Top food, there were 10 of us and everyone was very satisfied. Whether burger or steak everything is perfect. Service and ambience are great. Is probably the best address for good food in Friedrichroda.

This restaurant cooks with a lot of professionalism and ingenuity. Be it chicken with turnip vegetables, venison with red cabbage and Turkish dumplings or black charcoal with salsify - the combination is perfect, the seasoning is harmonious and we recommend it for every dish. Gladly again!

My mother was a guest here for a few days while my father was in the hospital. It was very nice and friendly. Close to the center and the Friedrichroda hospital.

Food good, staff friendly and attentive

I have rarely eaten so badly. The vegetables were black and burnt, the homemade quark was too salty. The tonic water only tastes of aspartame and cyclamate. The waitress was friendly, but stands in front of the door and smokes while the guests wait.

I'm here for lunch today and didn't read the reviews until I was in the parking lot. At first we didn't want to go in because the reviews weren't that good. But since we were almost at the door, we decided to have lunch there anyway. None of the negative points we had read were visible on site! It is a restaurant and not a 5-star restaurant, but the atmosphere was very pleasant. The service was also very nice and despite the large number of visitors, we were served fairly quickly. The food was excellent - the homemade wild ragufeng/spiced meat was particularly tasty. We also have fresh German asparagus and duck leg, all delicious. Conclusion: This restaurant is really recommended. We will now come here more often and enjoy Thuringian cuisine
