The food was absolutely delicious! The restaurant's ambiance isn't the most exciting, but the dishes and service more than made up for it. The children also had a great selection and were even allowed to choose a small gift on their way out. That was a memorable experience for them. The house wine was an incredibly delicious Primitivo. We would definitely go back!

However, the food could be better value for money: The pizza tasted rather bland, the dough seemed a bit like pre-made dough, and the toppings could also be of higher quality. Without a reservation, the five of us, including three small children, got a seat and were served very friendly and quickly, despite the restaurant being full. The highlight of the evening was that the children were allowed to choose something from the toy wall afterward, and we as parents were happy that it was such a relaxing restaurant visit. For dessert, we had ice cream to go 🍨 I highly recommend the cookie ice cream. 👍🏻

I've known this restaurant since its beginnings as a child, one of the first pizzerias in the area. I come here every few years and am happy that the pizzas are still as good as they always were. The prices are reasonable, as is the quality and toppings. You can always get a taste of what's to come with a slice of pizza to go or a delicious ice cream at the window. The location is super central, and there are usually plenty of parking spaces nearby (tourist parking lots). We found the service to be friendly and, given the restaurant's busyness, prompt. A small problem was quickly and kindly corrected. Even after so many years, I still enjoy coming here!

The service? Friendly, prompt, and always with a smile – even if you have to wait a little longer during peak times. But hey, anyone who complains about waiting times in an Italian restaurant doesn't understand pasta. Good things take time – and cheese. Lots of cheese. Bottom line: If you love South Tyrol, adore Italy, and occasionally dream of Kaminwurzen (smoked sausages), you should definitely visit Perli's Pasta Mia. I've been coming to Quedlinburg for work for over ten years, a couple of times a year, and I always stop here on my visits. It's a nice place, the service is excellent, and everyone is super friendly and welcoming. However, I've noticed a decline in the quality of the food; I wish they'd pay more attention to that. It's still, however, an excellent choice for dining in the city.

Call ahead to make a reservation, as they can get quite full even on a weeknight. The food was delicious and very child-friendly. Both the pizza and the pasta were excellent and very reasonably priced. The service is friendly and patient, and they speak to customers in both German and English. Finally, one important tip: tips are only accepted in cash. This is common in this area, so bring some cash if you'd like to give a good tip.

There was an extra charge for the cola in the cola wheat beer, a very long wait when there were few guests.

Service was slow; it took 10 minutes for the menu to arrive. After 15 minutes, the drinks and appetizers arrived all at once. The pasta was tasteless, and the frozen porcini mushrooms were simply thrown into the flavorless sauce without being cooked – unacceptable. As compensation, at least we got a grappa on the house. The place was empty, and it took forever for us to pay; the customer is secondary there.

We were there in the evening. One of the few places that worked after 18.00. But we regretted it. We ordered lasagne and pasta. They made it for a very long time, they brought a very small lasagne. Just really 100 grams probably. And it was also oversalted. But everything there is oversalted and the pasta was also oversalted. After such a small lasagne, which cost 16 euros! We had to order another pizza with salami. They also made it for a long time, they brought a pizza, 4 pieces of salami and a little ketchup and that's it. Apparently, the person who made the pizza had never seen it with his own eyes. Also oversalted sauce and overcooked dough. In the end, we spent 2.5 hours on a snack, most of it waiting. The food is disgusting and the portions are very small. It would be tastier to buy a frozen pizza at Lidl. In general, do not waste your time and money there.

We visited the establishment in the evening. It was busy and we got one of the last two tables, but were told there would be a long wait. After sitting down and taking in the not-so-Italian decor (a souvenir wine from the 2006 European Championships and a mini banner from South Tyrol), we were a bit prejudiced. We ordered a pasta carbonara, a pasta Emilia (a very thin cream sauce with uncooked porcini mushrooms), and a lasagna. After ordering, we waited patiently, hoping to be blown away by the quality of the dishes. The staff seemed stressed, but when we received the dishes, despite our expectations, we were disappointed. The first shock came when the carbonara turned out to be fried spaghetti with egg. What a shame about the cream sauce, which was completely out of place, as was the price-performance ratio at 15 euros. The lasagna turned out to be bland. After eating, we paid a much too high price of 62 euros, only to then have to ask for our 5 euros change ourselves (we received it without an apology). Overall, the store appears to be operating under a false name, and Frank Rosin should urgently help there.

Amazing food!!! The best pasta i’ve ever tasted. Highly recommend the salmon pasta’s. I kept saying ‘WOW.’ All the way through eating it. And quickly served aswell. In a beautiful city. I love this. Best restaurant experience i have had so far!!!!!

We were there on Tuesday in the heat. We wanted to refresh ourselves with an iced coffee. The sign advertised it. It wasn't busy, but it still took 10 minutes for a member of staff to come, not exactly friendly. Another 20 minutes later, the long-awaited refreshment finally arrived. Unfortunately, the four of us were totally disappointed. The non-Italian ice cream had more ice chips, and the taste was beyond words for €6.80. Absolutely unacceptable. Tourist rip-off. The waitress didn't come until 15 minutes later, looking listless, and we were finally able to leave. To the next café, where we felt more at home.

We arrive with 3 children, and our daughter takes a candy that is on a table. The waiter overwhelms our daughter, but we choose to stay to eat. The pizzas are small and taste like frozen pizza from Dr. Oetker. We ask nicely for some garlic and chili and are told grumpily that it costs extra. We accept this, even though this is usually a given. If you want an Italian experience, you should find somewhere else. On the other hand, the toilet was perfectly clean.

At 8:45 p.m., we were turned away with the comment that they no longer serve ice cream, even though they were open until 9:00 p.m. The service seems a bit different, at least from my understanding. 😞

We wanted to come for dinner this evening. The man on the phone was already curt and told us we couldn't make a reservation and should just drop by. I told him we were planning to arrive at 7:30 or 8:00, as we still had a good half-hour drive. No sooner said than done, we just got there and were told at 8:00 sharp that they were only having sales and that we unfortunately had to leave. This was very annoying for us, as they should have known beforehand that they wouldn't be able to get anything for two people an hour before closing. They could have at least asked. They also knew the directions. We weren't unfriendly, nor were there any other reasons.

That pica was straight aaaassssssss. Its probably a frozen pica but like the frozen ones are still better.🤠

Overall, the dining experience unfortunately didn't meet our expectations. The service could have been friendlier and more attentive—there's definitely room for improvement here. Overall, it wasn't a completely successful visit for us.

Super weird xenophobic energy from the server who kept burping and wouldn’t give us free water

The two of us went to dinner at this "tourist restaurant" on a Saturday evening, if you please. I think you should just be aware that the cuisine here isn't super authentic. It was quite busy, and the atmosphere was very relaxed and cozy. Both pizzas were okay and reasonably priced. The staff, however, were very friendly and accommodating, so overall we had a great evening and would definitely come back.

We met a friend for dinner at Perli's Pasta Mia. We sat at a simple table by the window. The service was friendly and attentive, and our generous appetizer arrived quickly. My companion praised the carpaccio as exceptionally good. Our pizza was good and tasty. If you're looking for an Italian restaurant with a romantic atmosphere, this isn't the place for you. But if you simply want to enjoy delicious pizza, this is the right spot in Quedlinburg.

I'm giving it one star because there's no zero. Today is May 15, 2025, and I'm going to tell you what happened to me a few minutes ago. We entered the place, and I said "hello." From that moment on, the man started gesturing in German (a language I don't understand), but clearly with his hands and arms. He was trying to kick us out. It was a very unpleasant and aggressive experience. There were empty tables, so the problem wasn't a lack of space. In my opinion, that's discrimination; it was awful. I suggest you don't go there so the same thing doesn't happen to you, but of course, that's just a suggestion. I'm including photos so you know what kind of place I'm talking about.

On April 23, 2025, I ate at this restaurant with my family. Unfortunately, our visit was severely marred by the behavior of a waiter. Upon our arrival, he made it clear that there were no tables available – albeit in an inappropriately harsh tone. As we waited to the side of the entrance, he addressed me in a grumpy tone and asked why I was still there. After I explained that we were waiting for a table, we were instructed to wait outside – even though other guests were allowed to wait inside. When several tables finally became available, the waiter completely ignored us, even though he knew we were waiting. Only after we approached another waitress were we assigned a table. The first waiter remained unfriendly and dismissive throughout the rest of the meal. When I tried to confront him about his behavior, he simply turned around and walked away while I was speaking. The restaurant manager, who was called in, was unable or unwilling to take a clear stance. An apology was forthcoming – as was any sign of understanding or leniency. Although the waitress who served us afterwards tried to create a friendlier atmosphere, the negative vibe remained. The food didn't impress us either—we'd lost our appetite anyway. As we left the restaurant, we were once again ignored by the waiter in question. Overall, this was a disappointing visit—neither the service nor the food were satisfactory. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

Let's start with the positives – the central location with a view of the market square. Otherwise, there was no Italian atmosphere – at most, an ice cream parlor atmosphere. The service was very inattentive despite only two occupied tables, and on top of that, there was a lot of arguing and complaining behind the counter. The radio blared no cozy Italian music, but rather some kind of electronic pop music. The food was unfortunately mediocre to nothing. The white wine sauce tasted like mulled wine, and the lasagna dried out very quickly. With pasta in its name, it should really be good, too. Pizza bread was supposed to come with the main course, but it ended up being served first. I ordered a cola wheat beer and got a cola beer. So, somehow, things weren't going well at this place. It doesn't really make you want to come back. What a shame, a real shame.

The “restaurant” advertises its origins in South Tyrol. Anyone who knows Tris from there and makes a comparison with the performance here can only be surprised at the audacity. So-called dumplings, tasteless, in a water soup instead of the advertised sage sauce. An underground kitchen performance. At the next table a pizza white as flour, barely baked, with a red-black mush. Quedlinburger goes somewhere else!

Super friendly service, the waiter was a real sweetheart. We had a stag night and he was super sweet and celebrated with us. Definitely recommend it! We'll be back the next time we have a reason to celebrate. P.S. Tommy (?) and the ice cream were amazing.

The food was okay—adequate, but not good enough for the price. The staff was friendly. The atmosphere was quiet; despite being busy, the acoustics were still good for a private conversation. Unfortunately, for a frequent traveler in Italy, the food wasn't ideal.

We had pizza and were satisfied. It tasted okay, and since I like things a bit spicier, they served it with chili oil. The only thing that could be a bit more comfortable is the ambiance. When we were there, only the main lighting was on, which created more of a cafeteria atmosphere. The restaurant is filled with globe lights, which would have been more cozy. Overall, the entire restaurant could be more comfortably furnished and decorated. The staff was nice, friendly, and accommodating.

We had reserved (recommendation, otherwise it would be difficult to get a place) and were greeted in a courteous and friendly manner. Both the ambience and the food transport the guest to the charm of South Tyrol. We'll definitely be back.

Anyone expecting an Italian atmosphere will unfortunately be disappointed. The table decorations are reduced to the bare essentials, as is the conversation with the service staff. The food tastes good, but it's not great (pasta like you buy in a bag in every corner shop). It was positive that you didn't have to wait long for your food and you could leave quickly. There is still a lot of room for improvement here; the central location of the restaurant definitely has potential.

Well located pizzeria on the market, with bistro character. Relatively busy on Saturday evening. The food wasn't really good, the meat quality of the beef steak was inferior, grilled to "medium" was okay. Very side dish heavy (fries too generous). Side salad was fresh, large and the best part of the dish. The service was tried hard, but unprofessional in its execution. In addition, the appearance of the team (clothing) needs to be improved. Price/performance is still in proportion. Conclusion: There is definitely better gastronomy to be experienced in Quedlinburg.

Der Kunde ist hier nichts wert. Nach dem wir 20 min auf der Speisekarte gewartet haben, haben wir uns bei der Kellner selbst gemeldet! Sowas habe ich noch nicht in irgendeiner Restaurant erlebt. Weiter war der Hammer, der Kellner hat uns abgeschrien: "wenn wir keine Zeit haben, sollten wir woanders gehen". Geht's noch? Wahrscheinlich schon, wenn man sein Job hasst. Ich werde das Restaurant wegen unfreundlichen Bedingung nicht empfehlen.

Were in the beautiful Quedlinburg in November and the pizzeria is definitely recommended if there is a space available, a pizzeria that is always busy doesn't need a rating but still a full five points. Very good.

Unfortunately disappointing both in culinary terms and in terms of handling. In my pasta with porcini mushrooms there were not only mushrooms, but also three stones. The noodles were soggy and sticky, not good quality. Unfortunately I was so hungry that I ate it because the taste was okay. The still water then came in an open bottle (a joke if you taste “tap water”). Unfortunately, there was no politeness: the stones and the note about the consistency of the noodles weren't even worth an apology, no reaction. Not recommended.

Very nice restaurant with special service.

We ate there on our first day. The offer looked very appealing. I had pasta with salmon and my partner had a tuna pizza. There was little going on and the order came very quickly. My dish was very heavily salted and the salmon was unfortunately very dry. Unfortunately, the Parmesan was already incorporated very generously. The pizza was very thin and had few toppings. Also very dark at the edges. With 2 drinks and food over €40 I think it's a bit much.

Eight of us (four adults and four children) had a very nice evening here. The decor is a bit old, but at the same time it has the charm of an Italian bar, which immediately creates a holiday atmosphere. The service was very good and attentive. The children were treated kindly. The food was also very good, although the pasta was better than the pizza. The sauces were very well seasoned and seasoned, really good. Despite several free tables, there was apparently no space for 5 people. After I said that I could hold our son on my lap, we were given a table for four. Funny: the guests at the next table offered us a chair that was still available for them. We gratefully accepted. (The waiter didn't even come up with the idea)... It wasn't possible to read the menu in peace either, as the waiter was completely hectic and constantly asked whether we had already chosen. We were there at 7:50 p.m....it closes at 9 p.m. So they wanted to close on time. They didn't even ask for a second drink, let alone a dessert. The lady at the next table didn't even get a cappuccino at 8:30 p.m. I've never experienced anything so bad for business. After we had paid our €90 bill, the gentlemen didn't even care to say goodbye to us. We are very disappointed with such poor hospitality. There are 2 stars because the pizza was ok. Although I doubt it was Parma ham on the rucloapizza.

Beware of a rip-off: the total amount of the bill was briefly stated - not shown - and then the bill was quickly folded up. After we left and looked at it more closely, it was clear why: we paid for a main course that no one had eaten! €16.60 on top for the non-existent Carbonara con Salmone + our generous tip - it was worth it

The worst Italian restaurant I've ever been to! I ate the spaghetti with chicken and vegetables. The spaghetti and vegetables were very hard! It didn't taste like anything except that the sauce was made with WINE! Something like that should be directly on the menu and not have to be asked from the waiter, because you can also order such a dish for children or if you are not allowed to consume “alcohol” and then you will get a dish like that. When we asked the waiter whether this sauce was made with wine, he couldn't answer. He first went into the kitchen and asked, you could tell he was very uncomfortable with this situation! I hardly ate anything and gave it back almost as soon as I received the food. Despite this situation, there was no concession or discount. What a shame!
