A really nice, rustic restaurant to feel at home with very friendly service and delicious food.

Unfortunately there is no comparison to the previous owner. Taking over a menu from the previous owner is one thing, having a different chef in the kitchen is another. The best part was sitting outside in the old town of Bad Langensalza.

Really great restaurant, friendly and competent staff and a nice atmosphere. The food tastes very tasty and is reasonably priced. We will visit the room again at any time.

This was the second time we've eaten there since it reopened and I personally wasn't impressed. The location is cool and it's great to sit outside. But culinary promises were made before the opening and at the end, like in most restaurants, there is steak schnitzel and noodles. What's still missing is pizza and to be on the safe side that you offer the same thing as the competition. There is also no risk when it comes to the choice of beer. Greetings from the kitchen were a salad that wasn't very aesthetically presented (snack feeling). The taste was very sour, which I didn't like. Schnitzel Mexico was quite ok. The fried potatoes were a bit small and a total failure, they urgently need to be worked on. The man was very friendly and always informed his customers whether everything was OK, which I thought was great. In my opinion, the woman doesn't belong in the service, she seemed annoyed and in a bad mood. Every small order came with something different, but we quickly noted that something was wrong and since it was fine with us, we accepted the order as it was. 1st order 1 beer 1 cyclist two cyclists came. 2nd order 1 Schnitzel Gypsy style came 1 Schnitzel Jäger style. 3rd order 2 beers 1 shandy 3 beers came. All in all, the visits were okay, but given the prices that are currently available, that's just not enough for me.

Visiting this restaurant was a wonderful experience, especially on this wonderful summer day. Eat and sit well!

Very tasty and rich food, and super inexpensive! However, we had to wait over an hour for our order, so points were deducted. You have to like the atmosphere or not. We sat outside next to the pedestrian zone. Anyone who likes classic old towns would probably give this 5 stars, but unfortunately only 4 for me.

My wife and I recently ate here because we were impressed several times by the previous owner and his craftsmanship. Unfortunately, the current operator has only taken over the location. Our impression was that both the staff were unmotivated (attention was only paid when ordering and "delivering" food) and that the dishes ordered were prepared carelessly and not very tastefully. (mushy fried potatoes, dry fish, watery sauce,...) When we were finally able to pay and were asked how the food was, we dared to say our opinion, whereupon the waitress angrily gave us a (small) part of the payment table "laid" back. Not like that again for us... unfortunately.

Really lots of it and super tasty, the kids liked it too.

We ate outside with the family when the weather was nice. The ambience is good, also thanks to the attractive market church opposite. The service is friendly and courteous without being too intrusive. There is something for everyone on the menu. The food was good, but not outstanding. The side salad could be bigger! Price-performance ratio is okay. We'd love to come back.

Unfortunately I can't recommend it. I didn't like the food. Everything out of the deep fryer and overcooked. Was very disappointed.

In the following I describe my impression and I also ask everyone to form their own opinion. I would like to start by saying that as a guest I felt that I was not sufficiently entertained...that is how I know the guest to ask whether everything is OK and on this occasion the waitress takes further requests. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible here because the waitress only showed up to prepare and clear the plates...so, no further drinks, bread or even a dessert. I would describe the food as ordinary at best...

At first a meal was forgotten, which made you seem surprised...you could have simply asked and repeated the order if you weren't sure. We also had to wait for the cutlery, so the mashed potatoes already had a skin on them. The waitress seems to be unprofessional and prefers to chat with the waiters across the street. The taste is tolerable, nothing more. We sat outside in the beautiful old town of Bad Langensalza. A crooked table forced us to hold the glasses...a bar under the table legs would help. It's a shame, I expected more. There are no plans for a second visit for us.

Very attentive and friendly service. If you love schnitzel, this is the place for you. Selected versions of the classic, good and freshly prepared. Highly recommended, I will eat here again when I'm in the area.

The following rating simply represents my impression, everyone should form their own opinion! A small restaurant with outdoor dining. I ate the following here: Schnitzel with bearded potatoes and salad, I have to say that I have rarely eaten better fried potatoes. The restaurant also serves Mediterranean dishes and steaks. The service is quick and, as you would expect, friendly. The prices are reasonable for a spa town. I would like to be a guest here again.

A fantastic asparagus cream soup was served here!!!! Otherwise it's just great to sit at the church

Delicious food and nice service

Even though we had reserved, we were just seated somewhere. The table was the draughtiest in the whole store, and in front of a loudspeaker that was constantly blaring something foreign. The term small side salad was accurate, very small salad, more of a sample.

Unfortunately no asparagus. Recently with a new owner. Now there is asparagus. The offering has been expanded and improved. Very family atmosphere.

Delicious food, cozy outdoor area in the middle of the old town. Only the selection of background music is more reminiscent of a kebab shop and doesn't fit with the otherwise very nice ambience.

Nice service Fast At lunchtime we ordered the weekly special for 13.90, with starter soup, cordon bleu with fried potatoes and ice cream. The dishes came promptly and were fresh. We imagined something different under Cordon Bleu, it came with 2 breaded pork roulades with tomato sauce and fried potatoes. But it was still tasty.

Geordert Schnitzel - ordentlich groß, schmackhaft, ebenso die Bratkartoffeln. Die Location ist einfach hübsch. Besonders das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. So stelle ich mir Gastlichkeit vor. Merken wir uns das Lokal.

We were out looking for coffee at lunchtime. By chance we saw the sign advertising coffee and cake. Small place but very tasty cake and nice people.

We were there for lunch today... Nice little, quaint restaurant with very great service.. We decided on the weekly menu...vegetable soup, sea bream fillet with rice for my wife, chicken breast with grilled vegetables for me and for dessert there was panacotta cream with strawberries and ice cream... The whole menu, per person for an unbeatable €13.50.. Toilets clean as they should be.. In any case you will see us again... Thank you

We had dinner here. Highly recommended, the schnitzels are good. Just like the service. There is still room for improvement in terms of ambience, but the positive outweighs the negatives. We would love to come back, I'm excited to see what it's like on the second or third visit. In any case, the restaurant is recommended...

Popular restaurant in the old town with a nice selection of starters and main courses. Schnitzel, steak and grill pans, everything was very plentiful. The guests usually take the leftovers with them because they can't manage everything. 👍 Soljanka, sheep's cheese is delicious as a starter, although the soup is also sufficient as a main course. Schnitzel appears to be nicely fried, breading crispy and meat still soft. Fried potatoes are more like fried potatoes than golden brown thalers, but they taste good. Large selection of hot and cold drinks. Good selection of cakes and desserts in the afternoon too. Thank you very much, gladly again 👍

After the reopening we had dinner here. Unfortunately, our expectations were ultimately disappointed. The schnitzel came out of the deep fryer and was very dry (probably pre-fried and then kept warm). The fried potatoes were very fatty and the chanterelle sauce was hidden under the schnitzel. It was very warm in the dining room and it smelled very much like a kitchen, which was due to the structural conditions. Actually, all in all, it's a shame and disappointing for us.

Top restaurant with absolutely recommendable cuisine, great service and the price-performance ratio is right.

Wir hatten zwei Plätze zum Valentinstag um 12 Uhr bestellt. Durch die Umleitung aus Mühlhausen waren wir leider erst 12Uhr 8 vor Ort.Leider waren unsere Plätze da schon vergeben. Während der Geschäftsinhaber die Platzreservierung nicht notiert haben will,sagte die Mitarbeiterin "Er dachte ,sie kommen nicht mehr "Daher mein Eindruck, Reservierung zwecklos.

Best schnitzel in the UH district!

It could be so beautiful & very cozy. A small restaurant in an old half-timbered house. Artificial flowers on the table & and too many tables in a small room. Simply too loud to recover from a stressful day and have a quiet conversation. The whole room still smelled of food and frying oil because the kitchen is right next to the dining room. Schnitzel menu sounds very appealing. Unfortunately, the schnitzels were only prepared in the deep fryer, and the sauces for the different versions almost all looked the same. The salad plate looked great and was super tasty. Been there once, but don't necessarily have to go there again.

I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Geheimtipp für jeden Gaumen. Neuer Besitzer mit ähnlichem Konzept aber besser in der Umsetzung. Steak und Schnitzel in wirklich guter Qualität.. Bitte macht weiter so Bis bald.

Rustikal eingerichtet, bietet das Restaurant sehr leckere Gerichte. Wer jetzt kommt, kann sogar das Eröffnungsangebot nutzen. Alle Schnitzel für 11,90€. Ein Hammer-Angebot. Kaffee und hausgemachter Kuchen für 5,50 €... Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und ich werde während meines Aufenthaltes im Januar nicht zum letzten mal das Restaurant besucht haben.

Was soll ich Schreiben und wo fang ich am besten an. Ich habe seit längerem nicht so ein leckeres Schnitzel gegessen ein Kompliment an die Küche . Es hat wirklich alles gepasst die Bedienung, dass Ambiente und der Preis. Bitte macht weiter so und vielen lieben Dank🙏👍

Dar mal wirklich lecker. Auf der Speisekarte stehen übersichtlich viele Schnitzelgerichte. Die Preise sind auch völlig okay und liegen zwischen 11,90 € und 14,90 €. Portionsgrößen prima, wir waren satt und zufrieden.

Also die Räumlichkeiten sind nicht so der Hammer, und der Laden sollte sich was anderes suchen, mit mehr Ambiente. Auch die Räumlichkeiten sind Innen viel zu klein beengt, und sollte Deutlich größer sein. Denn es nicht nicht immer Sommer das man gemütlich draußen Sitzen kann. Alles andere ist wirklich sehr Gut Essen Geschmack Frische Qualität Bedingung keine Beanstandungen. Deswegen bin ich überzeugt das man mit einer größeren Räumlichkeit auch mehr Kunden bekommt was auch mehr Umsatz bedeutet.

Ein kleines Restaurant, das mit einer großen Auswahl von Schnitzelgerichten punktet. Die Schnitzel schmecken gut und auch das Ambiente stimmt. Leider ist das Restaurant ziemlich klein, sodass es schwierig wird einen Tisch ohne Reservierung zu Stoßzeiten zu bekommen. Im Sommer jedoch nicht, weil es da auch Tische draußen gibt.

Wir waren nun schon mehrmals dort und es ist ein kleines feines Restaurant mit bodenständiger Küche. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, das Essen schmeckt und die Bedienung ist nett.

Super urig und gemütlich. Die Schnitzelvariationen sind schon echt super und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen aufjedenfall öfter.

Das Bonifaciusstübchen haben wir bei einem Sonntagsausflug eher zufällig gefunden und der besondere Charakter, das urige Ambiente in Verbindung mit dem Angebot an regionaler Küche lud herzlich ein. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, was unseren Eindruck von einer lokalen kulinarischen Schatzkiste noch verstärkte. Der Blick in die Küche ließ schon erahnen das hier mit Herz und nicht mit TK Ware gekocht wird. Mit den ersten Bissen wuchs einfach nur noch die Begeisterung über die frischen Bratkartoffeln und ein hervorragendes überbackenes Schnitzel. Wer in Bad Langensalza gut und preiswert regional essen möchte sollte hier auf jeden Fall Einkehren. Sehr gerne wieder...!🤤

Second time in two weeks that I have visited this restaurant. Both times food, service and the ambiance 10/10. The price/quality is great. We've visited many restaurants in the region and this is by far the best schnitzel we've tasted. Thanks again for the food and service.
