Friendly and quick service. The store was clean and tidy, as were the displays.

We were just there, great guys behind the counter. Very friendly, quick, accommodating. Quality is simply great. And the food tastes good too.

You're just being ripped off in this store. I went to get food and had vouchers for everyone in my family. But when I got there, I was only allowed to redeem as many vouchers as the number of people who were there. It wasn't written on the vouchers, nor was there any reference to where you could read about it. Such a disappointment. The only cheap excuse I had when I asked to show me the voucher catalog where it says this was: Yes, that's what the boss said. Afterwards I looked in the terms and conditions, OK, it was there, but there was no forwarding on the vouchers where you could see the regulation. This is just disappointing and really surprised me. This should be changed this time and it should be pointed out that this regulation exists.

The guys who had to serve us the day after Christmas were super friendly. Very clean and all wishes were implemented. Would love to come back

The consumption of drinks brought with you was prohibited under threat of being banned from the house. In addition, moving the seating was prohibited. I regularly visit the Subway with 5 or more people, so you can be friendly and courteous towards customers.

Unfortunately, the service is sometimes a bit unfriendly and threatens to ban you from the house if you bring your own drinks. When it comes to food, I understand it, but if you buy something for 10 euros and then drink your 2 euro iced tea then it itches or not.

The good: The subs were well topped and tasty. The service could have been friendlier. You clearly noticed that the end of the day was approaching and so you were quickly processed and were no longer allowed to sit inside (announced right before paying - you stand there with your food and suddenly you are only allowed to take it with you, cheeky!). The waffle potatoes (lattice potatoes) were absolutely not tasty - not crispy, but limp/rubbery and totally over-seasoned, and the portion size was also a joke. There is still potential for development, especially when dealing with guests. B.a.w. there's no more subway visits...

From huge praise to huge criticism. We are super disappointed. First impression today: the display is totally dirty, service grottos bad today. One serves completely alone, 1 chats outside, the 3rd has no idea. The employee who served us today was totally introverted, otherwise always funny and friendly. Regarding the occupancy of the subs: more like economical today. This situation is noticeable every time a certain employee is there. I hope for a significant improvement.

After years of abstinence, I treated myself to a sub again. The selection of subs has been reduced compared to a few years ago. So the turkey, ham and bacon melt with double cheese became quite expensive. €11.49 for a sub that cost €6.69 three years ago. That's honestly just too much. But apart from that, the store and the staff were really friendly and also told me when I ordered that the sub would be more expensive. So all in all a good experience.

I went to Subway again after a long time because I felt like it again. Service was friendly BUT the SUB was absolutely bad. Dry meat and cold. I'm not coming back.

We arrived around 12:30 p.m. It doesn't open until 12 p.m. But all tables were dirty. I can hardly imagine that all the tables were occupied in the 30 minutes beforehand. Especially since the parking lot was empty when we arrived and we didn't see anyone else. We were there with 2 small children, and a few more people came after us. But the staff wasn't necessarily the fastest. A pity.

Order via app: Completely wrong sauces on both subs. Missing vegetables, no fried onions. Packed half-heartedly or the paper was torn and the subs almost fell apart.

We ordered something and picked it up after 15 minutes. There was no wait and the food was hot and delicious. I had the BBQ with extra meat and I have to say that it was really sufficient. I was surprised that the tortilla chips came out of the bag 😉 But then I can leave them out next time. The baguettes are definitely recommended.

Everything is always good. But something is often forgotten, especially when ordering, and that's just a shame. Be it an ingredient in a salad or a specially ordered sauce. We've rarely had everything that was complete. This was only the case when ordering on site. Each employee also prepares salads or subs differently in terms of the quantities of ingredients, so please help with that. Nice staff and they look for solutions if, for example, what you want is no longer available. No matter whether order or on site.

I wanted to redeem coupons yesterday and had a disabled person in the car. I was told that these coupons could only be redeemed one per person. I told the cashier several times that it would be very difficult to unpack and drive in here with a wheelchair There was no reaction. I found it very ignorant of the staff. Are severely disabled people ignored here? For me it was the first and last visit here It would be nice if Subway would comment on this

Food wasn't good after a while I felt a bit sick until the next day the counter didn't look nice everything was uncoordinated (employees better train and train and pay attention to hygiene and cleanliness and freshness)

Sehr freundliche und coole Bedienung. Sie hatte sogar extra noch ihren Kollegen dazugerufen, damit dieser mein Veggie-Sub belegt, da sie mit ihren Handschuhen schon das Fleisch-Sub berührt hatte. Das wäre mir selbst sogar egal gewesen, aber trotzdem sehr nett, dass darauf geachtet wird. Es gab eine neue Soße, welche sie uns auf zwei Gurkenscheiben gegeben hatte, damit wir diese probieren konnten. Die Subs waren gut belegt und sehr lecker. Der Laden und die Theke waren sauber.

Essen ok , auf beiden Sandwichs hat der Käse gehlt genauso wie beim Salat. Cookies waren auch nicht dabei und werden auch nicht nach geliefert.

Einer der ersten Subways in Magdeburg. Seit vielen Jahren nicht mehr wegzudenken. Top Lage, gut mit Bus und Bahn erreichbar. Viele Parkplätze, nettes Personal, sauber, Toilette vorhanden. Preise sind sehr gut, auf alle Gerichte. Schade das der Drive in nicht mehr in Benutzung ist, das ist richtig gut gewesen.

Liebevolle Subway Filiale mit einer bezaubernden zopfträgerin,die ein wundervolles Lächeln besitzt. Gerne kehre ich hier öfter ein.

Wirkt nicht freundlich und die Bedienung müsste mal geschult werden.

Personal ist freundlich und das Essen schmeckt.

Nettes Personal was sehr schnell die Bestellungen abarbeitet. Geschmacklich war es ok aber für den Preis nicht gut genug.

Die Theke sah nicht wirklich einladend aus. Das Gemüse sah schrecklich aus- ich habe mehr Strunks als Salat bekommen und gelbe Tomaten. Bei dem zweiten Sub war nicht mal ansatzweise soviel Belag drauf, wie drauf sein müsste … weil es alle war. Schade Man sollte drauf hingewiesen werden, wenn man den Bon nicht mitnimmt, das man auch keine Bewertung abgeben kann.

Personal mega freundlich u teilweiseauch lustig. Nimmt sich Zeit um zu helfen. Essen war auch gut. Leider sind die Tische u Sitzgelegenheiten immer schmutzig.

Meine Bestellung im Wesentlichen: Ein ganzes Turkey- Sub mit Salat, Gurke und Tomate. Und natürlich einer Soße. Bekommen habe ich für 6,20 Euro (inkl. SWM- Rabatt) ein trockenes Brötchen. Nein, nicht nochmal! Es gab eine einzige Fahrt mit der Soßenflasche über das ganzes Sub. Das passiert in anderen Stores zwar auch gelegentlich, allerdings gibt es auf freundliche Nachfrage dort immer eine zweite, dritte und vor der Frage ob es reicht, auch noch eine vierte Fahrt. Hier nicht! Hier wird man direkt darauf hingewiesen, dass das extra kostet. Obgleich man einiges an von mir nicht gewünschten Belägen gespart hat. So bezahlte ich für ein trockenes, belegtes Brötchen, welches mir keinerlei Ess- Erlebnis verschaffte. Sehr ärgerlich und daher nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Essen ist lecker. Die Cookies sind super. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr freundlich und nett. Es ist sauber und ordentlich. Man kann sehr gut auch dort an einen der Tische essen.

Mitarbeiter war merkwürdig aufgesetzt. Zudem hat man etliche Sitzgelegenheiten entfernt, das Ambiente passt nicht mehr.

Eigentlich alles prima, bloß schon seid Wochen die Toiletten außer Betrieb. Was soll das?

Naja also die Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich mir gegenüber, und der Mitarbeiter hatte auch garkein Bock auf sein Job. Ich kam rein und musste mir bevor ich bestellen konnte einen drei Minütigen Dialog zwischen den Mitarbeitern anhören

Super nettes Personal! Bevor ich meine vegane Bestellung aufgegeben habe, wurde ich gefragt, ob die Handschuhe gewechselt werden sollen, bevor sie bearbeitet wird und es wurde ein neues Messer zum durchschneiden organisiert. Außerdem mega freundlich und zuvorkommend. :) Ich komme gerne wieder!
