Absoluter fesches Personal, man muss bis zu 15 Minuten warten das man überhaupt bestellen kann. Man wird einfach ingnoriert. Es wird sich hinten in der Küche versteckt obwohl vorne viel los ist, die Mitarbeiter unterhalten sich untereinander und beachten nicht die Gäste Heute musste ich bis 20 Minuten warten um überhaupt Essen bestellen zu können. Hatte Dann kein Bock mehr bin gegangen. Mitarbeiter sind schnell überfordert. Respektlos und einfach nur frech

Der Kundenservice ist absolut schrecklich. Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass ich mitansehen musste, wie andere Gäste mit rassistischen Schimpfwörtern beleidigt, angespuckt und angebrüllt wurden. Das Essen ist mies, der Service ist langsam und die Atmosphäre lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Absolut inakzeptabel und inkompetent – ich würde am liebsten negative Sterne vergeben.

Nordsee Auf dem Teller liegt ein paniertes Seelachsfilet mit Salzkartoffeln und heller Knoblauchsauce. Der Fisch ist sauber gebräunt, die Kartoffeln ordentlich gekocht, die Sauce cremig. Optisch solide, kulinarisch jedoch auffallend schlicht. Es fehlt Würze, es fehlt Spannung, es fehlt jede geschmackliche Linie. Der Seelachs bleibt blass, die Kartoffeln sättigen, die Sauce setzt einen einfachen Knoblauchpunkt, ohne das Gericht zu tragen. Für 13,99 € ohne Getränk ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis schwach. Gleich hier im Bahnhof wäre bei diesem Preis deutlich mehr möglich gewesen. Andere Anbieter derselben Preislage zeigen, dass mehr Frische, mehr Balance und mehr Charakter ohne Weiteres machbar sind. Wer nur satt werden möchte, kann zugreifen. Wer Geschmack erwartet, wird sich eher neu orientieren.

Sogar ein Stern ist noch zu viel! Ich hatte eine Too Good To Go Tüte bestellt und war ca. 10 Minuten vor Abholung dort. Da kein einziger Tisch besetzt war, habe ich freundlich gefragt, ob ich mich kurz setzen darf. Mir wurde jedoch unfreundlich gesagt, ich solle ne große Runde laufen und wiederkommen. Auch bei der Abholung war der Umgangston weiterhin sehr unangenehm, nicht nur mir gegenüber, sondern auch gegenüber anderen Gästen. Die Tüte selbst war ebenfalls enttäuschend: nur drei Teile, davon zwei identisch. Am schlimmsten war jedoch, dass es mir nach einem Fischbrötchen gesundheitlich nicht gut ging. Ich hatte an dem Tag nichts Ungewöhnliches gegessen, und die Beschwerden hielten bis zum nächsten Tag. Diesen Nordsee werde ich unter keinen Umständen ein zweites Mal aufsuchen!!

Positiv finde ich, dass die Bestellterminals wieder abgebaut wurden. So ist es wieder möglich, einen Blick auf das warme Essensangebot zu werfen, bevor man etwas bestellt. Die Matjes- und Backfisch-Brötchen finde ich auch in Ordnung. Positiv ist auch der große, modernisierte Gastraum, in dem man sich ganz gut aufhalten kann. Die Sauberkeit lässt aber öfters zu wünschen übrig und nicht selten halten sich im Gastraum auch Personen auf, die gar nichts von Nordsee konsumieren. Das Personal ist zum Teil sehr schnell und bemüht, zum Teil aber auch recht genervt. Kartenzahlung geht seit einiger Zeit nur an einer Kasse. Man könnte irgendwie mehr aus dem Geschäft machen. Alles nicht ganz schlecht, aber auch nicht wirklich gut. Nachtrag: War heute, ca 1 Monat später, wieder da und wollte ein Fischbrötchen essen. Hab mich leider dagegen entschieden, nachdem ich sah, dass die wirklich freundliche Bedienung, die Lebensmittel mit den gleichen Handschuhen berührte wie das Geld. Das geht echt nicht. Dann braucht es auch keine Latexhandschuhe... Ich war die einzige Kundin am Tresen, also auch keine stressige Situation... Das liegt wohl an mangelnder Hygieneschulung oder mangelnder Umsetzung... Der Cappuccino war gut, schön heiß... Der schöne Gastraum in Ordnung. Das Geschäft könnte mit kleinen Änderungen doch soooo viel besser laufen! Wirklich schade!!!

Heute gegen 14:00 Uhr bestellte ich zwei Backfischbrötchen bei einem Mitarbeiter. Auf meine höfliche Nachfrage, ob die Brötchen eventuell warm serviert werden könnten, reagierte er äußerst unfreundlich und genervt in einem herablassenden Ton. Dabei wiederholte er spöttisch „ja, warm, warm“ und schnauzte mich nahezu an. Als ich ihn anschließend ruhig darauf ansprach, weshalb er so unfreundlich mit mir umgehe, entgegnete er lediglich, er müsse „nach hinten“, ohne weiter auf mein Anliegen einzugehen. Der Umgang mit Kunden war in diesem Fall vollkommen inakzeptabel. Zudem waren die Brötchen letztlich trotz Nachfrage nicht warm. Ich werde hier daher nicht erneut bestellen.

Ich hatte ein Alaska Lachs Ei Brötchen. Ich fand es zu salzig, das Brot war ein bisschen zu hart und der Fisch hatte eine unnatürliche Farbe, also war er wahrscheinlich eingefärbt damit er frischer aussieht. Das würde ich mir auf jeden Fall nicht nochmal holen. Vielleicht sind die warmen Sachen ja besser.

Zuerst musste ich erstmal 5min an der Theke warten, bis die Verkäuferin mich endlich bedient hat. Private Gespräche zwischen Theke und Küche/Back Office! Für das Essen aufm Bild zahlte ich ca. EUR 17 , nicht mal Gemüsebeilage drauf! Als Verkäuferin erwartet man, wie das Wort schon sagt "verkaufen" möchten Sie dies und das noch haben? was hätten Sie gerne noch dazu haben? Klar hätte ich auch selber drauf eingehen können, aber ich teste es sehr gern. Wie lächerlich!

Mich wundert es ehrlich gesagt nicht , das der Laden nur 2 Sterne hat und finde sogar das diese noch Zuviel sind. Für die Preise die man dort zahlt ist die Qualität echt unterirdisch und Eigtl ein Fall für das Gesundheitsamt … die Ware muss schon deutlich länger als üblich in der Auslage gelegen haben was bei sensiblen Lebensmitteln wie Fisch natürlich nicht besonders gut ist. Leider habe ich keine fotos gemacht , aber die Garnelenbox besteht quasi nur aus Panade … sie sehen riesig aus aber wenn man die Panade entfernt bleiben nur kleine cocktailshrimps übrig . Ein hinweiß des Mitarbeiters wäre gut gewesen das die Soße offen in der Verpackung liegt , dann hätte ich mir die kleckerei gespart - geschmacklich war das ebenso eine katastrophale Leistung … das hat wirklich nur nach Panade geschmeckt und selbst ohne hat der shrimp nach nichts geschmeckt. Hinzu kommt das es irgendwie alt und trocken. Das BigBackfisch Brötchen war ähnlich schlecht. Der Salat war schon echt matschig und als solches nur noch an der grünen Farbe erkennbar . Die Remoulade war nicht im Brötchen sondern einfach oben drauf geschmiert , so das die gesamte Remoulade in der Tüte festklebte. Hinzu gab es kein servierten was Eigtl zum Standard gehört wenn man es to Go nimmt. Es war wirklich enttäuschend wenn man dann im Zug Sitz und sich auf sein Essen freut. Wenn sie auf der Durchreise sind gehen sie am besten woanders hin … Es ist sein Geld nicht wert , zumindest nicht für die Produkte die ich gekauft habe und das ist mitlerweile auch schon das zweite mal. Positiv war das die Bedienung zügig und freundlich war

Kartenzahlung wird nicht akzeptiert. Zusätzlich wurde mir die Nutzung eines Gutschein-Codes verweigert. In diesem Fall stellt sich ernsthaft die Frage, warum es überhaupt eine App gibt und warum Gutscheine angeboten werden, wenn man sie vor Ort nicht einlösen darf. Das wirkt unprofessionell und irreführend. Sehr enttäuschende Kundenerfahrung.

Very disappointing! I ordered pollock with potato salad at Nordsee at Hanover Central Station! The fish was cold and the potato salad was carelessly thrown onto the plate. It looked incredibly unappetizing. To top it off, they poured ketchup on the potato salad even though I had ordered remoulade.

Very disappointing! I ordered a large box of fish and chips from Nordsee at Hanover Central Station (price: €7.49) – and it was truly a disaster. The fish had absolutely no flavor; it wasn't a true "fish and chips," but more like a thick, burnt batter, with no fishy flavor at all. You could barely tell there was any fish in it at all. The fries tasted stale, probably from the day before, just reheated, and were also soft and chewy. I couldn't eat it and threw it all away.

Ordered a mixed box via the screen, stood at the pickup point for about 10 minutes. My number was already at "preparation." The employee (a young guy in gray work clothes) saw me, but didn't say a word. I had to ask myself: "Can I still get my food?" He said: "Give me the receipt." Finally got something, quickly ran to the platform, and BAM... opened the package and there were only potatoes inside 🤦‍♀️😂. Honestly, I have zero patience for this. Money gone, but I'm still hungry. The food was good I used to buy at nordsee.. usually in Oldenburg, where they welcome with smile.. The smile obviously makes customer feel welcomed and enjoy the food... But in hannover For some reason the employer is annoyed or irritated to serve or maybe he is not experienced in handling the pressure .i dont know his name, he has a tattoo on right hand He was shouting loud.... With definitely not a welcoming face...i dont know the management will look into that or not... As soon as he shout , i swear i didn't enjoy the food much... He spoiled the appetite.... I think €7 for a fried fish sandwich is too much. Unfortunately, the remoulade was smeared all over the outside of the sandwich and the outside of the packaging. I only gave it one star because the friendly employee handed me five napkins at once. I probably won't go there again.

I wanted to quickly get three Bremer sausages to go. I ordered them on the touchscreen. Then the employee told me they were out of Bremer sausages. I was offered a different product, but I only like Bremer sausages and that's why I went to Nordsee. So I refused. Then the nice colleague finally came into play. She explained to me that it wasn't possible to refund the money because I had paid with a card. After a long discussion, it turned out that they weren't currently selling Bremer sausages because they were out of bread. Well, I ended up getting Bremer sausages in a baguette roll, and I thought that was very accommodating. Why didn't they do that in the first place? I missed two possible train connections because of this.

Unacceptable customer service – absolute impudence! I'm speechless at the way Nordsee treats paying customers. An employee with exaggeratedly enhanced lips (Botox) behaved completely inappropriately: disrespectful, rude, aggressive, and provocative. She refused to give her name – presumably to avoid precisely such complaints. From the very first eye contact, her contemptuous manner was downright repulsive. No greeting, no smile, instead an annoyed eye roll and a tone of voice that made it clear: "Customer? I'm not interested." Every question was cut off, every reaction seemed as if she wanted to escalate the situation immediately. Zero decency, zero sense of service. Employees like that don't belong in the customer service area. They are a disrepute for any brand. For me, that was my last visit to that branch – intolerable, embarrassing, disgraceful.

The food was really bad. The plaice fillet wasn't freshly prepared. It was only lukewarm, the breading was tough and wobbly (it had probably been sitting on the hot plate for hours). The boiled potatoes were also only lukewarm. The tartar sauce was okay. Why are you "forced" to order a drink at the ordering terminals? (The ordering process wouldn't have progressed otherwise). The food was placed on the counter without a word – unfriendly staff. It was quiet, but the tables still hadn't been wiped down. I won't be eating again, at least not at this branch.

Unfortunately, my experience at NORDSEE Hannover Hbf was a major letdown. I was hoping for a quick, decent seafood meal at the station, but the fish was absolutely appalling—dry, overly salty, and left a strange aftertaste. It tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Honestly, I couldn’t even finish it. The sides weren’t much better—lukewarm and uninspired. For a place that specializes in seafood, this was really disappointing. Would not recommend, even if you’re in a rush.

The other vendor, who could handle menus, only accepted cash. They rudely sent us from one vendor to the next, and in the end, we were forced to leave without eating anything. Terrible!

Very rude staff and poor service. I ordered takeout food around 2:30 p.m. on June 4, 2025, and wanted to sit down at a table while I waited because I had heavy bags. I was immediately rudely signaled that sitting was prohibited – without explanation or friendliness. As I waited at the pickup counter, the employee standing directly in front of me suddenly started shouting loudly. We placed our order via the vending machine. Great service! Strangely, the clerk asked us again for our order, which we had just filled out at the vending machine. Communication was also very difficult, as he only spoke broken German. The staff was very nice, though. The seating was very pleasant and quiet. The food was absolutely terrible. I was so looking forward to a Bremer, and all I got was a mush in an old bun. The fries and shrimp were completely cold. That doesn't surprise me; the display is apparently not heated. This store urgently needs improvement and training. I definitely won't be back. I'd rather save the money.

I'm there often and usually order at the terminal. Usually a fish sandwich. So far, it's always been quick. Sure, it tastes like industrial food, but that's the same at every store. I really don't like all the menu items, but a quick sandwich like that is always a good option, and with the app, you get 2 for 1, which is also very good value.

The business idea itself is well thought out but implemented particularly poorly at this branch! After we ordered at the terminal, we were told by an employee that he had to start everything again shortly before the end because of us...how should I know if the orders at the terminal worked? After 15 minutes we were told by security staff to leave the area. When we made it clear that we were still waiting for an order, it turned out that the employee hadn't paid any attention to it and that otherwise we would probably have waited ages. The order we received another 10 minutes later was a joke. Instead of a warm fish sandwich as ordered, it was ice cold and had no salad whatsoever, which was simply communicated with the reason: We are out of salad. The box was also catastrophic and even though I always thought you couldn't go wrong with fries, this was proof of the opposite. My first and last time in the North Sea!

Unfortunately the fries I ordered were ice cold. I have complained about this. The employee said it would take 5 minutes for the new fries to be ready. All right, I waited. What didn't work at all: The cold fries in the display were not removed but the new fries were simply dumped on top. So I received a mix of cold and warm fries. Since I didn't have the time, I decided not to complain again. It's a shame, but dear North Sea, you should probably rely on quality management!

Ever since the remodel and the addition of kiosks orders are wrong. The place also seems grossly understaffed. I know what I ordered but when I paid in cash the guy seemed confused. Then he was replaced by another who got the order wrong. She told me they were giving me the kids fish in a groß portion and apologized for the wait but once on my train I'm looking at my food like why? They know people are actively leaving by foot or trains so they cannot come back to fix mistakes! I'm sitting here with three sauces but no pommes. I guess that works because I have no pommes sauce like o ordered but a delicious truffle mayo I didn't ask for that doesn't go with fish. I also ordered rösti but there is no dip. I do have an ice cold dish of some sort of salad I would never order which is in the same bag making the hot food cold. I also have an assortment of fish shapes as they were out of fish nuggets at 10:25am on a Wednesday. I had to take my receipt from a pile of others but even that doesn't reflect what I ordered nor what I received. Train is in motion and I cannot get back towards the station until late evening. So now what?

After ordering at the self-service terminal, we were told that the meal would take about 20 minutes. Great at the train station where you wait for a train. Reversal should not be possible, the meal was already paid for. Instead, I was offered other fish on the spinach (cheaper compared to the salmon. 20 minutes should still be fine, I just have to eat a little quicker. So I agreed to wait. On December 6th, 2024 I was on site around 9:15 a.m. I wanted to order something but the woman was not interested in her work and didn't want to serve me at all. I was the only customer on site instead of receiving my order. She told me to use the machine Taking it is quicker, she said, ..... well when I was at the machine, all 3 defective screens were completely black instead of accepting a simple order, I was completely ignored.... So they had none at all You could tell straight away that she was keen on her work. So you can completely forget about this North Sea.

Let's start with the ambience first, there is none. Rather simple and open to the main train station. The service is also not capable, despite asking whether the rolls were fresh and I only wanted fresh ones, there were outdated soft rolls and not a bit of crispy fish. Pollock rolls are what you call something where there is more egg. When asked if it is normal, the answer is yes, it is normal because you get egg rolls at North Sea. Just like the fried fish raw fish more than ice cold rolls hard salad dry and old not freshly prepared. When I spoke to the employees, there was no answer and I was just hit on, never recommended again for almost €10!

I almost never rate with one star. But this branch deserves it. Today was the first time here where you can order at a terminal. It wasn't like that before. An unfriendly employee started off telling me (seriously) that I had to clear the area and read my order number on a screen to the right. I'm actually friendly towards strangers. Especially people work in retail and/or the catering industry. So far so good. Then my meal was ready and 2 of the 6 nuggets were missing and the second sauce was also wrong. Because of the sauce, she said that it was available with the salad, to which I replied that it was available for sale individually in her terminal. She then brought me the right sauce and then mumbled something into her non-existent beard. I then went back to the terminal to see if I had made a mistake about the amount of nuggets. Oh. Nope. I didn't. She also said that I had ordered something else. I asked her to step in front of the counter to take a look for herself. And even then, the branch management that had since joined had to agree with me. She also apologized nicely. Nothing came from the employee. It's a shame that customers are treated like this. I also don't accept that she's having a bad day. This doesn't belong at work and, above all, it's not appropriate to behave like this towards customers. Oh right. The food was semi-warm and had probably been on display for a while. Thanks for nothing.

We were at Sea Life yesterday. Since we were from a long way away, we wanted to eat something in the "restaurant." Unfortunately, there wasn't much to choose from. We bought a pretzel and a pizza slice. The pretzel must have been there for a few days, because it was rock hard and the pizza was very heavy on the stomach. It was also very expensive. So stay away and skip it.

The service is quick and friendly, but the boxes are cold, sticky, and overpriced by default. My three-year-old could feed me this quality for three days...he can also handle cardboard nuggets and dry paper noodles.
