It's okay...! I expected more. It felt more like mass processing; the food was okay, but overpriced. The service was rather cold but quick. Plenty of parking.

We've been there several times, always delicious food, great atmosphere, and excellent service! It's our favorite restaurant!

My husband and I had a wonderful evening at HarthHaus. It's a beautiful restaurant. The food was excellent, and the service was superb. I can wholeheartedly recommend it. It's also wheelchair accessible, which is very important to us as I have a disability.

We celebrated our wedding here at the end of September, and it was perfect. The team at Harth Haus gave it their all to make our day the most wonderful. The food was delicious, and they even accommodated our special requests. The collaboration beforehand was uncomplicated and very pleasant. Thank you for your great work, dear Harth Haus team.

If you're nearby and want to eat really well, you have to visit the "Harth Haus." Everything is just right here! Very attentive service. Super-fast food. A kitchen that knows its craft. In my opinion, there's NO chef in the kitchen, so convenience seems to be the order of the day... It won't kill you, but I don't need it. The atmosphere is really great, and the waiters are extremely friendly and efficient. The allergens and additives on the menu don't seem to be listed correctly. It's a shame, I'd love to eat there more often, but it's impossible for me due to health reasons.

Unfortunately, there was no staff present on June 26, 2025, between 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. We sat outside twice, but no service came. Guests were eating inside. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any service inside either. So we had to leave. What a shame.

We were very satisfied with the food and the service. One of the tastiest restaurants I've ever been to. There's nothing to complain about. However, there's very little vegetarian food, which isn't a bad thing, but it was still delicious. The restaurant was very hygienic and polite. We always enjoy eating there.

The menu was very extensive. The plates were full, too. However, the schnitzels were deep-fried. The kitchen door was open... The doorway to the restroom also smelled strongly of deep-fryer grease. The restrooms need renovation. Ants 🐜 problem in the dining room. Service was friendly, but it took a while after we finished, even though there weren't many customers. The atmosphere was OK, but it had been inherited from previous guests.

Highly recommended, great value for money

I visited this inn for the first time on June 1, 2025. It was absolutely amazing. The culinary offerings and the ambiance invite you to linger for hours. I highly recommend it for birthdays and company parties.

Das Ambiente ist in Ordnung, die Bedienung war freundlich und auch flott. Die Portionsgröße war reichlich. Geschmack war eher fad (Salzarm) aber gut das kann man ja mögen und ist auch gesünder. Was allerdings meiner Meinung nach gar nicht geht ist aufgesprudeltes Leitungswasser statt Fachinger... (Immerhin 6,90€). Tip von mir: Flasche nur mit geschlossenem Siegel akzeptieren! Staatl. Fachingen kann man, durch seinen besonderen Geschmack (Hydrogencarbonat, leicht Salzig) leicht unterscheiden.

We received friendly and prompt service. The food was good and plentiful, but not outstanding. Given the size, that's hardly to be expected.

Very quick service. Fair prices. Not suitable for vegetarian as basically everything is with meat (one fish dish).

Disorganized staff. The children's portion contained significantly more fries than the adult portion. My wife only had four croquettes with her schnitzel. The quality was also below average. A lot of it came from the deep fryer and a large portion was made from ready-made meals/prepared sauces. Nothing homemade. Considerably overpriced for the quality and quantity.

The Harth House is simply a real insider tip! We've eaten there several times with the whole family - and every time we've been completely thrilled. The service is always warm and attentive, you immediately feel welcome. The food is not only incredibly tasty, but also plentiful - no one goes home hungry here. It's nice to see that quality and hospitality are very important here. Definitely one of our favorite restaurants in the region for us – we’ll definitely be back!

No card payment is possible and there is no invoice. Experienced today at dinner with 10 people. This should set alarm bells ringing at the tax office. The food is completely overpriced for the poor quality. We had to wait half an hour for the menu. There was also no question as to whether there could be drinks.

A lovingly furnished restaurant, very tasty and plentiful food. The waiters are very courteous, have a relaxed attitude on their lips and are concerned about your well-being. A child at the next table got his food with a sparkler, so everything is correct so far. I deducted the points because we were startled by a note right at the entrance door saying "no card payment possible". This notice makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up because you usually don't get a bill either..... we scraped together all the pennies and were able to give a little tip. When the weather is nice, the beautiful outdoor area with animals, playground and water feature invites you to eat ice cream. Maybe you can pay by card again by then. Reservations are recommended as the restaurant is always very busy.

We (my wife and I) have been guests at the Harth House several times. The food, ambience and friendliness of the staff were first class every time. We were also able to celebrate my in-laws’ golden wedding anniversary there. Here too, everything was arranged to our complete satisfaction and everything was beautifully decorated. So, a straight A1 from me.

The food is super tasty and the portions are quite large. For example, the two of us shared a starter and unfortunately had no room for dessert after the main course. Although the desserts at the neighboring tables looked very good, next time we'll just leave out the starter. Price-performance ratio definitely fits here. And the selection is plenty too. The service was always friendly and quick, even though the store was packed. The ambience is very appealing and yet cozy. Five of us were there with the family on Sunday. We were able to easily reserve the table on the website using the WhatsApp link. We all really enjoyed it, we'll definitely be back. Thank you.

Very tasty food, absolutely cozy atmosphere in every season and of course very friendly staff. The weekly menu (€12.90) for lunch is varied and inexpensive, from fish to pork and poultry, everything is included. But you can also eat from the normal menu with a huge selection. Conclusion: Absolutely recommended and the forest surroundings and connection are also suitable. 👍🏻

The location of the restaurant, far away from the hustle and bustle of a town, with free, always sufficient parking space, the sparkle of the inn's inviting lighting, the spacious ambience of the tasteful and stylish furnishings, the friendliness of the staff and, last but not least, the wide range of food and drinks are inspiring. Anyone who has taken a break here will come back again and again, even for family celebrations or with friends - it is the ideal place in the middle of the beautiful nature on the Hart near Bad Langensalza.

This year, it's been a long time since we went to the Harth Haus, which invites you to a cozy dinner with a new ambience. Especially when the fireplace is burning on cool winter days, you feel quite comfortable. The food was, as always, very tasty. Since some of the employees have known me for many years since I came here, you can also have a quick private chat with each other regardless of the food order. You always feel welcome here.

Mass processing, once you have your food, you are no longer interesting as a guest and hope for service in vain. The food was tasty.

This restaurant would be an absolute win for Berlin – I would immediately become a regular. As soon as you walk in, you can feel that there is something special in the air here. The waiters know many of their guests, you exchange a few words, there is a laugh - this familiarity makes the whole visit incredibly warm and inviting. This is exactly how I imagine a perfect evening: you not only feel welcome, but almost like a part of the whole. The atmosphere was cozy and pleasantly warm, both in the room and in dealing with the guests. There are those rare places where you just want to stay because everything fits - this is exactly that kind of place. And then the menu! What a selection! I probably thought about it for five minutes because everything sounded fantastic. Ultimately I decided on a Thuringian plate - and what can I say: heavenly. So hearty, so perfectly seasoned, I enjoyed every bite. Like it was made for me alone. We also had a pepper steak which was also spot on. Juicy, spicy, simply perfect. It was a meal that not only fills you up, but also really makes you happy - and you can't get that everywhere these days. If I'm in the area again, there's no doubt: I'll be back. This restaurant is a little oasis that makes you forget how stressful everyday life can sometimes be. I really wish we had a place like this in Berlin. I would be there all the time - whether for food or just for the incredibly warm atmosphere.

I'm a bit surprised by the good reviews. The waiters had neither a smile for us nor any time to spare. They seemed unfriendly and somehow always in a hurry. 5 people at the table, but only 3 cards were thrown on the table. The food was either over-seasoned or not seasoned at all. It was very loud and uncomfortable. The bar was always full with lots of dirty glasses. The toilets were dirty and there was no soap. All in all: We won't eat there again.

An unforgettable wedding celebration in the Harth Haus. We had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding at the Harth Haus and we can say with full confidence that it was an all-round successful event. The service was simply outstanding. The staff was not only friendly and accommodating, but also extremely professional. The waiters were always on hand to ensure that no glass remained empty and that every guest felt comfortable. What was particularly impressive was the way they kept in mind the guests' various wants and needs without being intrusive. Even in the previous agreements, all of our wishes were taken into account and everything was implemented very well. The food was another highlight. The selection was varied and every course was a real pleasure. The dishes were freshly prepared and presented with great attention to detail. Particularly noteworthy are the various main courses (5 to choose from), which not only tasted great but were also a real eye-catcher. It was obvious that high quality ingredients were used here. A cake and midnight buffet were also included. So we didn't have to worry about anything and could just enjoy the day. The drink selection was also impressive. From refreshing cocktails to fine wines and non-alcoholic options, there was something to suit every taste. The bartenders were talented and creative, which contributed to a great celebration. The atmosphere was also excellent, a very nice and unique ambience. There was enough space for our 130 guests and there was also enough space for a band and a dance floor. There is also a beautiful outdoor area, where there are also many activities for children (bouncy castle, playground, petting zoo). There are also 2 holiday apartments, so we were able to spend the night there after the celebration. Overall, the wedding celebration at the Harth Haus was an unforgettable experience. The combination of outstanding service, delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere made this special day very special. A huge thank you goes to Toni and his great team - you made our day perfect for us!!! We can only warmly recommend the Harth Haus and are already looking forward to our next visit!

A true temple of good cuisine. Today we had roast lamb and venison, with a good bottle of red wine. Taste very good, quantity very good, therefore value for money absolutely top. It's worth spending a few good hours here. The selection of dishes invites you to come back because you can't enjoy the diverse dishes in one evening. The staff was also on the ball and friendly. Lots of appearance, little reality. Beef cheeks consisted mainly of a lot of fat rind and bones, very poor quality. The hot chocolate was in a conical cup with milk foam and a maximum of 0.1 liter of cocoa at the end. The fish was only partially identifiable. But the service and the ambience are great and the offering is large. However, the prices and the quality of the food are not enough to warrant a return visit. Too bad.
