Everything was sensational...Many thanks to the kitchen and the service staff. We had a wonderful evening!

I try to be very honest with my reviews. It is still not easy to report when things were not ideal. Especially at a restaurant that is such an important and classic Bonn institution. But for my tastes the Prefix Menu was somewhat disappointing. The Angus steak was cooked perfectly, but loaded with pepper. I love pepper but the pepper crust and pepper sauce took away the steak flavor. This is maybe good because the steak could have been a higher quality. It had some sinew, which should never be the case when spending more than 100 Euro for dinner. The fish dish was somewhat bland in flavor and the texture was off. The fish was light and very high quality, but under it were chewy grains - they were not buckwheat but something along those lines. This was not a nice contrast for my palette. What I really enjoyed was the deconstructed Caesar salad. The Chai tea concept desert was successful and innovative, but I'm not sure Chai fits with a foodie or high end eating concept. The service was friendly but a bit slow to react or to find our table again with the drinks we ordered. I am glad I ate here, I am just not so convinced about the experience based on the high price tag.

I enjoyed a vegan five-course meal at the Redüttchen restaurant and wine bar and was absolutely delighted. Each course was exquisitely balanced, creatively composed, and tasted superb. You can tell that the chefs cook with passion and skill. The ambiance was also impressive: stylish, tranquil, yet welcoming—perfect for a delightful evening. The staff were attentive, professional, and pleasantly unobtrusive. We felt very welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. A truly wonderful evening, both in terms of cuisine and atmosphere. I will definitely return and can wholeheartedly recommend Redüttchen!

We recently ate at Redüttchen for the first time for our anniversary. The food was outstanding—the best meal we've ever had at a restaurant. All courses were explained during serving and were beautifully presented. The service was particularly attentive and courteous throughout. Overall, we had a wonderful evening at Redüttchen and would gladly return.

We've been there several times. The food and service were excellent every time. The multi-course menus are highly recommended. You'll be spoiled both culinary and visually. It's always a pleasure to eat there; it's always a wonderful experience. We'll definitely be back.

2024-10-22 Unfortunately, my review was no longer online for some inexplicable reason. Since we/I still love eating there and celebrated our wedding there in the meantime, here's the review from back then again. A full 5 stars, because unfortunately, more is all we can give!!!😭 As an introduction, I/we can only say, we have rarely felt so comfortable and eaten so well. And all in a beautiful and cozy atmosphere😍👌👏It couldn't be better. The staff and waitresses were so friendly, funny, and accommodating, which made you feel at home immediately🥳👍 The service was also super fast and very attentive. Among other things, it was remarkable that every server was able to answer all of our questions. Whether it was about the Redoute itself, the food, or the wonderful wines. The food was simply unbelievably delicious and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend the delicious goose.😋🍽👌We had this as part of the 3-course menu. There was also a welcome from the kitchen and a few treats between the courses and even after dessert!👨‍🍳👩‍🍳You can still feel my enthusiasm as I write this😂If you'd like, you can upgrade to a 6-course menu👍👌In short, you really can't ask for more. Excellent fine dining (almost Michelin-starred, some courses even exceeding) with extremely friendly and child-friendly staff. A great location for a wonderful evening, even with a larger group.

+++ VISIT TO THE REDÜTTCHEN IN BONN +++ A jack of all trades, but with style. As you can see, I'm back at full speed for the new issue of EssBerichte – this time I've headed to Bonn-Bad Godesberg, specifically to the Redüttchen. And for those who don't know it yet: Here, a large kitchen resides in a former gardener's cottage – and it's been doing so well for years that the Redüttchen has become a must-visit for me, year after year. And there are several damn good reasons for that. Because the Redüttchen is the kind of place that truly has it all: top-notch cuisine, a top-notch wine list, top-notch service – and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere somewhere between fine dining and the feeling of a living room. If you want, you could call it the jack of all trades of gastronomy – just without the kitsch, but with plenty of taste and soul. Culinary? Regionally influenced, but with international influences, it's clear that chef Matthias Pietsch and his team are truly skilled. The menu structure is extremely flexible: three to six courses, classic or vegetarian, or – as in my case – simply a clever mix of set menu and à la carte. Why not? When the menu promises so much deliciousness, you should indulge without restraint. What was on my plate? Among other things: "Kebap" Eifel lamb from the charcoal grill with rosemary jus, eggplant cream, peach chutney, and red cabbage salad _____ "Steak au Poivre" German Angus beef fillet grilled pink with peppercorn cream sauce, Dauphinoise potatoes, blackberries, and marinated lettuce _____ Taglierini glazed with fresh summer truffle and shaved Parmesan cheese _____ Ijsselmeer zander Charcoal-grilled fillet with smoked mozzarella foam, sautéed chanterelle mushrooms, marinated tomatoes, salsa verde, and fregola sarda _____ Lettuce marinated with paprika vinaigrette, avocado, cucumber, watercress, and granola _____ "Paella" Mediterranean octopus roasted with balsamic cherry jus, Bouchot mussels, Rabbit ragout, marinated beans, and creamy pearl barley _____ "Tompouce" Puff pastry caramelized with sudachi cream and sorbet, seared marshmallows, basil ganache, and white Yuna chocolate from Original Beans And as if all that weren't enough, there's also a wine list so deep, diverse, and fairly priced that I once again wondered if I shouldn't just move in. Germany, Europe, vintages with character—for me, it's clear: inner-circle material for the wine list of the year. The bottom line? The Redüttchen is no longer an insider tip—it's a damn good promise. For honest cuisine, inspired pairings, great wines, and that feeling of being a guest of good friends. That's exactly what gastronomy should be like for me.

Really great food in great surroundings

Three of us were there on Thursday and ordered à la carte as we weren't that early. The starter came quite quickly, after which we waited an hour for the main course ☹️ the truffle pasta was really very good, on the other hand my roast meat tasted like canteen food and was served that way too 😳 white plate with 2 trimmed pieces of meat, one of which was marbled with fat. No other decoration and the potato salad was not very seasoned. There was a noticeable difference between guests who ordered the course menu and the à la carte food! We were very disappointed as we ate here recently (June 2025) but chose the course menu. There seems to be a big difference between à la carte.

We were thoroughly looked after and had a fantastic meal. The lamb course was particularly delicious. Here, both the products and the guests are treated with respect. We'd love to come back!

Yesterday we went to Redüttchen with a Groupon voucher for a 5-course meal. From the welcome to the farewell, it was a perfect evening! Highly recommended! Unfortunately, I'm a very, very critical guest, having been in the restaurant business practically since birth... ;-) Today I raved about the hotel (at work) so much that my colleague immediately bought a voucher! Great weather, a lovely table on the terrace. Wonderful! The service was very perfectionist, but still not "pretentious." Just as it should be! The wine recommendation was very competent and a perfect match. The menu was pre-set for Groupon guests, but we already expected that. It didn't give the slightest impression of being less stylish than an à la carte menu. The food was excellent! With lots of delicacies before, in, and after. We were absolutely thrilled and are already looking forward to the next time! Thank you for the wonderful evening, dear team in the kitchen and restaurant! You can wear your star with great pride!

Ich hatte fast vergessen, wie herzlich und warm das gesamte Team ist, wie aufmerksam jeder Moment gestaltet wird und wie außergewöhnlich köstlich die Speisen sind. Hier wird Genuss auf eine Weise zelebriert, die nicht nur den Gaumen erfreut, sondern auch die Seele berührt. We booked spontaneously online, and the table was actually reserved! Two people, comfortable armchairs, pleasant atmosphere. Very friendly, accommodating staff! We felt completely at home. We don't do this every day, but we have another event coming up and will be back.

After a long break, we were back at Redüttchen – this time not outside as before, but in the stylishly lit dining room. A quiet, atmospheric setting for a romantic dinner for two, which made the quality of the establishment palpable from the very beginning. We opted for à la carte. First, there was a classic interpretation from the kitchen: soft-boiled egg yolk on Frankfurt green sauce – delicately seasoned. The shrimp cocktail as an appetizer: a modern interpretation, fresh and delicate. Not a show-off dish, light. A stylish introduction. The main course was a highlight: turbot "Grenoblé style", seared on the skin and topped with an excellent lemon beurre blanc. The cooking time and sauce were superb. To finish, we served profiteroles with homemade vanilla ice cream. The crumble provided a beautiful contrast to the soft filling, and the salted caramel added depth. A successful combination of a French classic. The wine list is extensive and high-quality. Our choice of the evening: 2021 Saarburger Riesling from Van Volxem – a rare option. With powerful acidity and notes of mandarin orange, the wine carried the evening. The service seemed professional and attentive. However, some members of the team were cool in tone and lacked eye contact – which led to a slightly tense interaction, despite our attempts to lighten the mood, such as smiles or thanks. When ordering wine, it was pointed out that my wife didn't drink wine, so pouring a glass would suffice. After asking again and our confirmation that a glass was still correct, the response was, "It's okay, I'm just asking" – not rude, but snippy and slightly judgmental in tone. Towards the end of the 3.5 hours, another colleague took over – from then on, the process seemed noticeably more relaxed, and we felt in good hands. One aspect of the evening—it may have been due to the mood of the day—but for both of us, the impression was still present the next day. The Redüttchen once again confirmed its reputation as an excellent address for fine dining. The cuisine is precise, product-focused, and stylish. The atmosphere and menu are convincing. The service aspect can easily be corrected on a future visit.

Interesting cuisine, with unexpected combinations. Nicely presented. Unfortunately, the ambiance inside made it difficult to feel comfortable. It was fast-paced and cold, the seats were uncomfortable, and the massive table runners made relaxing impossible. The bottles used as decorations were literally plastic flowers! For a restaurant that was just about to receive a star rating, it was minimalist in design and sloppily decorated. Regulars are courted by the service, whereas new guests are treated like stepchildren. We were pleasantly surprised by the food, but otherwise disappointed and had expected more.

Very great food, and a very tasty menu can also be served for vegans - just let us know when making your reservation! The added pictures show the vegan 5-course menu. It's great how the restaurant was able to adapt so flexibly to the wishes of all guests! We will come again.

We had a lovely evening with a multi-course menu at the Redüttchen after making a reservation in advance, which is highly recommended. Service, advice and quality of the food are still reasonably priced. The service is very friendly, sometimes too attentive, and the volume is mostly appropriate. At significantly over 100/P you can also have expectations. We'll be back.

Excellent food, great service,…. 🙏 will come again

We have eaten here several times and will happily come back. We had the 6 course menu, my husband drank under supervision. The menu opened with a greeting from the kitchen, 1 waxy egg in a mustard bechamel sauce, delicious. Then followed delicious fish dishes, three kinds of quail. In between there was another greeting from the kitchen, which consisted of cola sorbet with lime foam. The crowning glory was the delicious dessert and cheese finish. My husband was very satisfied with the selection of wines for the various courses. From the reception, to the sensational menu, which is served by competent, friendly staff, to ordering the taxi for the ride home, this restaurant is not only worth a visit. Many thanks to all the Redüttchen employees 😍

Correction/addition after subsequent visits to Redüttchen. The second time the goose was also fried much too tightly. We have given feedback on this, as has another guest. However, there was neither a conversation about it nor any accommodation. We don't know that from very good restaurants. This time we found the older waitress very artificial in her behavior and very intrusive. That wasn't particularly pleasant. Unfortunately, these two points made us no longer choose the restaurant. ------------------------- We moved from BGL-Bensberg and are looking forward to getting to know new places. We've been to the Redüttchen twice now. The welcome is very friendly, almost friendly. The house and furnishings are very warm and inviting. We had a multi-course menu both times. We were very pleased with the aisles and intermediate aisles. The starters and main courses were very sophisticated and tasted wonderful. Unfortunately, two courses were out of line. 1. The chocolate dessert was unfortunately completely down in taste, including Oreo. Too sweet and not balanced. 2. Even though the goose was very good, the small portion was perfect and didn't overwhelm, the meat was overall fried too hard/in the oven for too long. Surely that could be better. Thank you very much for everything though. We look forward to many future visits.

A positive experience. We booked this place for Easter lunch and loved everything about it. From the moment we arrived until we left, we enjoyed every step of the experience. The execution of each dish gave us the impression that quality ingredients were used and prepared with great care by skilled cooks and chefs. We definitely recommend it and would return without hesitation.

Feeling like a king and queen Our visit to Redüttchen on Saturday, March 29th, was an absolute highlight. In fact, I can only say that it was a 5-out-of-5-star evening for us from start to finish. Everyone, from the waitress to the chef, who personally came to our table, was very kind, appreciative, respectful, and accommodating. The food was an absolute dream. Gluten-free? No problem at all. Matthias Pietsch and his team execute it so well that no changes to the menu are necessary; for example, the beetroot tagliatelle is simply made gluten-free. We opted for a three-course meal, which, with a welcome from the kitchen, a bread basket, and refreshments between courses, turned into a six-course meal for us, sending us on a new culinary journey at every turn. We are absolutely thrilled, would love to come back, and can warmly recommend Redüttchen in Bonn Bad Godesberg to anyone looking for a special culinary evening. Thank you so much

In dem wunderschönen Ambiente des Redüttchens kann man sich nur wohl fühlen! Wir haben a la Carte gegessen. Wir hatten Thunfisch als Vorspeise, so dann hatte meine Frau Filetsteak und ich Schlemmerfilet. Zum Nachtisch gab es ein Sorbet. Getrunken haben wir einen Wein von Fritz Haag aus Brauneberg. Alle Speisen waren extrem lecker und entsprachen voll und ganz der Sterneküche, bis auf den Preis! Wir haben für alles zusammen 180€ ausgegeben! Wer also auf hohem Niveau speisen möchte, der ist hier goldrichtig und bezahlt weniger als die Hälfte, die er in einem Sternerestaurant ausgeben müßte! Eine absolute Empfehlung, zumal der Küchenchef und das Personal sehr freundlich, kompetent und unaufdringlich sind! Parken ist auf dem Restaurantparkplatz möglich, Reservierung empfohlen!

Many thanks to the Redüttchen team for a fantastic culinary experience, with well-coordinated dishes, ingredients of the highest quality and at a relatively fair price! Rarely have I enjoyed all the dishes so much in a 5-course menu. The only criticism that could be made about the food is that, in my opinion, a little more acid would have given it the finishing touch. The service was friendly, but could have been a little more accommodating. The waiting time for the first course was also relatively long at 45 minutes. However, that in no way detracted from the overall impression. We will definitely come back!

Perfect for special occasions or celebrations. From arriving, to the perfect service, to the chocolates. Extras or allergies were also taken into account at short notice. We're really looking forward to the next time

To date it was by far the best culinary experience I have had in Bonn. Please don't let the price put you off, visit the Redüttchen and I'm sure you'll be convinced afterwards. I went there for the first time in the summer, so I can't remember the exact courses, but it was worth every penny. The 7 course menu would have been 150€ per person. Such good service, which explains each course in detail and serves the right wine if necessary, is an experience in itself. Hopefully this restaurant will stay in Bonn for a long time!

I reserved for New yrs eve through Trip advisor only to get there all the way from Belgium, sadly it was cancelled never to get feed back why I will never use trip advisor again that sucked, Top restaurant mechelen star, sadly we where sent to a tapas bar if we wanted tapas we would stay in Belgium we we specifically for Reduttchen!!😡😡

Update November 2024: It remains a 10 out of 10!!! The goose menu was fantastic. ------ Everyone is friendly and always attentive to the guest without seeming intrusive or forced. The food is well prepared and tastes great. Great wine accompaniment in a relaxed atmosphere! Only the selection of tonic water is a bit narrow. Anyone who offers good gin should have a corresponding offer here. Gladly again!!!

Wir haben im Redüttchen ein hervorragendes Gänsemenü genossen. Es ist immer wieder beeindruckend, dass das gesamte Team, Küche und Service, trotz einer parallel stattfindenden Hochzeit mit 100 Personen , auf absolutem Topniveau abliefert. Für uns ist dieses Restaurant Bonns Nummer eins.

Gänseessen Für das Gänseessen wird zuviel Wert auf die anderen Gänge gelegt. Auch war die Gans leider ‘zu trocken’ und wohl zu lange warm gehalten worden. Es wäre zu wünschen, dass eine leichtere Vorspeise serviert wird. Gans ist ein sehr schweres Essen, aber ebenso eine Lachsforelle, die als Vorspeise serviert wird. Es gibt ‘leichtere’ Fischvorspeisen. Ebenso der Zwischengang. Auch hier passt eine leichtere Sorbetvariante mit einem Zitronengeschmack besser. Die Nachspeise war opulent und gut. Bei der Lachsforelle wurde eine Herkunft genannt, was bei der Gans nicht erfolgte. Es wäre schon wünschenswert, bei beiden ‘wichtigen’ Gängen eine Herkunft anzugeben, so dass sich nicht der Verdacht aufdrängt, dass es sich um Tiefkühlware handelt. Angesichts der nicht optimalen Gans und der nicht passenden Vorspeise ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen, zumal auch auf Tischwäsche verzichtet wird und die Speisen auf Plastikplatztellern serviert werden.

Very friendly staff, they are present without seeming intrusive or forced. The boss, Matthias Pietsch, is very personable and down to earth. He is a very honest and good host. There is a good atmosphere in the restaurant and in the team. The menu was successful and the sauces were particularly tasty. We had a really nice evening there. We'd love to come back!!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Abend. Perfekt abgestimmtes Menü, präsenter, unaufdringlicher Service, harmonische Weinreise. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder

Wir waren das erste Mal hier und waren schon beim Empfang durch den sehr freundlichen Empfang positiv gestimmt. Wir entschieden uns 2 x für das 4-gängige vegetarische Menü und 2 x für das nicht vegetarische Menü. Allein das Konzept des Menü-Angebots (die Wahl zwischen 6-, 5-, 4- und 3 Gängen) war sehr interessant. Man konnte dazu die entsprechende Weinbegleitung wählen. Der Service war von Anfang an sehr aufmerksam und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Die einzelnen Gänge waren beeindruckend aufeinander abgestimmt, geschmacklich immer wieder sehr positiv überraschend vor allem durch die unterschiedlichen Gewürzrichtungen, die sehr gut harmonierten. Ein Höhepunkt des nicht-vegetarischen Menüs war das "Jägerschnitzel": ein rosa gebratenes Kalbsfilet, dass auf der Zunge zerging, mit gebratenem Bries, Waldpilzen à la Crème, Essigzwetschgen und gerösteten Serviettenknödeln. Die Preise waren angemessen vor allem auch für die Weinbegleitung. Die Portionen waren nicht überladen. Das Ambiente ruhig, gemütliche Atmosphäre. Angenehm: die Parkplätze direkt am Restaurant.

Das Redüttchen ist unser Lieblingsrestaurant in Bonn. Hier stimmen Qualität, Service und Ambiente. Wir waren immer mehr als zufrieden. Bei unserem letzten Besuch waren wir dann aber erstmals etwas enttäuscht. Es wurde offensichtlich am verwendeten Material gespart. Winzige Fisch- und Fleischportionen wurden serviert, schön angerichtet und lecker wie immer. Nur leider konnte man nicht übersehen, dass die Portionen doch sehr geschrumpft waren. Weniger hätte es nun wirklich nicht sein dürfen.....

Extremely attentive service, great menu, would be happy to come again at any time.

Wir haben anlässlich einer Familienfeier in kleiner Runde einen rund herum gelungenen Abend im Redüttchen verbracht. Drei Generationen waren begeistert von den angebotenen Menüzusammenstellungen, es war für jeden Gaumen ein Fest. Die einzelnen Gänge waren wunderbar aufeinander abgestimmt, die Kreationen überraschend und sehr gelungen. Das Ambiente sowie der aufmerksame und entgegenkommende Service ließen keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very tasty, creative menus, somewhat long waiting times between courses.

We were there for a barbecue. A very nice idea for family and friends. The loose table arrangement allows you to get to know nice people. The grilled food was great and the wines came directly from the winemaker.

Was für ein Genussabend! Im hell und leicht gestalteten Gastraum fühlt man sich gleich sehr wohl, erst recht wenn der Service beginnt - so natürlich-herzlich und trotzdem professionell. Das Essen ist top, die Weinauswahl schon eher sensationell. Wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal dort. Danke!

Nice but very expensive restaurant. The quality of the dishes doesn't do justice to the price (an intermediate course is bread and butter, for example). But I think the worst thing is the inattention of the staff and the fact that guests are allowed to take their dogs with them. My wife and I sat at a table where - over the course of the evening - two dog owners with dogs were placed to our left and right. The result: huge barking and one dog tried to get to the other dog through our legs. Neither of us are dog lovers. This experience completely ruined our lovely evening. With a bill of over 200 euros for 2 people, this is unacceptable for me! Conclusion: nice restaurant for well-heeled dog lovers who don't have very high expectations of the cuisine.

We have been to the Redüttchen several times, this time the most beautiful area was not made available - due to a lack of staff. But that was our “regular spot”, which we also wrote into the reservation. Service had too much to do with too few people and was initially stressed and not in a good mood. Improved significantly as the number of guests decreased. It used to be better. Some new employees in service and kitchen, some very hard working (lady in service), others less focused (man from kitchen). Food - first two courses were ok but somehow something special was missing in the taste. Truffles might have been added to the potato greeting from the kitchen. fit better. Caviar or what exactly it was didn't come into its own in terms of taste. The three following courses were good and tasty (pasta, meat, apple dessert). Last course was a little creamy (cream cheese and white chocolate) but otherwise good. The names of the courses at the beginning aroused little interest because they didn't sound as appetizing as they turned out to be. A little more professional, regular and motivated staff would certainly benefit the overall picture and the desired dining experience. Overall, a recommendation but only if the service experience improves quickly.

Another lovely evening at the Redüttchen: incredibly friendly and courteous staff (who, however, lost track of the cutlery a bit), fine aperitif "Redüttchen Cocktail" made from cranberry juice, mint, lime and Italian frizzante = sparkling wine; super Amuse Gueule: baked herbal yeast dough with cream cheese and cress, as always fantastic bread from Max Kugel with whipped butter and Camargue salt; The fillet Wellington didn't make me completely happy, the meat was almost completely raw and of course couldn't be cooked again because of the puff pastry. However, the green asparagus and the béarnaise sauce were sensationally good. A crème brûlée is better prepared in a shallow dish than in a deep bowl: too much crème compared to the caramelized sugar crust. Excellent blackcurrant sorbet.

First of all, the vegetarian menu is excellent. In particular, the artichoke soup is from another planet. Pure umami. The omnivore menu is also very good. I just wouldn't order the meat courses anymore. The quail was ok, but nothing special. The lamb....hmm...the leg was a bit dry and the back was not free of the tendon. Sure it adds flavor, but it's unpleasant to eat. Details Service is very good and keeps you calm even in hectic situations. A shortage of skilled workers in the catering industry is also noticeable here. The level of training varies greatly. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable. Would we travel specifically from Switzerland again? For the vegetarian menu, yes.

Liebes Redüttchen-Team, Wir hatten gestern bei Ihnen um 21:00 Uhr einen Tisch für vier Personen reserviert und wollten nach einem Theaterbesuch bei Ihnen noch eine Kleinigkeit essen und mit einem Glas Wein den Tag ausklingen lassen. Der Zusatz „Weinbar“ in ihrem Namen hat uns dies zumindest vermuten lassen. Bei Ankunft war das Personal sichtlich überrascht und pikiert dass wir nicht die Absicht hatten noch ein volles Menü zu bestellen. Wir wurden mürrisch darauf hingewiesen das der Tisch angeblich für uns den ganzen Abend freigehalten wurde und andere Gäste deshalb abgewiesen wurden. Dies hat uns wiederum überrascht, da augenscheinlich das Restaurant auf beiden Etagen nur halbvoll war. Wir hatten ausländische Freunde zu Gast und uns allen war die Situation sehr unangenehm. Zumal uns der Service sichtlich gequält weiter bedient hat. Sie haben ein wundervolles Restaurant und hervorragende Produkte. Beim Service jedoch würde ich mir mehr Professionalität im Umgang mit Kunden wünschen. Grüße

Ich möchte auf diesem Wege die Geschäftsleitung des Restaurants Redüttchen loben und zwar aus folgendem Grund: Wir waren zum Abendessen mit 4 Erwachsenen Personen und 1 Kind von 11 Jahren. Es wurde keine Kinderkarte angeboten, so dass meine Enkelin ein Hauptgericht (Nudeln mit Lachs zu 42 €) bestellen musste bzw. bestellt hat. Nach meiner "Beschwerde" einige Tage nach dem Restaurantbesuch hat sich die Restaurantleistung entschuldigt, dass uns keine Kinderkarte vorgelegt wurde und hat angeboten, den Unterschiedsbetrag zwischen einem Essen von der Kinderkarte zu dem von uns bezahlten Preis (42 €) zu erstatten. Diese Erstattung erfolgte zeitnah in Höhe von 28 €!! Vielen lieben Dank für diese sehr kulante Regelung.

I ate at Redüttchen once years ago and was thrilled. That's why I invited very good friends there to celebrate a big birthday. Result: Everyone was thrilled! I'm a difficult eater because I don't like some things, but at Redüttchen you can eat both a set menu and la carte, which is perfect for me. We simply enjoyed everything, the service was friendly, competent and yet casual (thanks to the nice Italian colleagues!). Conclusion: Highly recommended, we had a great evening!

It is incomprehensible why an 11 year old child had to eat a meal costing €42 as there was no children's meal on the menu!! This should be changed. Otherwise we will no longer make reservations with you!

The very friendly service team made it possible for us to have a meal after a memorial service before the actual opening time and accompanied us through our stay with great but pleasantly unobtrusive attention. Wir haben uns für das Sechsgang Menü entschieden und eine Menüfolge serviert bekommen, die nicht nur ein kulinarischer Gaumenschmaus hervorzauberte sondern diesen auch Gang zu Gang auf hohem Niveau hielt mit steigender Tendenz. Den Wein dazu hat dem Ganzen noch das I-Tüpfchen hinzugefügt. Nicht zu vergessen das grandiose Personal, ein rundum gelungener Abend

I've been to Redüttchen several times now and it has never disappointed me! The menu changes at regular intervals and offers interesting and varied dishes, mostly with a regional focus. The service is warm and professional at the same time. All in all, the Redüttchen offers star-level food at more than reasonable prices. We'd love to come back!

We recommend! Food and service excellent. For €70 we got three courses + 3 extras and the quality was outstanding. I will definitely come back and the mention in the Michelin is more than deserved.

Tue Gutes und rede darüber ist ein alter Leitsatz in der Werbewirtschaft. Im Redüttchen tun die verdammt voel Gutes: eine excellente Küche (z.B. Heilbutt, Eifler Hirsch), ein aufmerksamer und unaufgeregter Service und eine Gaststube zum Wohlfühlen. Und das Ganze.zu anständigen Preisen. Gaumen, was willst Du mehr. Darüber rede ich gerne! Und dafür fahre ich auch gerne von Köln nach Bad Godesberg.

Wir haben das Gänsemenü im Redüttchen genossen. Das Essen war wie gewohnt auf hohem Niveau und der Service freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Kurz und gut, hier kann man einen entspannten Abend verbringen.

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit super freundlichem, ja herzlichem Service. Das ist selten geworden. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen.

Fast alles war lobenswert: der freundliche junge Service, die Grüße aus der Küche, das Zwischenspiel, die Fischgänge. Wenn da nur nicht die Gans gewesen wäre... Dieses Geschöpf war leider nicht frisch aus dem Ofen, sondern frisch gewärmt. Die lederige Haut pappte auf dem festen Fleisch und ließ gar nicht erst die Versuchung aufkommen, davon zu naschen. Knödel und Kraut hätten eine zartere Begleitung verdient.

Sehr achtsame Bedienung, sehr gutes Essen. Wir hatten das vegetarische Menü.

Gänsemenü am 11.11.23 im Redüttchen.....ein Erlebnis der besonderen Art.....3 Gänge mit Vorspiel, Zwischenspiel und süßem Abschluss....ein hervorragendes Menü der gehobenen Küche.

Draußen und drinnen sieht es sehr einladend aus. Das Essen kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich mich nur umgesehen habe. Ein Gänge Menü ist für mich viel zu viel. Ferner gab es auf der Karte für Veganer leider keine einzige Option. Eine Reservierung ist unbedingt erforderlich.
