Food, atmosphere, staff and prices are excellent. Mexican and Indian style potatoes are recommended. Vegetarian friendly.

Schöner Platz (Marktplatz) zum draußen sitzen. Es wird gebeten drinnen zu bestellen, nachdem wir bestellt und bezahlt haben, wartet man draußen auf die ok schmeckende Kartoffel mit Topping. Ich habe die Jamaika Version ausprobiert, aber nein nie wieder. Sauer Creme, dicke Bohnen, Mais, Ananas, Mais und: Röstzwiebeln! Nicht so lecker, keine gelungene Mischung. Aber sonst sehr nettes Personal.

Imagine you really crave baked potatoes during the week. You remember eating lunch at a baked potato food truck at your old job two years ago. Does it still exist? Google says yes, and he stands on the market square in Bonn every day except Sunday until 5 p.m. At least that's what it says on his website. Cool, so we decided to cycle into the city center on Saturday lunchtime despite the rain and eat there. The website is studied meticulously beforehand, not that he isn't there after all. Social media is sparsely represented, the WhatsApp link does not work, Facebook cannot be viewed without an account, the Twitter link only leads to an automatic draft of your own tweet in which the Erdapfel website is inserted as a link. The only telephone number is only given for catering inquiries (and, as you will find out later, it leads to an answering machine). But no one will miss the Saturday business. The city is packed despite the rain. All the residents are there, it seems. Except one. The one who runs the Erdapfel food truck. Because the entire truck is nowhere to be seen. The phone number is tried at this point, but to no avail. It's a shame, if you can't keep your opening times (there are of course plenty of serious reasons), you should think of a way to communicate these times. Unfortunately, digital effort is part of it these days. We won't try it again, but it's "just" hot potato.

Immer, wenn ich in Lübeck weilte, habe ich hier mind. 2x gespeist und ich war immer sehr zufrieden. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

I was already a fan of potato before and am even more so now. We had Stephan and his colleagues there to feed our guests at our 30th birthday. During the preparation and follow-up, everything went completely relaxed and problem-free. Stephan always answers quickly and easily. On the evening itself, our guests (and we too) were thrilled with the delicious dishes. Finally something other than the run-of-the-mill buffets and food trucks. A great offer was also made for our vegan guests, so that everyone was full and often still got seconds - simply because it was so delicious. And finally: in terms of price, the catering by Erdapfel was super fair. We would ask again at any time and look forward to the next time we eat at Stephan's.

We ordered the Erdapfel food truck at TC Hersel-Widdig on the occasion of our summer festival and were extremely satisfied. The guests were really excited about the different potato creations, everyone enjoyed it and found it very tasty. In any case, an original alternative to currywurst etc. and I can highly recommend Stephan and his team!

Ein gemütlicher Brunch für mich alleine, nettes Personal, leckeres Essen. Sehr zu empfehlen, gerne wieder!

Ich war zur Mittagszeit dort und es war sehr voll, was aber vermutlich auch an dem unendlich langsamen Service lag. Eine schien neu zu sein, sie schaute immer auf einen Zettel und fügte der Kartoffel dann in Scheckentempo eine einzige Zutat hinzu. Plötzlich waren alle Kartoffeln alle und man wurde informiert, dass es nun 15-20 Min. dauern würde. Ich entschied mich mit einem Cappuccino zu warten, dieser war knapp mittelmäßig eher schlecht- sehr schwach, keine Crema, wässriger Milchschaum. In der Zeit beobachtete ich die chaotisch wirkende Essenszustellung. Nach 30 Min informierte man mich ,dass meine Wahl mit Ziegenkäse nicht mehr vorrätig sei. Ich entschied mich für die mediterrane Variante. Keiner erwähnte, dass diese 1€ günstiger sei. Ich sah es dann als Trinkgeld an. Das Essen erhielt ich zügig. Die Kartoffel selber war geschmacklos und mehlig und die „ mediterranen Zutaten “ schmeckten insgesamt einfach wie Ketchup mit Ruccolablöttern dazu. Es war wirklich nicht lecker und ich liebe Kartoffeln. Der Laden selber ist ansprechend eingerichtet und hat viele Stühle auf dem Markt. Drinnen ist es sehr warm und es fehlt Luftzirkulation . Aus dem Konzept ließe sich viel machen.

The Erdapfel team was at our stag party with 2 food trucks to feed our guests. Everything, from the organization before, during and after the event to the fantastic food (potatoes, tarte flambée and waffles) was simply incredibly good. We should actually write this review 100 times, because all of our guests, regardless of age, were thrilled and didn't want to stop waiting in line in front of the trucks. Very tasty, very popular, sometimes quite long queues, but they are always processed very quickly and friendly. I rented this amazing food truck for my birthday. Punctual, reliable, friendly, service-oriented, fast, hard-working, tasty and with so much joy in the work. I have rarely experienced ALL of this in my life!!!! Guests across the board were completely satisfied. Before I sink into 8 pages of praise: 100% amazing!!!!!!

Wir haben den Food-Truck für unsere Hochzeit gebucht und es war perfekt! Schon im Vorhinein verlief die Kommunikation problemlos und alle unsere Wünsche waren kein Problem! Am Tag der Hochzeit waren nicht nur wir, sondern auch alle Gäste von dem Essen und dem netten Service begeistert. Vielen Dank für Alles! Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Really good, fresh and very delicious food. Staff is super friendly.

Wir waren beim Food-Truck-Festival in der Heerstrasse 137 in Bonn. Wir orderten einmal Vincent, einmal Siegfried und einmal Steakhouse Fries (4 Euro!). In Summe für 21,5 Euro. Am Ende haben wir ein kaltes Abendessen verzehrt, obwohl wir quasi um die Ecke wohnen (vor Ort war das Verspeisen nicht gewünscht). Der Laden war unorganisiert, das Essen Vincent war 10 min vor dem Essen Siegfried fertig; genauso leider auch die Steakhouse Fries, welche zudem auch noch komplett roh waren. Unfassbar in Summe so ein kaltes und rohes Essen für den Preis. Frechheit - nie mehr!

Auf dem Street Food Festival Drive In am Telekom Dome war die Ofenkartoffel Super Lecker und das Pulled Pork zart wie Butter. Einfach Lecker 👍👍👍👍👍

Auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt in Rheinbach durfte ich das erstemal diese tolle "Ess-Idee" probieren. Ich bin begeistert. Die Pulled Pork Kartoffel war/ist mein Favorit. Abolut tolles und nettes Team Ich komme wieder......ganz sicher. 😉

Der Erdapfel Bonn bietet in Sachen Ofenkartoffeln ein Geschmackserlebnis auf breiter Range. Mittlerweile habe ich mich einmal durch‘s Angebot geschlemmert (+saisonale Köstlichkeiten) und....fange wieder von vorne an. Favourit: „Himmel“ un Äd und „Peter“

Kartoffel-Wedges ein wahrer Traum. Die Bedienung dazu freundlich und schnell. Preise auch sehr fair. Für jeden, der seinen Gaumen auf eine neue kulinarische Reise schicken möchte und dabei den Geldbeutel schonen möchte ein absolutes muss!

Wir hatten den Food-Truck in die Firma bestellt und jeder konnte nach Lust und Laune so viel essen wie er konnte! :) Es war saulecker, die beiden Jungs im Truck sehr nett, sind auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen und waren auch bei großem Andrang auf Zack. Die meisten haben nur 2 Kartoffeln geschafft weil die riesig sind & die BBQ-Sauce war der Hit :)
