Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms and great breakfast. Nowhere else can you find bread rolls as delicious as here.
Criticisms
There are clearly not enough sockets in the room. I only found one unused one.
The bathroom is new, but extremely poorly lit.
Complaining at a high level.
I can still recommend the hotel!
Yesterday I had a disgusting brown hair in the garlic sauce. It still shakes me. Long hair, even on men, belongs in a braid and not in my food. Never again
The restaurant is a typical restaurant like you would find in swimming pools. Rustic, a little old-fashioned but cozy.
However, the owner seems to have little interest in customer loyalty. I sat in the restaurant and waited for my wife and children. Since I didn't want to order anything straight away, I was simply thrown out. Although there were around 40 places available. We will certainly never eat or drink there again.
In the past we have eaten typical dishes there such as currywurst with fries. The taste was average but nothing special.
The ambience outside is really nice, but the music inside is a bit too loud.
The price-performance ratio is not good at all!
We waited 40 minutes for our food, which wasn't even tasty. The steak was cooked way too long and was dry. It certainly wasn't 220g either. Far too small an amount for €30.
You always have to order sweet potatoes or fries, regardless of the menu. The prices are also far too expensive compared to the M-One (€6 extra for fries, which in my opinion should be a given in a menu).
The Bravocado consists of a cream sauce and only contains avocado pieces. But that's not what the sauce is made of. The staff is mostly unfriendly and not particularly motivated.
It was absolutely not worth the money to us.
Too bad.
You can't give more...friendliness can be bought.Rarely have I eaten such bad fried noodles...tasteless, hardly any vegetables and that for 6 euros!! Totally overpriced. That's a slap in the face a NOGO!!
What is remarkable is that for every bad review of this institution there are three very positive ones. How does the company do this: as soon as pictures of a horribly burnt pizza are published, choirs of people come out singing that the pizza is great. AI? AI? I'll never buy anything there again.
The worst pizza of my life: burnt, greasy, wrong toppings, too salty. Complaint completely pointless because of the staff's lack of German language skills. The only reaction was “You then call for pizza”. Horrible. It's entertaining that after a never-ending chain of negative reviews, the best pizza in the world is suddenly made here. You can buy positive reviews. Or maybe not?
Our pizza was homemade and topped on site, the preparation was quick and the pizza tasted great. The lady who served us was very friendly. The location of the restaurant is very nice.
The service is quick and friendly, but the boxes are cold, sticky and overpriced as standard.
Given the quality, my three-year-old could supply me with this for 3 days... cardboard nuggets and dry paper noodles can also be made.
If it is not possible to fry the chicken schnitzel at the end of the day, it should no longer be offered. Of the 3 schnitzels, none of them were even remotely cooked through. What a disgrace!
