Brauhaus Lüdde in Quedlinburg

The ambiance and beer garden are good. A variety of beers were offered. The Pilz reminded me of a Kölsch. Very watery and sweet. A citrus note, I think citrus hops, was noticeable. Not quite our taste. A dark beer with an aftertaste. It's just a shame, but typical of this city, that only cash is accepted up to €30. Hence one star less. It hasn't yet caught up with the modern age.

The Lübbe beer and beer-flavored meat were delicious. The waitress was in an unbeatable good mood. Overall, a great visit!

Three of us went to the brewery for dinner today. We didn't have to wait long for our drinks or food. The waitresses were in a great mood, friendly, and very attentive. I can recommend the Lüdde brewery with a clear conscience!

Super cozy place. We sat outside and had lunch. The missing star is because the buns were simply overcooked. They were too hard on the outside. A little bit of practice as the rest was perfect.

A great place with homebrew beer whats not to like! Staff were great amd provided am English menu for me amd my partner and were very professional and pleasent. The portion size for food is massive and ot tastes incredible! A must see if youre in town!

A brewery restaurant with hearty cuisine and tasty beer in a great atmosphere and with excellent service. That sums it up pretty well. Reservations are highly recommended; there were no tables available on our first attempt. Card payments start at €30, but that quickly adds up if you add a Lüddebräu or two to traditional dishes like the Bierfleisch (beer meat). It's no problem for two people anyway. And our waitress not only served us the food but also told us about the history of the brewery. We'll definitely be back!

A spontaneous visit. Luckily, I managed to get a seat. It was totally worth it. The food, and even more so the beer, were delicious.

A brewery with excellent quality and a great atmosphere! First, the negative: Card payments are only accepted for amounts over €30. That's really outdated in 2025! Otherwise, my visit here was really great. I had the dish of the day, bratwurst with sauerkraut and fried potatoes. I haven't had such delicious sauerkraut in a long time! The beer (Lüdde Helles) was also good. The interior is beautifully decorated in a brewery style, and you can look out through the windows at the brewery's vats. Outside, I sat in the beer garden under a large tree, which unfortunately meant there was nowhere to sit in the sun. Nevertheless, I can highly recommend the brewery!

The place is normally crowded. The beer is fantastic, local made, unfiltered. Maybe the best beer in town, the food is OK. Probably just a good excuse to come and have a nice beer. Now, the service... Be patient, don't come if you are in a rush, they take their time. It is worth it, though.

Saturday, 2 p.m. Many restaurants in town are closed! Not the brewery. We had the potato pizza. Very good!! The service was friendly, attentive, and quick.

Even though everything was fully booked/reserved, the waitress still found a table for four for us, so we didn't have to sit at the bar with two children. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the house beer is highly recommended. It's definitely worth a visit.

Cool ambience with very friendly service (even under great stress) and very tasty food

Great place. The staff is exceptionally polite (this is fine all over Germany) and fast. The beers are excellent, brewed locally. Luckily we even had some of the seasonal wheat beer, but it ran out later, unfortunately. I think the other seasonal beers are also excellent. The local lager and brown beer are also of high quality. The "Bierfleisch" is a huge portion of ribs, hard to handle, but not because of the taste: it was okay. It's worth ordering. The knuckle is also the usual German-Austrian dish. I recommend the place!

We reserved a table and received a very friendly welcome. The ambiance is lovely, and the service is excellent. A big thank you to Ms. Meier, who made our vacation so special. We ordered the knuckle of pork, and it tasted delicious. It was so big that none of us finished it. We will definitely come back. Best wishes from the land between the seas.

A great location... The interior is really nicely decorated, the beer garden is okay but not quite as nice. No candles or LED lights at the tables. The staff was inattentive; there were a few employees standing in the restaurant chatting, while we sat at the table outside and waited. Finally, someone came. In short - nothing special. We asked for an ashtray. The waitress said, "They're standing up there!" The waitress was standing 1m away 🤨 Payment only in cash (over €30 with card). Absolutely unacceptable! Really sad!

Well, that would have been nice, but the staff ignored us. We sat in the beer garden for 15 minutes, and four staff members walked by, and there was no interaction. How awful! As an owner, I would take a closer look at my staff, because a lot of revenue is lost. Despite being thirsty, we left and had a beer somewhere else. Unfortunately, the menu doesn't offer non-alcoholic beer either.

We were there on a Saturday afternoon. It was very busy and we could sit outside. The staff were very friendly, but there were long waits, both for service and for orders (excluding drinks). The food was typical of a brewery. The salad was okay, but at €18,000, it was way too expensive. The soup was also okay and reasonably priced. The rice pudding for kids was only two stars and far too expensive for what was served. No art supplies (or similar). The beer was delicious. We would recommend the drinks exclusively.

An unassuming restaurant. You should make a reservation if you want to sit outside, especially in the evening. You can also get a table inside for lunch. The Szeged goulash is highly recommended, as is the large chicken salad. Friendly and quick service. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant.

We went to the brewery for dinner one weekday evening. The restaurant was three-quarters full, so we found a seat in the beer garden—a lovely spot in the courtyard, under blossoming chestnut trees and in the sunshine. Our waitress, Nicole, was very friendly, and our drinks arrived quickly. Unfortunately, our food took a long time to arrive: the kitchen couldn't keep up. One of our two (delicious) meals had already cooled by the time the main courses arrived. Overall, we can still recommend a visit.

Gezellig ingerichte zaak, waar je ook boven kan zitten en zicht hebt over de zaak. Ook is er een tuin waar je kan zitten. Diverse soorten zelf gebrouwen bier, waarvan we een donker bier hebben gedronken, erg goed. Er worden Duitse streekgerechten geserveerd, met o.a. vlees wat in bier is bereid. Vriendelijke bediening.

Is it ok to wait for food for more than 1,5 hours? At the same time, same dishes were constantly served to people who came after us. Is it because we’re not German? :)

Called specifically to see if anything was available. It was explicitly pointed out that there was a small child there. When we arrived, all the tables outside were occupied, and it wasn't any better inside. The waiter told us that we should wait at the counter and left us standing in the entrance. After about 5 minutes, when he had finished moving chairs, we went to our colleague and asked for a table. Really great service. Simply canceling would have been easiest.

Wenn man Quedlinburg besucht, ist die Brauerei Lüdde auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert! Das Helle ist sehr lecker, wirklich empfehlenswert. Nur keine 5 Sterne aufgrund von etwas höheren Preisen und längere Wartezeiten. Daher am besten vorher reservieren.

Great location, ate a knuckle. Was there with two colleagues. Once beer meat and ???? (Forget). We were very satisfied with everything. Be sure to make a reservation otherwise there will be no food. One moment it's empty and suddenly everything is full.

We had dinner in the brewery this evening (April 23, 2025) and were very impressed by the ambience, service and, above all, the food. We had the potato pizza, the smoked salmon and the Lüdde burger with sweet potato fries. Everything was fresh and well composed, which really convinced us. The “light” was served in a 1.5 liter pitcher and completed our meal. We found the portions to be adequate and appetizing - and above all: very tasty. Many thanks to the staff for a smooth, uncomplicated process and a great evening, which we would be happy to repeat when the opportunity arises.

We ate here on two days. The food itself was excellent, no matter the dish. We also had excellent service on the first day. The young man always had an eye, was quick and enjoyed his work. On the second day we had an older waitress. The menu was missing on the tables, salt, pepper,... the first order was still possible, after that you didn't look up or at the guests. Luckily another colleague came over at some point. What can I say? Everything is recommended, but it depends on the service. Still a clear recommendation.

This brewery is worth a visit. The beer from the keg tastes very good. Without a reservation it is very difficult or impossible to get a table. There were 8 of us, that's probably why. The ambience, location and food are excellent.

A cozy restaurant in Quedlinburg. It was very crowded on Friday evening, but luckily we got a seat. The brewery atmosphere was very nice and pleasant and the service was quick and very nice. We both decided on burgers, which tasted fantastic. The bread was crispy, the chicken was tender and well seasoned. The sweet potato fries and the dip were also fantastic. Neither of us managed to finish the portion. Definitely worth a visit (or several).

You can expect the louder atmosphere that is typical of a brewery, but is still inviting. The service was great, Bea served us friendly, quickly and with great attention in the evening. Particularly fair: we ordered half a portion of the Harz platter as a starter and only paid exactly 50% of the price. Considering the same effort, an extra schnapps would be justified. We then had beer meat twice, but with sauerkraut instead of red cabbage. What can I say? The small starter was already good, but the main course was a prime example of how simple food can also be really, really good. The sauerkraut was very tasty, the beer sauce was deep black, not at all overpowering and with a nice bitter note. The meat literally fell apart in your mouth and was a real treat. In short: that was really good! Conclusion: clear recommendation.

I spontaneously went there for dinner with my husband today and a young lady served us. We were given a very friendly welcome, great advice on the food and, as expected, the food tasted excellent. If our next trip takes us here, we assume we will be happy to stop there again.
