We drove to the restaurant spontaneously. We just managed to get a table. We were impressed by the service and the staff. The food was excellent, and the prices were reasonable.

Top food, there were 10 of us and everyone was very satisfied. Whether burger or steak everything is perfect. Service and ambience are great. Is probably the best address for good food in Friedrichroda.

This restaurant cooks with a lot of professionalism and ingenuity. Be it chicken with turnip vegetables, venison with red cabbage and Turkish dumplings or black charcoal with salsify - the combination is perfect, the seasoning is harmonious and we recommend it for every dish. Gladly again!

My mother was a guest here for a few days while my father was in the hospital. It was very nice and friendly. Close to the center and the Friedrichroda hospital.

Very polite and attentive staff. A very nice menu with many game dishes. Food was great. The restaurant is highly recommended.

The food selection was good, but overpriced. The prices for the schnitzel were too high. Unfortunately, the value for money here isn't right. We had a farmer's breakfast and a roast beef. Both were very greasy, and the farmer's breakfast was too salty. We also found two large beers for €11 to be too expensive for this region. The ambiance was fine for a forest inn.
