Well, I only gave it 2 stars. Reasons: Delivery order: The delivery arrived within the 45-minute timeframe, even in 42 minutes (Excellent!). Now for the food: I ordered a schnitzel with peppercorn cream sauce and fried potatoes. The entire meal, without exception, is made from pre-made products. The schnitzel is a pre-made product from the meat industry/factory – pressed meat. The fried potatoes are also clearly pre-cut (pre-cut fried potatoes from a bag/bucket). The onions and diced ham that come with the fried potatoes are very likely also pre-made, so nothing fresh. And the peppercorn cream sauce is the same – also a pre-made product. And although I like my food very spicy, the entire meal is too salty. Could this be due to the diced ham and the pre-made sauce? ... Perhaps a pinch of salt from the kitchen could have improved it, or, as is often the case, Maggi's "miracle" powder, which is very common in fast-food restaurants. All in all: It's edible, but it's not exactly a culinary delight, and it should be something else entirely. It also came with a small bowl of salad, mostly shredded iceberg lettuce, with two sliced ​​cucumbers, a pinch of grated carrots, and what felt like a teaspoon of corn plus a quarter of a tomato. And all of that for €13.50. I also ordered a liter bottle of Sprite, which cost €4. With delivery, the total came to a hefty €20. One would expect something better and more refined from a hotel, or rather, a "restaurant"—a pizzeria, which is obviously part of the hotel. But you're always proven wrong. Especially since I later looked at the entire menu again, which is clearly far too extensive. And it's often said (as a rule of thumb) that if the menu is too large, the food is usually bad. In the rarest of cases—and I emphasize, the rarest of cases—will you find a truly good meal made with fresh ingredients on such a large menu. You can assume that everything on the menu is very likely made with pre-prepared ingredients. ... Edible, but don't expect anything outstanding 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♂️ In short: It's just a fast-food joint, nothing more and nothing less. Edible, but nothing special 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ And one more thing: This has nothing to do with cooking. Therefore, only 🙄⭐⭐ 🙄 🤷‍♂️

We had a very delicious Christmas dinner. Highly recommended.

We were explicitly promised the children's price beforehand, as we can only eat very little due to stomach surgery. That's the only reason we chose the buffet. In the end, we were charged the full price without any explanation. Very disappointing and untrustworthy. Even after asking again, the price wasn't corrected. NEVER AGAIN! This is tantamount to fraud, as even a verbal price negotiation before ordering constitutes a contract!
