I waited two hours for my order. The meat was okay, the sauce was inedible and the fries were just bland. The sauce had a consistency that I can't describe. I will never order from there again

I am very disappointed. I ordered pizzas and pizza rolls here today. The pizza rolls weren't cooked through. I ordered a tuna pizza without onions, got one with onions and with a HAIR! That really doesn't work at all. That wasn't worth the money! But the delivery service was punctual and friendly.

Unfortunately, our favorite supplier “Pizza Toni in the Heidecenter Paderborn” was closed today and we looked for an alternative. Since we were really hungry for pizza, we looked to see what we could get. Pizzeria Manu sounded quite Italian, so let's give it a try. A pizza calzone with salami, ham and artichokes plus extras (garlic, anchovies and hot peppers and a pizza broccoli with garlic plus Extras (anchovies, ham and hot peppers). An Insalata Mista with cocktail dressing. Our standard order at “Pizza Toni in the Heidecenter”. Delivery time according to Pizzeria Manu, 45 minutes to an hour. So far so good! Normally I always turn on the oven again about 20 minutes before delivery so that I can bake the pizza a little crispy again. Pizzeria Manu was there 22 minutes after ordering by phone. I didn't want to turn on the oven anymore. But no matter, we're hungry. Pizza lid on... I didn't have pizza cheese ordered that already the first review! Cut the pizza… where is the salty taste of the anchovies? Why doesn't the pizza smell like garlic? Where are the hot peppers? Pizza Calzone no different! There were a maximum of 3 anchovies on the whole pizza, which were picked apart and then tried to spread on the pizza. There wasn't a single pepperoni on the pizza, let alone garlic. There was enough cheese, cheese! I could have ordered a grilled cheese straight away! And it was the same with the calzone! No pepperoni, you really had to look for anchovies and the garlic apparently hadn't been harvested yet! We then simply called them and asked! The end of the phone call was that the person who took our order just said he had it Order taken and made! His answer to our question about where the “spicy pepperoni” were was his reply: “But those “Pizza is spicy, isn’t it?” Is he trying to kid us? I ordered hot pepperoni and not hot powder! Insolence to the power of 10!!!!! And that for 39 euros! That was the first and last time! Never again!!! Pizza Toni in the Heidecenter… we'll never eat outside again! Promise 🤞

Delivery was quick, I ordered the incredible chilli burger and a bacon cheeseburger and found that both tasted absolutely delicious. Meat is three times dead, but bacon is still alive. I've never thrown €30 in the trash so senselessly.

Unfortunately, I had to wait almost 2 hours and only got lukewarm food... The schnitzel was really small for the price and didn't taste that good... the fries were really limp and the croquettes too... the noodles, in contrast, tasted really good. Unfortunately, never again.

I find the bad reviews a bit harsh. It seems like the satisfied customers don't leave any positive ones, which is a bit of a shame. That doesn't mean that I'm denying the other reviews, it seems like something really went wrong for some customers. I have been ordering here for years and am always very satisfied. My pizza is always generously topped and very tasty. There are actually no complaints from me. My only suggestion for improvement would be to make the side dishes a little more interesting. Pizza rolls with herb butter are just a bit dry and boring. Is there something more interesting like... Pizza rolls with cheese and tomato sauce filling would always be included with my order, win/win.

Never again! I ordered a salmon pizza with egg, I thought it was fish but there was definitely no salmon or bones in it and the eggs on the pizza were not good Packaging damaged, taste nil

Hair in the food, the waitress harasses the guests where to sit... even though the shop is empty. Parking is also problematic. In the end accept problems with the voucher. We won't be coming back!!!

Was today... I asked from the beginning if I can pay with a foreign debit card... her boss confirmed yes... When we finished and went to pay...surprise...they don't accept foreign cards due to their bank's fee... The manager was clear: go to the ATM and take out cash. That would be a problem. Apart from that, the nearest ATM is 1.5 km away. So imagine....after driving for a whole day...being put in the situation of walking at dinner because they don't want to pay fees for card payments... Ohh...I forgot to say...there is not a single sign about card payments in the restaurant or at the entrance... Which cards they accept and which they don't... I offered to pay by UK debit card. No, because of the fees. I offered to pay by UK credit card...same thing...we don't want to pay any fees... It's a pity that I chose their hotel and restaurant. Definitely avoid it unless you want to take a long walk to the nearest ATM...if you are a visitor and don't have a German debit card... Been today ... Avoid at all cost unless you want to have a long walk to the nearest cash machine ... if you're a visitor and don't own a German Ec card ....

Unfortunately, that was by far the worst food we ate. There were three of us and we ordered three burgers, one fries, a small salad, one pizza roll and a gyro pita. We had to wait an hour for the food, which was acceptable given the distance. The burgers looked unappetizing as soon as they opened the packaging. The burger was similar to a discount store defrost burger. The lettuce and cucumbers were piled high with a mix of curry ketchup with hot dog sauce. The bread was soggy and stuck to the packaging. We looked in vain for cheese at the chili cheese burger. Instead there was a slice of scallion cheese on top. The fries were way too dry and had hardly any taste. As if they were from the day before. Even mayonnaise couldn't improve it. The pizza rolls (cheese and ham) smelled very strongly of yeast and tasted very much like raw dough. Cheese was also saved here. We were shocked when we ordered at the sum of €58. We will never order here again!

Wir bestellen eine pizza, und mein kollege hat die salat pizza bestellt. Er bekommt einfach eine pizza Margarita wo oben drauf dieser salat ist wie bei dönermann . Sehr unschön und nicht genießbar leider . Das war zuviel

Eigentlich finde ich die Pizza lecker, ich habe jedoch eine Lebensmittelvergiftung bekommen.

Sehr leckere Gerichte, freundliches Pesonal. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
