Two vegetarian dishes, which the menu says are made with coconut milk, unfortunately tasted like (cow's milk) cream. This didn't feel like authentic Asian cuisine to me. The soup at lunch wasn't vegetarian. At least the nice waitress asked if egg was okay in the fried noodles. No card payments accepted.

The food we ordered was fish that was over-baked and completely dry inside, and the vegetables were very roughly chopped and from a can. Neither of us enjoyed the food. The service was very attentive and friendly, although he didn't speak German, but it was okay. The atmosphere was quite dated and old school.

Rating: Unfortunately we had to leave the restaurant before we could even eat - because card payment was not possible. In today's world, when cashless payments have long been standard, this seems more than backwards. A modern restaurant should adapt to the needs of its guests and offer contemporary payment options. It's a shame, because the ambience was promising, but if you don't update yourself, you'll lose potential customers.

In der heutigen Zeit, in der bargeldloses Bezahlen längst Standard ist, wirkt das mehr als rückständig. Ein modernes Restaurant sollte sich den Bedürfnissen seiner Gäste anpassen und zeitgemäße Zahlungsmöglichkeiten anbieten. Schade, denn das Ambiente war vielversprechend, aber wer sich nicht aktualisiert, verliert potenzielle Kunden.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und (wir hatten vorbestellt) ein Tisch angewiesen. Es war durch den Weihnachtsmarkt sehr viel los. Das Essen kam schnell und es hat uns wie auch in den anderen Besuchen sehr gut geschmeckt. Man kann das Restaurant sehr gut zum Essen empfehlen.

I found the food delicious. Unfortunately, the rest of those present did not. The portions are generous. The service isn't exactly up to scratch, but we also had a lot of guests. Unfortunately the restaurant is not clean. In the men's toilet there is no wall separating the urinals from the toilet. There is no door to lock. Very unpleasant. The tablecloths and spice baskets were very dirty and stained. But it's not expensive.

Totally run down. Eat like at the snack bar. Toilet wall was completely missing..... Never again.....

On a slightly rainy autumnal Tuesday evening at 7:30 p.m., three people spent half an hour trying to find a restaurant without a reservation. Luckily, the last five establishments were too full or didn't allow three hungry guests to come home. This meant we had the pleasure of going to “Zum golden Drachen”. We were greeted very friendly and were able to choose a table in the beautiful atmosphere. The selection of food was very varied and, with the corresponding prices, very inexpensive even in this day and age (2024). The dishes were served on a warming plate to keep the delicacies pleasantly hot throughout the meal. This was also necessary because there was so much that, in addition to a nice conversation, it took a good hour and you didn't have to rush. Praise must be given to the chef(s), as each of the three different dishes, including the starter, tasted fantastic. After this experience, I have very high hopes that the other many dishes will also taste delicious. If you, like us and many other hungry pilgrims, are out there looking for a culinary experience, let us tell you that this is the right place for you. Don't be afraid if you have some intolerances, because the friendly and courteous service will adapt your dish to your liking. We will come here again in the future without having to look for long. In this restaurant you get typical dishes that you get in Asian restaurants. I ordered pasta with chicken. The food is very cheap (€8.90), the portions are quite large and you even get a free soup as a starter. It doesn't take long for the food to be served after ordering. The food tastes like other Asian restaurants. The drink prices are within the normal range. You can only pay in cash here, not by card, which is also stated on the menu. In terms of atmosphere, we sat outside, so you have a view of the square in front of the market church. There is no parking space, the restaurant is located in the pedestrian zone of Quedlinburg city center.

The Vietnamese restaurant “Zum Goldenen Drachen” has been one of our favorite restaurants for a long time. We can expect a very tasty dish prepared with fresh ingredients every time, no matter what you choose... The menu has many great variations and combinations. The friendly ladies from the service complete the pleasant overall impression.

It wasn't our first visit. The worn floor was probably replaced, but my husband had to replace his chair because it wobbled so badly. I found the strong kitchen fumes in the dining room, which got stuck in my clothing, very annoying. In my opinion the food was just average, duck was good, but I had beef with mango and pineapple, I had to look for the occasional pieces of meat. I generally find the fact that there is a plum wine on the house at the end to be a nice gesture, but it is rather strange when my almost grown daughter and I get orange juice and only the husband gets the wine. Then please leave it alone. In addition, my glass of tonic, which was still about 1/5 full, was simply taken away, even when my daughter said loudly, surely you still wanted to drink that?! I was completely speechless, which is really rare. Conclusion: We won't be coming back any time soon.

On Whit Monday I ordered a chicken dish. The quality left a lot to be desired. I was a bit irritated by the billing. No receipt was issued, only the handwritten order was added up. That's not common.

Food was delicious, unfortunately it was very busy today (Whitsun Sunday), so we had to wait 2 hours for our food, waitresses were very nice, apologized several times for the waiting time.

The WAN TAN was very, very bad. Just 2 dumplings with a few vegetables in a Maggi soup. The rice too dry. The beef was okay

After a walk I decided to go there and get dinner. The service was really very friendly and the food was ready quickly. The noodles were perhaps a bit too soft (complaining at a high level 😄) and a little more seasoning wouldn't have hurt, but a dollop of soy sauce from home and everything was good. I was only in the guest room for a short time, at first glance it seemed clean.

Extremely bad service!!!! We were waiting for the order for 45 minutes! Only one waiter for 14 tables! Do something with this! I were waiting for another glass of beer for 30 minutes, and then waiter answered that thay run out of this beer! Also waiter has forgotten about my noodles (all my friends have received theirs and me not, but later When I asked, she answered that my portion of noodles was in the plate of my friend! But she has almost finished them and waiter didn't mention about it, and it wasn't a lot of them). We were speaking Deutsche and English. Also not enough of blankets for guests. Girl was doing her best, but for managers of this place - hire more people!!!

Very warm service, who unfortunately was alone and therefore had a lot of stress. :) That's why there was a short waiting time.. but it was worth it because we got a schnapps to say goodbye 👍🏻 Food was great and completely sufficient. Full recommendation!

Good tasty food. We had soup, nasi goreng, and shrimp curry with rice. All were amazing.

We were served the wrong food and the others' food tasted strange. My fries were ok but not recommended. The sauces were all the same and we were also given the wrong ice cream. Instead of vanilla and strawberry, I got mango and cherry and then gave us the ice cream 🎁 The waiting time was the worst waiting time I've ever had in a restaurant. Small, cozy restaurant in the heart of Quedlinburg. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as allergen names here, which is a shame. So you're more or less left in the dark or you don't go here at all. Otherwise typical Chinese dishes with conventional taste.

Wir haben nach 45min bis auf die Karten und auch das Besteck nichts gehabt, es wurden weder Getränkebestellung geschweige denn die Essensbestellung aufgenommen. Der Nachbartisch warte bereits 2 Std aufs Essen. Wir sind leider ohne Essen und ohne Beachtung des Personals nach fast einer Std gegangen. Wirklich schade, leider keine Sterne!

Gutes Essen, gefühlt auch mit viel weniger Glutamat zubereitet als man von woanders kennt. Die Portionen sehen anfangs klein aus aber das täuscht. Leider war der Service maximal mittelmäßig, wir haben doch recht lange auf die Aufnahme der Getränkebestellung gewartet sowie auch während des Essens dauerte es häufig lange das wir etwas nach bestellen konnten.

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis... am Fenster zieht es. Essen war sehr scharf, laut Karte, aber erst nach persönlicher Zugabe von Sambal Olek.

Das Essen war OK. Aber die Räumlichkeiten lassen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Der Boden klebt und fällt schon an vielen Stellen auseinander. Die Bedienung war zügig, aber an der Kleidung sollte gearbeitet werden, sein Essen in Jogginganzug zu servieren ist nicht so der Hit. Der sehr strenge Geruch hängt unseren Jacken noch Tage später an. Ausschließlich Barzahlung ist auch nicht mehr zeitgemäß!!! Wir würden es niemandem empfehlen vor Ort zu essen.

Das war das leckerste Essen, das ich seit Jahren bei einem Asiaten gegessen habe.

Tolles Restaurant direkt am Kornmarkt. Bei schönem Wetter kann man vor dem Restaurant an den liebevoll aufgestellten Tischen verweilen und das rege Treiben der vielen Besucher am Kornmarkt beobachten. Essen schmeckt. Restaurant liebevoll eingerichtet. Personal sehr freundlich. Auch Bestellungen außer Haus sind kein Problem.

Wir waren zum Abendessen hier und wurden nett empfangen (wir hatten eine Reservierung). Der Service war ebenfalls nett und freundlich, die Getränke und das Essen wurden recht flott serviert. Die Qualität der Speisen war gut. Die gebratene Ente auf chin. Gemüse war schmackhaft. Jedoch das Hühnchen süß sauer, war weder süß noch sauer. Das kennen wir total anders, geht also definitiv besser. 2 Sterne Abzug gibts auch für die Sauberkeit der Tische, deren Deko und die schon etwas abgerockte Innenausstattung.

Bin jetzt in meinem Urlaub zwei Mal zum Essen her gegangen. Einfach richtig lecker und eine sehr nette Bedienung. Man kann sich hier verwöhnen lassen!

Schön gelegen an einem netten Platz in Quedlinburg, gegenüber ein Brunnen. Innen leider nicht besonders sauber. Essen war gut, aber nichts besonderes. Speisekarte etwas verwirrend und repetitiv. Bedienung höflich und schnell.

Awesome place with tasteful courses, large-size dishes, thoughtful table arrangements (e.g. candle-heated plates) and reasonable prices. The best place we ran into during a 3-day stay in town. Which is a sad fact, since one travels to Quedlinburg for authentic German food.

Wir waren am 25.07.2023 dort,hatten uns sehr auf das Essen gefreut. Da wir draußen saßen war das Ambiente sehr schön,drin war es unerträglich heiß. Bestellen konnten wir recht schnell bei einem mürrisch dreinblickenden Asiaten. Das Essen gebracht hat dann ein anderer,der hat gelächelt und war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war nichts besonderes,schmeckte einigermaßen. Das man den Löffel von der Vorspeise behalten muss hab ich auch noch nie erlebt und das man meinem Mann dann, während er noch am Essen war,seine Serviertte und sein Messer weggenommen hat geht gar nicht. Und zur Krönung bekam ich von dem Essen Magenkrämpfe und Durchfall. Der Laden sieht uns nie wieder.

Nettes Personal jedoch ist die Sauberkeit des ganzen Ladens ziemlich fragwürdig . Spinnenweben , Schmutzränder, schmierige Filme auf Dingen im Beistellkörbchen und auch die Toiletten sind sehr dürftig umsorgt. Das Essen ist gut aber auch nicht mehr als durchschnittlich. Schade für einen Laden in dieser doch recht guten Lage .

Zum Goldenen Rachen war wieder einmal ein gelungener Abend. Essen wie immer ausgezeichnet und reichlich. Das Restaurant ist zu empfehlen.

Alles in allem leider nicht so gut. Ich mag asiatische Küche, hier war ich mit allem sehr enttäuscht
