If you know anything about beer, you realize that the quality varies greatly.

A lovely restaurant with a garden area. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. Our service was also very pleasant and friendly. We quickly got a table in the garden, but it might be a good idea to reserve in advance, as it gets quite busy in the evenings.

We were there on a Saturday afternoon. It was very busy and we could sit outside. The staff were very friendly, but there were long waits, both for service and for orders (excluding drinks). The food was typical of a brewery. The salad was okay, but at €18,000, it was way too expensive. The soup was also okay and reasonably priced. The rice pudding for kids was only two stars and far too expensive for what was served. No art supplies (or similar). The beer was delicious. We would recommend the drinks exclusively.

An unassuming restaurant. You should make a reservation if you want to sit outside, especially in the evening. You can also get a table inside for lunch. The Szeged goulash is highly recommended, as is the large chicken salad. Friendly and quick service. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant.

We went to the brewery for dinner one weekday evening. The restaurant was three-quarters full, so we found a seat in the beer garden—a lovely spot in the courtyard, under blossoming chestnut trees and in the sunshine. Our waitress, Nicole, was very friendly, and our drinks arrived quickly. Unfortunately, our food took a long time to arrive: the kitchen couldn't keep up. One of our two (delicious) meals had already cooled by the time the main courses arrived. Overall, we can still recommend a visit.

Is it ok to wait for food for more than 1,5 hours? At the same time, same dishes were constantly served to people who came after us. Is it because we’re not German? :)

Called specifically to see if anything was available. It was explicitly pointed out that there was a small child there. When we arrived, all the tables outside were occupied, and it wasn't any better inside. The waiter told us that we should wait at the counter and left us standing in the entrance. After about 5 minutes, when he had finished moving chairs, we went to our colleague and asked for a table. Really great service. Simply canceling would have been easiest.

Wenn man Quedlinburg besucht, ist die Brauerei Lüdde auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert! Das Helle ist sehr lecker, wirklich empfehlenswert. Nur keine 5 Sterne aufgrund von etwas höheren Preisen und längere Wartezeiten. Daher am besten vorher reservieren.

Great location, ate a knuckle. Was there with two colleagues. Once beer meat and ???? (Forget). We were very satisfied with everything. Be sure to make a reservation otherwise there will be no food. One moment it's empty and suddenly everything is full.

We had dinner in the brewery this evening (April 23, 2025) and were very impressed by the ambience, service and, above all, the food. We had the potato pizza, the smoked salmon and the Lüdde burger with sweet potato fries. Everything was fresh and well composed, which really convinced us. The “light” was served in a 1.5 liter pitcher and completed our meal. We found the portions to be adequate and appetizing - and above all: very tasty. Many thanks to the staff for a smooth, uncomplicated process and a great evening, which we would be happy to repeat when the opportunity arises.

We had the problem and couldn't do it. The location is nicely decorated but a bit noisy. It is advisable to reserve a table. Parking spaces are nearby.

We ate here on two days. The food itself was excellent, no matter the dish. We also had excellent service on the first day. The young man always had an eye, was quick and enjoyed his work. On the second day we had an older waitress. The menu was missing on the tables, salt, pepper,... the first order was still possible, after that you didn't look up or at the guests. Luckily another colleague came over at some point. What can I say? Everything is recommended, but it depends on the service. Still a clear recommendation.

This brewery is worth a visit. The beer from the keg tastes very good. Without a reservation it is very difficult or impossible to get a table. There were 8 of us, that's probably why. The ambience, location and food are excellent.

A cozy restaurant in Quedlinburg. It was very crowded on Friday evening, but luckily we got a seat. The brewery atmosphere was very nice and pleasant and the service was quick and very nice. We both decided on burgers, which tasted fantastic. The bread was crispy, the chicken was tender and well seasoned. The sweet potato fries and the dip were also fantastic. Neither of us managed to finish the portion. Definitely worth a visit (or several).

You can expect the louder atmosphere that is typical of a brewery, but is still inviting. The service was great, Bea served us friendly, quickly and with great attention in the evening. Particularly fair: we ordered half a portion of the Harz platter as a starter and only paid exactly 50% of the price. Considering the same effort, an extra schnapps would be justified. We then had beer meat twice, but with sauerkraut instead of red cabbage. What can I say? The small starter was already good, but the main course was a prime example of how simple food can also be really, really good. The sauerkraut was very tasty, the beer sauce was deep black, not at all overpowering and with a nice bitter note. The meat literally fell apart in your mouth and was a real treat. In short: that was really good! Conclusion: clear recommendation.

I spontaneously went there for dinner with my husband today and a young lady served us. We were given a very friendly welcome, great advice on the food and, as expected, the food tasted excellent. If our next trip takes us here, we assume we will be happy to stop there again.

I always think I would see it when you sit at the counter and the glasses are empty, but when I asked, the colleague was informed and came after a few minutes. But everything was great, nice service, nice guests and the food was top notch

A great brewery with fruity Pilsner & other refreshing types of beer. A huge chestnut tree provides shade in the garden. The brewery has a pleasant atmosphere over two floors. The staff is attentive & friendly.

Well, I thought it was a nice historic brewery with a cozy, dark atmosphere, but it was way too bright, way too modern and the waitress wasn't exactly friendly either. The beer is okay, but not yay either. Been to many breweries. Here only the entrance is still historical. Too bad.

Wir kamen unangemeldet ohne Reservierung! Restaurant war gut besucht, man bat uns kurz an der Theke zu warten. Hatten Glück, bekamen schnell einen Tisch! Das Bier schmeckt sehr gut! Auch die Säfte sind sehr zu empfehlen! Das Essen..so wie es in einem Brauhaus sein muss..deftig, ausreichend und schmackhaft!! Tolles Ambiente, gemütlich, sauber und ein sehr schnelles und freundliches Personal! Man kann es ohne Bedenken empfehlen..wir kommen wieder!!

Ein tolles Flair in einem urig tollen Haus, welches von außen völlig unscheinbar ist und sein wahres Gesicht hinter den Eingangstüren verdeckt hält. Im Windfang wird man von zwei tollen Wandmalereien empfangen. Als Nächstes findet man die kupferfarbenen Kessel in der wunderschönen Gaststätte. Das Essen ist lecker und preislich völlig im Rahmen. Die Soljanka war ein Gaumenschmaus. Der Burger war auch lecker. Jedoch hätte ich mir selbstgemachte Süsskartoffelpommes gewünscht. Sollten die selbstgemacht sein, dann kann man diese noch verbessern, aber Geschmack ist ja subjektiv. Die Schweineschnitzelstreifen waren richtig klasse wie auch das Federvieh. Parken muss man am Rand von Quedlinburg. Zahlen mit Plastik ist kein Problem. Man sollte jedoch reservieren. Die Bedienungen sind super nett, flink und das Essen wurde in einer akzeptablen Zeit geliefert. Würde ich nochmal einkehren - definitiv JA!

Wunderschönes Brauhaus Ambiente mit Kupferkessel mitten im Gastraum. Super freundliche Bedienung, leckeres zünftige Essen. Selbst gebrautes, süffiges Bier! Ihr müsst rechtzeitig reservieren, da oft alle Plätze besetzt sind.

We got the last two seats on New Year's Eve at 1 p.m. and despite the crowd, we were served very friendly, quickly and correctly. The food was very good and reasonably priced and both types of beer we tasted were very tasty.👍👍👍👍👍

Unfortunately I can't agree with the good reviews. Unfortunately, on a busy day, the service is completely overwhelmed. We got a table at 7:30pm on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was well filled, but there were still more free tables. Half an hour and an unfriendly comment from the waitress later, our order was taken. At this time there were already no pork knuckles left. Due to the otherwise sparse menu and the likely long wait, we decided to go somewhere else. Especially in a brewery, there shouldn't be a long waiting time, at least for the drinks, and a sold-out pork knuckle on Saturday around 7:30 p.m. is a disgrace.

Rustic, worth seeing, beer tastes good. Many beautiful varieties. Prices normal. Service very attentive and nice. It's best not to come for lunch or dinner, you're more likely to get a seat around 5 p.m. and stay a little longer.

It is located in the historic center of the beautiful town of Quedlinburg. Establishment founded in 1876, it occupies a magnificent building, where they make their own beer, of three types: blonde, toasted and black. Although it is very spacious and even has an upper floor, when I arrived it was packed, even though it was a weekday, but the waitresses, super competent, offered me a place at the bar where I ate very comfortably. The menu consists of German specialties, and I opted for pork cubes in black beer sauce with red cabbage and potato dumplings, a pint of blonde beer and a strudel with vanilla sauce, ice cream and cream. Everything was magnificent, the main dish, excellent and abundant; the strudel, magnificent, and as for the beer, exquisite, one of the best I have ever tasted; I left with the desire to try the toast and the black one, but it wasn't a plan... As for the service, as mentioned, magnificent. The bill, €33.90. According to the menu, they only accept card payments starting at €30.

Great ambience in brewery style. Very good service despite being full. Unfortunately my duck leg was a bit dry and therefore tough. I can recommend the brewery's own beer. That was very tasty.

Visit to Quedlinburg on December 15th, 2024, as “Advent in the Courtyards” always takes place there during the Advent season. You should definitely visit. A sumptuous lunch at the Lüdde brewery rounded off and rounded off the visit to Quedlinburg. There was a very clear menu here, but all the dishes were tailored to winter (e.g. large grilled knuckles) and vegetarians were also taken into consideration. Food was very tasty and came after just 15 minutes of waiting, service was super nice and quick. Conclusion: Quedlinburg is always worth a visit 👍

We won't be coming back!!! Unfortunately, we had some disappointing experiences during our visit. The food arrived lukewarm, which significantly reduced the enjoyment. The baked potato with the steak was particularly negative - it was inedible, old and had a rancid taste. We could have returned the food, but since we wanted to eat together as we should, that wasn't an option. It's simply unpleasant if one person is already eating while the other dish is being warmed up. In addition, in a restaurant that charges high prices, you assume that the food will be served fresh, warm and tasty. It was particularly disappointing that during the entire visit we were not asked once whether the food was tasty or whether everything was OK. For us, such a service is simply part of a visit to a restaurant and would have at least offered the opportunity to address the problems directly. Looking back, we could have said something ourselves, but the anger about paying so much money for such quality remains. Hopefully such deficiencies will be addressed in the future so that other guests can have a better experience.

During our guided city tour we passed the Lüdde brewery. Our city guide pointed this out to us. Unfortunately we didn't have time to stop there. However, we noticed that an old witch probably lives there. As we stood there, she rode up on a jaguar and made her way very roughly 🤨 to her landing spot right in front of the front door. She then grimly carried her loot (“human skins” 😉) into the house. 😜

We've been here twice now and there's no other way to say it. The food is great. The staff rather the opposite. You don't have to expect to be greeted in a friendly manner or offered a table - you will be literally ignored. There seems to be no need for hospitality here anymore.

Simply disappointing! Sometimes you don't go for lunch until after 2 p.m., but you hope for the same quality as lunch or dinner. Far from it... The food was cold, the fried potatoes on the knuckle were old and greasy. The kale had a main flavor of mustard and seemed reheated, but not fresh. The staff impressed with their indifference. The service employee accepted our complaint with the words: "I'll take it like that..." and in the end we weren't even said goodbye. It's a shame, obviously the sales here still seem to be okay! We don't expect an answer from the owner, but we would be pleasantly surprised!

When you visit the old town of Quedlinburg, you can hardly avoid visiting this quaint inn. The ambience is unique. The food is hearty and the home-brewed beer is delicious. Friendly staff.

I've been going to Quedlinburg for years and of course I'm always at the Lüdde brewery. Everything is unbeatably good. I don't have any photos to present here because as soon as the food is on the table, all I think about is eating. I would especially like to send Ines a greeting from Berlin.

1 of 2 meals was good, unfortunately the meat in the other was completely cold and the baked potato tasted old. Unfortunately, complaints are not possible because no one from the service department comes to the table in a timely manner. After eating, you sit in front of your plates for 20-30 minutes until someone has mercy on you to clear them away. When you pay, the service doesn't apologize for the things you complained about, but rather harshly tells you that you should have addressed it straight away. We would have if someone had come by. You then get the bill slapped in your face. Overall, a rather negative experience. We won't be coming back again.

Five stars for the Kutschereck What an evening! There were seven of us and we had Frieda, the four-legged friend, with us - in the carriage corner at the top of the Lüdde brewery we immediately felt like VIPs! The corner is the perfect place for a larger group who like to laugh, feast and chat together. A bit isolated, but with enough atmosphere - just the right thing to relax and enjoy the evening. The food? Simply delicious! The burgers and beer meat were so good that we almost forgot to talk to each other (and that's saying something!). We tried the entire range of drinks: from Brauhausmeister schnapps to beer cocktails and Aperol Spritz – everything was great! Our waiter? A real professional – charming, in a good mood and always available without being intrusive. Eating out is fun! The food came quickly and the atmosphere was simply great. We are sure: This was definitely not our last visit to the Lüdde brewery. If you're looking for a cozy, rustic corner for a group where you can have fun and chat - head to the coachman's corner! Very tasty and “decent” portions. The beer is tasty

Very great brewery, super nice service and great ambience. Unfortunately you have to reserve a table very long in advance. You also have the opportunity to check on site whether a table has been reserved for later and whether you can use it. Food was great.

The premises are great. Unfortunately the food is too expensive for the quality delivered. Unfortunately, the IPA tastes strongly of butter and has very little hop aroma. There was no typical bitterness at all. Very unfortunate!
