Delicious food in a rustic atmosphere. We spent a lovely, cozy evening here. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, restaurant development has stalled over the years. If you leave something on your plate, you could expect an unkind comment. The buffet does not meet today's standards even though it is the same price. Except for one positive waitress, the rest of the staff seems very grumpy and unfriendly. If you arrive at the wrong time, you can expect an incomplete buffet and be forced to ask for extra portions. However, the food is delicious.

Went there for coffee last Sunday. The service was very friendly. The cake was very tasty and there was plenty of choice The taste of the coffee was really great too. We'd love to come back.

Idyllic location, very very good food and a good price

So we ordered duck with coconut sauce. That was the worst duck I've ever eaten in my life. The meat was of such poor quality that it is not even used for pet supplies. Even my dogs refused it. So one star for the food

Finally a restaurant that stands out from the oppressive GDR and communism flair, with a small minus point in the form of cobwebs 🤣. If you feel like having a drink and want to experience at least a little bit of modern world, I recommend it.

Food like at home, German cuisine and sufficient, tastes very tasty 😋 and good 👍. The staff is very friendly and helpful, just top notch. Price is also good 👍 in the canteen.

I'm a bit surprised by the good reviews. The waiters had neither a smile for us nor any time to spare. They seemed unfriendly and somehow always in a hurry. 5 people at the table, but only 3 cards were thrown on the table. The food was either over-seasoned or not seasoned at all. It was very loud and uncomfortable. The bar was always full with lots of dirty glasses. The toilets were dirty and there was no soap. All in all: We won't eat there again.
