Went to the Subway in Frankenthal a few days ago. I think that by ordering at the terminals you lose the opportunity to order your sub yourself. The cheese oregano bread was completely burnt on top, so there was no oregano on top at all. Next time somewhere different

The service was incredibly slow and just chattered away. Some of the food was served incorrectly.
