I recently had the opportunity to try the pizza Margherita and mushroom pizza at this establishment. The thin crust is perfectly balanced, being both slightly crispy and soft at the same time. The tomato sauce has a distinctive southern flavor, and the cheese is generously applied and well-melted. The preparation was quick, and the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. Among all the places where I've had pizza in Paderborn, this establishment serves, in my subjective opinion, the best pizza.
