Since we were spoiled by the food at the Schiffers restaurant, we were a little disappointed. We liked the fries better from the previous one. The vegetarian sausage wasn't a highlight, the fries were unfortunately lukewarm and not crispy, and the potato salad didn't seem to be homemade. We paid 28 euros for 1x fries special, 1x coleslaw, a potato salad, a vegetarian currywurst and chicken sticks. Without drinks. Unfortunately, the unofficial opening hours of 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. don't work well for us. We will be having lunch somewhere else soon.

The Hahnheiser has been one of my favorite restaurants in Nippes for years. My review is the quintessence of many visits. No matter what I've ordered, it was almost always deliciously prepared and tasted accordingly. The lack of a star for the food is due to the fact that in isolated cases the meat was too dry or overcooked and therefore not worth the price. Owner Kai Hahnheiser obviously does everything he can to ensure these exceptions remain that way, personally asking questions and doing everything he can to satisfy his guests. Thank you for that, and I'll be happy to come back again and again. What you need to know: it can be quite loud at the Hahnheiser, making it difficult to have a conversation across the table, and: parking in Nippes is a challenge. I travel by train or bike.

Were there for the menu carousel. Very good 4 course menu. The only point of criticism: instead of accompanying wines, at the beginning you could only choose between red or white. Great service. It wasn't the last time there

The restaurant has a beautiful decor and cozy atmosphere. The food is delicious with authentic Thai flavors, but the prices are slightly high for Mönchengladbach. The spiciness is true to Thai cuisine, so if you can’t handle spicy food, be sure to mention it when ordering. Portions are generous and satisfying. Overall, a great spot for Thai food lovers.

I come here once every year and have been ordering the same dish for years. It's always delicious again and again.

The same applies as ever: good local cuisine with delicious promotions. Very suitable for bicycle touring riders. We just picked up some really delicious food to take home here. The tagliatelle, the Münsterländer schnitzel and the cordon bleu were exceptional. The men's cream at the end really rounded everything off. Always my pleasure! Finally there are promotions like Schnitzel Day or Sparrips again. Super tasty Just ate sauerbraten there. Also highly recommended!

Asparagus penne was cooked perfectly! The employees were very attentive and really nice! We'd love to come back!

I stayed here overnight and ate there in the evening. The inn is nicely furnished, the staff is friendly. The food was good. The waiter tried very hard, but semi-professional. Pulling beer is not one of his strengths. His communication seems rehearsed. The room was ok and corresponds to the price. Only the night-time reduction of the heating is too drastic. The small bathroom is unheated and therefore freezing cold. Card payment is not possible.

Super friendly and good-humoured service, That food 1+, everything very tasty and fresh. The ambience to feel good, even the dog had a quiet corner in itself. Thank you to everyone there!

Food was great. Service was awful. I've never been told that the amount of my tip was outrageous. For me, tipping is still voluntary.

Old restaurant. Service top. Food is ok, you have to try it. Chickens are definitely dead. Dry tasty seasoned but fart dry. Schnitzels are ok. It's worth a visit.👍

Very tasty, great value for money! If you ever come to Gangelt, you should definitely eat there! They also offer takeaway.
