Absolute happy place! Incredible quality of products and incredibly great and creative dishes!

Fine excursion restaurant directly on the Rhine, excellent views and a beautiful outdoor terrace. Delicious dishes with an Austrian touch. We had the fried chicken (great!!!) and then pancakes for dessert (also great!!!). We definitely recommend it and will come again.

We have booked the potato food truck a few times for company events. This week it was that time again and we once again received great feedback from our employees. The food is always delicious and Stephan is very friendly. Absolute recommendation!

Super gemütliches und liebevoll dekoriertes Restaurant. Das Konzept wechselnder, regionaler Küche ist genial und auch qualitativ gut umgesetzt. Hier zu Speisen hat mir immer eine Freude bereitet. Es ist überaus schade, dass das "Deutschlandreise" nun schließt. Es wird kulinarisch eine Lücke in Bonn hinterlassen. Der Belegschaft alles Gute für die Zukunft!

I was here 2 years ago and we really liked it. Now we wanted to stop by again but it seems as if the Bonnette has closed temporarily or permanently? There is no response to online reservations, the phone is switched off and when we wanted to try our luck at 6 p.m. on a Friday evening, no one was there and the facility was completely empty. Unfortunately, there was no information about this on social media or on the Bonnette's website. Very unfortunate. But we got something to eat elsewhere.

Oops, where else is that? The Scharfe Ecke, a pub with ❤️! So wonderfully old school, down-to-earth and familiar. Here the guest is still king and is personally welcomed by the boss Kerstin. We had announced ourselves as a small group and had discussed the meal with the boss beforehand. The crusty roast with warm and cold cabbage as well as Rhenish potato salad came to the table freshly prepared in bowls. Plentiful (!) and soooo tasty, just like mother’s. However, vegans and vegetarians are unlikely to get enough here 😉. The Scharfe Ecke is a little hidden in Bonn-Röttgen. There is even a small outdoor terrace. Access is barrier-free. Tip: Call ahead to make a reservation and - if you don't like being surprised - ask what's currently on the menu. Parking in the nearby area shouldn't be a problem.
