Unfortunately the fries I ordered were ice cold. I have complained about this. The employee said it would take 5 minutes for the new fries to be ready. All right, I waited. What didn't work at all: The cold fries in the display were not removed but the new fries were simply dumped on top. So I received a mix of cold and warm fries. Since I didn't have the time, I decided not to complain again. It's a shame, but dear North Sea, you should probably rely on quality management!

Ever since the remodel and the addition of kiosks orders are wrong. The place also seems grossly understaffed. I know what I ordered but when I paid in cash the guy seemed confused. Then he was replaced by another who got the order wrong. She told me they were giving me the kids fish in a groß portion and apologized for the wait but once on my train I'm looking at my food like why? They know people are actively leaving by foot or trains so they cannot come back to fix mistakes! I'm sitting here with three sauces but no pommes. I guess that works because I have no pommes sauce like o ordered but a delicious truffle mayo I didn't ask for that doesn't go with fish. I also ordered rösti but there is no dip. I do have an ice cold dish of some sort of salad I would never order which is in the same bag making the hot food cold. I also have an assortment of fish shapes as they were out of fish nuggets at 10:25am on a Wednesday. I had to take my receipt from a pile of others but even that doesn't reflect what I ordered nor what I received. Train is in motion and I cannot get back towards the station until late evening. So now what?

After ordering at the self-service terminal, we were told that the meal would take about 20 minutes. Great at the train station where you wait for a train. Reversal should not be possible, the meal was already paid for. Instead, I was offered other fish on the spinach (cheaper compared to the salmon. 20 minutes should still be fine, I just have to eat a little quicker. So I agreed to wait. After 18 minutes I was told that it would take another 10 minutes. After I told them in a somewhat annoyed tone that I found that absurd, I was served half raw fish after 23 minutes. Impudence

On December 6th, 2024 I was on site around 9:15 a.m. I wanted to order something but the woman was not interested in her work and didn't want to serve me at all. I was the only customer on site instead of receiving my order. She told me to use the machine Taking it is quicker, she said, ..... well when I was at the machine, all 3 defective screens were completely black instead of accepting a simple order, I was completely ignored.... So they had none at all You could tell straight away that she was keen on her work. So you can completely forget about this North Sea.

Let's start with the ambience first, there is none. Rather simple and open to the main train station. The service is also not capable, despite asking whether the rolls were fresh and I only wanted fresh ones, there were outdated soft rolls and not a bit of crispy fish. I know from experience that these rolls are partly old news. A NO-GO! Inedible! If you want to eat well near the North Sea, then go to the Leine Center Laatzen. Never eat at the main station again 🤮

Pollock rolls are what you call something where there is more egg. When asked if it is normal, the answer is yes, it is normal because you get egg rolls at North Sea. Just like the fried fish raw fish more than ice cold rolls hard salad dry and old not freshly prepared. When I spoke to the employees, there was no answer and I was just hit on, never recommended again for almost €10!

I almost never rate with one star. But this branch deserves it. Today was the first time here where you can order at a terminal. It wasn't like that before. An unfriendly employee started off telling me (seriously) that I had to clear the area and read my order number on a screen to the right. I'm actually friendly towards strangers. Especially people work in retail and/or the catering industry. So far so good. Then my meal was ready and 2 of the 6 nuggets were missing and the second sauce was also wrong. Because of the sauce, she said that it was available with the salad, to which I replied that it was available for sale individually in her terminal. She then brought me the right sauce and then mumbled something into her non-existent beard. I then went back to the terminal to see if I had made a mistake about the amount of nuggets. Oh. Nope. I didn't. She also said that I had ordered something else. I asked her to step in front of the counter to take a look for herself. And even then, the branch management that had since joined had to agree with me. She also apologized nicely. Nothing came from the employee. It's a shame that customers are treated like this. I also don't accept that she's having a bad day. This doesn't belong at work and, above all, it's not appropriate to behave like this towards customers. Oh right. The food was semi-warm and had probably been on display for a while. Thanks for nothing.

Order food via the app as Click & Collect. Went there on time for the pickup time and still had to wait 15 minutes. First I was given the wrong order, then discussed what I would have ordered. When it was the real food, I had to point out again that it was takeaway. The inspection revealed that two of my sauces were missing. After these were also filled very slowly, my food was cold and my comment was ignored. There are "new employees and if they don't work so well, then there's nothing we can do about it." Click&Collect is not recommended in this branch!

Decent Fish and Chips, But a Bit Pricey I ordered the small Fish and Chips with Remoulade Sauce at Nordsee in Hannover Hauptbahnhof. The fish and chips were well-cooked and tasted good, but I found the portion a bit small for the price (€6.29) with only three pieces of fish. The sauce provided was also quite minimal. However, the interior is pleasant, and the availability of charging ports is a nice bonus for travelers. Overall, it's a decent place for a quick bite, but the portion size could be better.

The Nordsee in Hannover Hauptbahnhof is a great place to treat yourself to a quick but tasty meal between trains. I ordered a fried fish roll and it was super fresh and hit the spot. The fish was perfectly fried and the bun was nice and crispy. The service was quick and friendly, which is really nice in such a busy station. Although the front of the restaurant seemed crowded, I discovered that there are hidden seating areas behind the restaurant—a great find! You can eat in peace without having to rush into the hustle and bustle of the train station. So if you're looking for a good meal in a quiet spot, I can only recommend Nordsee here.

I once ordered “Tuna vegan” at the terminal. After waiting 20 minutes, I was asked what I had ordered. After that, there was no longer any feedback from the kitchen “Tuna vegan”. Unfortunately, the plant-based Backvisch is real fish. At first you can't see any difference from the outside, but as soon as you take a bite you can see that the breaded piece has real fish inside: it's iridescent, it's fibrous and it has the layered structure of fish. The Backvisch (which you can get at other North Sea shops) looks and tastes completely different.

Unfortunately the most terrible renovation I have ever experienced... The employee desperately wanted to sell my food to someone else because she had mixed up the order numbers (5690 & 4900). Even after being told several times that I had fried fish and the others had fish burgers, she couldn't be dissuaded and I was only able to do so after several times Take my order in minutes. Then I sit down in the dining area, which is really pretty for HBF interiors, and start eating. After two forks, I grabbed several napkins because the fish was unfortunately rock hard and had probably been on display for several hours. You could have gotten the potato salad for €2 in any supermarket for 500g and the Sylt dip, the most similar thing to tartar sauce, tasted terrible. For 16.03€ a 0.5l bottle of Cola, disgusting dip, tough fish and supermarket potato salad? So I didn't know the store before the renovation. Unfortunately, a very sad development...

Today, after a long time, I was in the North Sea at the main station again - and was very disappointed. Ordering is only possible on the screen, you are forced to constantly click away from various additional offers in order to be able to complete the order at some point. The fish dishes have disappeared behind large privacy panels - I used to just like to look here. This is now effectively prevented; under no circumstances should you be able to see the prepared fish beforehand. And indeed: dry and tough, probably on a warming plate for ages. This also scares away previous regular customers.

Im Großen und Ganzen muss ich sagen war es ganz lustig. Die Mitarbeiterin hatte so eine gute Laune, als wäre sie unter Drogen😂 vom Ambiente her kann ich nicht viel sagen, wir sind am Bahnhof zwischen Herbert der seit 25 Jahren keine Lust mehr hat auf Arbeiten gehen, und Jürgen der nach Kleingeld fragt… Essens technisch Fall für das Gesundheitsamt😄 Trotzdem würde ich es jedem empfehlen der auch nur ein paar Notgroschen in der Tasche hat und jeden Tag für dieses Land arbeiten geht.

Very good fish. I was super tired and hungry and this place knocked me back to life. My only problem besides the unfair prices is that they don't offer a big variety of fish but it's still ok. Considering the quality of other restaurants in Hannover HBF I think this is one of the better places to eat there.

Es ist halt am Bahnhof aber die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.die haben da sooo viel Stress unglaublich was die Jungen Menschen da Rocken.....Also mein Essen war immer FRISCH und HEISS......manche Menschen haben Langeweile wenn man sich die Komentare ansieht...kann ich garnicht nachvollziehen....Internationale Mitarbeiter die Englisch und weitere Sprachen sehr gut Beherrschen...einfach top ....Muss jeder der ein Stop in Hannover am Bahnhof macht mal essen gehen...

Mein Besuch bei Nordsee war einfach super! Das Essen überzeugte mit exquisitem Geschmack, und das Personal zählt definitiv zu den Besten im gesamten Bahnhof. Die hervorragende kulinarische Erfahrung wurde durch die Freundlichkeit des Personals noch mehr bereichert.

Jedesmal freue ich mich wie ein Kleinkind auf den Bremer und lachs mit Kartoffeln. Dazu die geile remoulade sauce. Ich liebe es dort essen zu gehen. Gerade der Service top !!! Sehr freundlich ich fühle mich da sehr wohl. Bitte weiter so,verstehe garnicht die schlechten Kommentare. Daher meine persönliche Empfehlung geht selbst dahin einfach toll!!!!! Verstehe die Schlechten Kommentare nicht,also fahre 1 mal im Monat die Strecke Kiel-Hannover und mache eine Verstärkungs Pause bei Nordsee,Bedienung war Nett da war ein Asiate und eine Dunkelhaarige Dame und beide waren Nett zu mir, kann ich alles nicht Verstehen und das Essen war auch wie bei jeden anderen Nordsee Filiale !

Eine kleine Filiale am Hauptbahnhof. Auch wenn das Backvisch Brötchen für die Größe ein wenig teuer war, hat es gut geschmeckt. Die Personen an der Kasse waren freundlich und die Bedienung war recht schnell. . Die Erfahrungen von den anderen Rezensionen konnte ich nicht bestätigen, weil ich nur kurz etwas gekauft habe. Es ist aber vielleicht davon abhängig, wer an der Kasse steht. An sonsten ist es ein netter Ort um Brötchen zu kaufen, auch wenn diese relativ teuer sind.

Essen ist Lauwarm, Geschmack ist Fade wie es bei vielen Bahnhofslokalen ist. An das Management: Was die Qualität erhöhen könnte wäre z.B. Backfisch und andere frittierbare Gerichte und Beilagen eine Minute vor Ort zu frittieren, damit sie heiß sind beim Verzehr. Auch sollten eventuell die Liegezeiten des Essens reduziert werden. Letztendlich wollen Sie bei den Kunden kein einmaliges Einkaufserlebnis hervorrufen, sondern die Kunden sollten sich am nächsten Bahnhof wieder bei ihrem lokal ihren Snack kaufen.

Beim vorbei gehen sah ich das Angebot, Scholle mit Beilage und entschied mich zu probieren. Nach längerer Wartezeit, die ich in Kauf nahm, bestellte ich. Da ich keine Scholle mit schwarzem Rand wollte, entschied ich mich für ein Stück was für die junge Dame gut greifbar und in Ordnung war. Die Bedienung hatte den Fisch nun schon problemlos auf dem Teller liegen, waraufhin eine Kollegin in einem sehr schnippischen und frechem Ton meinte, dass ein wählen hierbei überhaupt nicht in Ordnung sei. Als ich meinte, dass doch alles funktioniert hat und ich als Kunde doch wählen dürfe, wurde die Dame, mit langen schwarzen Haaren, noch frecher und dreister. Auf meine Antwort dieses mir nicht bieten zu lassen, mich beschweren und diese Aktion auch bei Google zu bewerten, lachte sie und meinte: "Machen sie das ruhig." Auch den Kommentar, dass wird doch keinen interessieren, konnte sie sich nicht verkneifen. Resultierend darauf schien die junge Dame an einem freundlichem und respektvollem Umgang gar nicht interessiert zu sein. Auch das der Kunde wählen darf, was in den Auslagen gut sichtbar ist, schien ihr ein absolutes Fremdwort zu sein..... Abschließend war der Fisch gut, die erste Bedienung nett, wofür ich fairer Weise doch noch Sterne vergebe.

Wollte meine TooGoodToGo Bestellung hier abholen. Tat dies zum ersten Mal. Musste ewig warten, obwohl keine Kunden da waren und die Bedienung erklärte mir ziemlich unfreundlich, was ich mir aussuchen dürfte. Naja, werde wohl in Zukunft einen anderen Store aufsuchen.

Leider nicht mehr gut! Vor Corona echt gut aber leider stark nachgelassen. Sehr dreckig, geringe Öffnungszeiten und wenig frische Ware. Ab 19.30 Uhr bekommt man schon nichts mehr warmes. Personal sehr ungepflegt, Tische dreckig

Tolle, dynamische, engagierte und fleißige, weibliche Mitarbeiterinnen / Servicekräfte mit Fremdsprachenkenntnissen! Sie holen die Kunden sehr herzlich ab und beraten auch in individuellen Fragen! Das Essen (Rauchmatjes mit Sylter Sauce an Bratkartoffeln) war sehr gut! Ach wäre es doch immer so??? Für die beiden männlichen Herrschaften, die sonst hier anzutreffen sind, ist der Begriff „Kundenbetreuung“ scheinbar jedoch ein Fremdwort! Geschlagene 20min. stand ich beim letzten Mal (auch an einem Freitag) hier, und dabei wurde nicht einmal ein Blickkontakt aufgebaut! Und wenn die Schlangen lang sind, dann ist Blickkontakt um so wichtiger, weil sich der Gast sonst abwendet! Die Herren schlufften dagegen eher demotiviert und scheinbar konfus hinter dem Tresen umher. Es war ein desatröses Szenario in Zeitlupe! Ich bin selbst im Dienstleistungsbereich tätig und weiß, wie wichtig Kundenbindung ist! Meine Bitte: Die Damen, die ich am 18.11.2022 um 15:45Uhr antraf, bringen es! Sie waren schnell, und die Taktfrequenz, mit der sie die Gäste versorgten, war beeindruckend! Hier ist endlich mal die volle Power zu spüren, ohne dass Herz u. Höflichkeit auf der Strecke blieben!!! Und auch internationale Gäste werden hier mit hervorragenden Englisch- & Türkischkenntnissen schnell und kompetent bedient! Die Messestadt Hannover ist schließlich auch ohne Messen mehr und mehr international! Weiter so…!!!! 👍 Das war wirklich TOP!!!

War heute nach langer Zeit wieder hier einkaufen... Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen, bedient hat mich eine Frau Aydın. Sie hat mich auf das Vegetarische Angebot aufmerksam gemacht und war sehr zuvorkommend. Wooowww wie lecker!! Die Stimmung war sehr aufgeweckt...So ein Motiviertes Personal habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen.Da könnten sich manch andere Filialen eine Scheibe von abschneiden.Denn meistens ist der Ton sehr Rahr bei der Nordsee! Auch wurde ich auf die Coupons aufmerksam gemacht mit denen man eine Menge sparen kann. Alles in allem wurde ich top informiert super bedient und kinderfreundlichkeit wird gross geschrieben!!!100Punkte komme bald wieder!!!

Delivery was supposed to be 9:30 p.m. - 9:50 p.m., it arrived at 10:30 p.m Coke was missing and pizza was totally burnt downstairs *I got money back for the calzone and the cola was also brought, but now I'm going to sleep without dinner 😢
