bestellung habe ich vermisst. Das die Lieblingssoße leer war verstehe ich ja noch, aber wenn dann auch noch alle Chipstüten abgelaufen sind, deutet das auf eine fahrlässige Kontrolle der angebotenen Lebensmittel hin. Darüberhinaus waren auch (wie auch schon bei letzten Besuchen) viele Tische dreckig. Aber positiv war doch, dass sich das Personal nach einer Raucherpause wieder besser um die nächsten Kunden gekümmert hat. Für mich war das zu spät. Ich werde meine künftigen Subway-Besuche wohl erstmal in einer anderen Filiale planen.

Sehr lange Wartezeit. Nachdem das Sub aus dem Grill kam, waren kaum Zutaten zum belegen vorhanden. Zum Glück wurde gerade Eisbergsalat nachgefüllt, sonst hätte ich nicht mal diesen bekommen. Der QR Code meiner Subcard wurde auch nicht genommen. Das Personal war wenigstens freundlich.

Frische Zutaten, verschiedene Brotsorten, als Menü wählbar. Aussenbereich könnte sauberer sein. Hat gut geschmeckt.

Wieder mal nicht zufrieden, leider. Entweder nicht das richtige Brot da oder wie heut ganz und gar nicht mal mehr das richtige Fleisch. Leider kommt das mittlerweile immer häufiger vor. Schade eigentlich, war mal ein richtig guter Laden.

Meistens sehr lecker. Viele vegane Sachen. Spice Vegan Patty + Hot Sauce + Jalapenos ergeben aber eine Mischung die man keinem Menschen verkaufen kann.

Mehr etwas für Jugendliche, aber Essen ist sehr lecker. Bedienung freundlich und kompetent.

Bei meinen Besuch war der Laden sehr voll und ich hatte das Gefühl die Mitarbeiter waren sehr überfordert. Freundlichkeit ist auch etwas anderes und selbst der Ton untereinander ist ziemlich schroff. Es hat geschmeckt, würde dort aber nicht nochmal hinfahren.

Essen wie immer lecker, aber die Bedienung ist fehl am Platz. Der junge Mann sollte vielleicht lieber zu Hause auf der Couch sein, als schon bei drei Kunden in Hektik zu geraten.

Baguette mit verschiedenen Belag , freundliche und geduldige Mitarbeiter, sehr empfehlenswert.
