The Strandhaus-Celle convinced me! The “Purple Prince” dish was particularly a good choice: a perfectly coordinated combination of sheep cheese, pasta, beetroot and walnuts – simply good! The service was friendly. The ambience is great, with pleasant lighting that creates a relaxed atmosphere. A clear recommendation for everyone traveling in Celle! Definitely better than the current Google reviews suggest. A visit is worth it!

Price/performance not great, everything costs extra. Service is nice, but you have to say everything 2-3 times...

Upscale ambience for Celle. Lunch at “normal prices”, but the food is also accordingly (clear). Service mediocre. The lady didn't manage to look at any of us once. No need to ask when eating whether it tastes good - but given the prices, this service would be highly recommended! No demand for coffee or dessert after clearing away. We were not paid any attention to, despite the fact that there were only 5 other tables and a lot of staff. The menu is well developed. The drinks menu is very large - but both at reasonable prices, for Celle.

Ambience was great, no question. Eating more bad than good. Got the wrong burgers, the bacon was visible in the pan from far away and it was totally sloppy. Everything is way too expensive, not worth the money. Cocktails were ordered twice, one was ok, the other you couldn't drink at all because it was so sweet. The service was also bad. Not again

Not again! The ambience is clearly wonderful….but… The prices are absolutely not appropriate for the service. The rosé wine (there were only two to choose from) was not in stock. After all, the higher priced wine was offered at the same price. The tarte flambée was very poor in terms of topping... And that for 17.90???? I'm happy to pay for high-priced food, but please pay appropriately. But the highlight was actually the “arrival” of our dishes: several pasta variants were chosen. The plates were described as spaghetti, when we asked in detail which pasta dish it was, the answer was that we would clarify this later... the main thing is to put it down first... it doesn't work at all!!!!!!!! That was the height of arrogance. He is welcome to do this with his “cousins ​​or brothers”, but please not with a well-groomed group of ladies. The napkins were also unusable because they had an intense, moldy cellar smell. Unfortunately that was the last visit... Celle has better to offer and ambience isn't everything...

The ambience is great and the service is nice, but I was pretty disappointed! I wanted to celebrate my birthday with a couple of friends, but the mood quickly went to 0. You waited forever until you could order and waited forever for your drinks and then you didn't get what you ordered several times. The last round didn't come at all and in the end the whole calculation didn't add up! We were very disappointed and changed the restaurant and then had a nice evening.

Hello, I visited the beach house with my friends last night. The ambience of the restaurant/bar is beautiful and cozy, although it starts with the greeting that you are sent directly from one employee to another and you are taken to a table where the music is much too loud and you can hardly understand your own words , and you don't even understand the waiter, you should start to change something about it. Then when we placed our orders we waited forever for our drinks, and when they came they were the wrong drinks that were overflowing with ice and water. My friends just got something but not what they ordered. Even if the drinks were ordered without ice, they came with ice :D and when we asked the waitress about it, they didn't know what was ordered, even though everything was obviously typed into their mobile device. Then we wanted to try a good whiskey, which was sold out, so we got a standard whiskey, but we were still charged for the expensive whiskey (so it's very important to check the bill.) Two cocktails were ordered and still not served after an hour became. By the way, it's also billed. :D you can tell you think you're watching the wrong film. Conclusion: the beach house is NOT recommended.!!!!!

We drove over here for lunch. Great selection of lunch menus and really cheap too. Everything was delicious and fresh. Location was great, right on the water with shade on the huge terrace. You can tell that the beach house and the service are designed to serve a lot of customers. Definitely highly recommended for lunch.

Super Currywurst. The Best in Celle. Don‘t get your Currywurst by Curry de Lüx in Celle. That makes no sence, to expensive and mad.

I ordered an anti pasti platter on Sunday. On the map there is a green leaf marked as a symbol for “vegetarian”. At first glance I could see ham and mold on the grapes, but I thought ok, that can happen. I looked at the anti pasti and discovered more mold on it entire plate! I let the food go back. The nice waitress accepted it, said “oh, I'm sorry” and walked away. About 7 minutes later a new anti pasti plate arrived, which was fine. In my opinion, the mold could not be overlooked and you shouldn't sell something like that to the customer! I paid full price for this product and didn't even receive an apologetic gesture... Furthermore, two bowls were ordered that just looked sad. Little content but a high price. Bad combination.

It was a beautiful sunny day and the restaurant was at 70-80% capacity. We arrived with a group of 30 people and were immediately given cool drinks. The food was on the table a short time later. It was great to see how the team leader had everything under control, great team and friendly in every situation. The ambience by the water is very successful, the clean river invites you to swim. We'd love to come back, and I'd like to come back too 😊👍

The location is, no question, what you actually pay for. Unfortunately the food doesn't taste good at all. Way too spicy, overpriced, sometimes extremely dry. This applies to the chilli cheese fries as well as to the salad with beef tips. The beef was so dry and tough that it was really hard to eat. The dressing, overly seasoned and salty. The bruscetta actually has nothing to do with bruscetta and the slices of bread don't fit in your mouth, unless you want to dislocate your jaw. The spritzers are recommended, in my case coconut spritzer. That was very delicious. Ultimately a restaurant that is very clean and tidy, but with prices that are way too high for what is on offer. (Food such as drinks, cocktails)

Great setting on the river. Had the dorade and my partner the noodles with gamba's. Noodle were over flavored, too much soy used. Dorade was very small, mashed potatoes were tasty. Cocktails were good. Wouldn't go for the food, but the setting and interior are on point.

There are 2 stars only for the location on the water with the large terrace. Unfortunately everything else is subterranean. Ordered a bottle of champagne for 160 euros. The service doesn't even know what it is and has to ask first. Then another waiter comes and brings the bottle to the table, but doesn't know how to open the bottle. A third waiter comes and opens it The bottle was completely wrong and the pouring was completely wrong. After that we didn't see a waiter at the table, we didn't refill anything (we had to do that ourselves), nothing happened at all.. Given the price of the bottle, I expect better service!! The dishes we ordered were so-so, not really warm and not of high quality either. The cocktails were careless and made without much knowledge. The Cosmopolitan only consisted of cranberry juice and was far too dark. The sour tasted like nothing except soap and was way too watery. The bartender desperately needs training. All in all an absolute disappointment, the only goal here is to make money.. The guest is secondary.. Also far too expensive for far too poor a service..

We were there with 14 people for the European Championship game Spain vs. Italy, so we had to wait longer, but the dishes were all very tasty, as were the drinks. Personally, I can only say that the Wiener Schnitzel was a bit dry but still tasty and the fries The cocktails we ordered were mixed well to strong and the Sex on the Beach in particular was one of the best I've ever had, a clear recommendation for the "beach feeling" in Celle

Very nice location, a bit overpriced! Champion Schnitzel wasn't really my thing.

We waited two hours for mediocre food. Not recommendable. The worst: We even had to wait so long for the compensatory schnapps that we decided to leave.

Addendum: The prices have now been raised so much that I no longer want to give 5 stars. We will now only come once or twice a summer. Currently probably the most beautifully located location in Celle. The food is served attractively and tastes fantastic. The waitresses are often a bit overwhelmed by the rush, but they try very hard and are always extremely polite. If you want to experience a great summer evening with a holiday feeling, you should definitely stop by here.

Value for money is pretty bad! A cheeseburger (without side dish!) costs €13.50 and is also smaller than a “normal” burger. Red Bull 0.25 for over €5... Ambiance is nice but absolutely not worth it

We were there on Saturday afternoon. Location is awesome. Food was absolutely fine too. The service is so bad. There was nothing going on and things that were ordered didn't arrive. And emotions and empathy are not present there. The women's toilets were clogged, there was no paper or they were dirty. We will no longer support the store in the future. It's a shame about this beautiful location...

We were there today for Mother's Day brunch, the staff is super friendly and quick, the atmosphere is really nice, but unfortunately that was it today. Far too many people and reservations were accepted, which meant queuing at the buffet for over half an hour, then finding empty containers, it wasn't the fault of the staff. We tried to fill it up several times, but were completely overwhelmed by the rush. Sometimes less is more. The price is therefore not justified at all. What we ate, or were able to eat, was very tasty. Unfortunately our drinks were also cold because they had to wait a long time for us alone at the table. It was also a shame that the mothers didn't get a little attention, then you don't have to sell it as a Mother's Day brunch and charge €26.90 per person because the buffet was the same as always.

Das Frühstück und die Bedienung waren wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben auch das tolle Ambiente genossen 🌸 wir werden aufjedenfall öfter kommen.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter und schönes Ambiente. Die Tische sind recht klein und voll gestellt, Teller und Getränke haben grad so draufgepasst. Die Mittagskarte hörte sich sehr gut an, aber als das Essen dann kam waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Es war fettig, labbrig und hat wirklich nach gar nichts geschmeckt. Wir hatten mehr erwartet... schade.

Es ist eine schöne Atmosphäre und sehr gemütlich. Das Essen zeigt sich auf einem etwas höherem Niveau. Leider ist der vegan und vegetarische Anteil übersichtlich und leider ist eine fleischlose Variante des Burgers spontan nicht möglich, schade, das hätte ich einer höheren und kreativen Küche zu getraut. Das muß sich in meinen Augen ändern, das wäre zeitgemäß und auch Kundenorientiert.

4Sterne. Ein wirklich schönes Ambiente und gut gelegen. Sehr nette Bedienungen. Die Hauptmahlzeit (die Bowl) war mega gut. Die Currywurst mit Pommes durchschnittlich. Wiener Schnitzel etwas trocken und nicht mal eine Salatgarnitur dabei. Leider war der Walnüsseis mit Spekulatius Cheesecake zu süß. Sonst war alles chick und wirklich ein schöner Laden, der sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und vor alle sauber ist.

Das Essen, wie auch die Getränke waren sehr lecker, wenn sich etwas teurer. Der Service war sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Lokal. Wohlfühlen ist dort angesagt. Der Service ist super, sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen war geschmacklich hervorragend. Wussten gar nicht, daß wir in Celle so ein schönes Lokal haben. Schade ist nur, daß in der Woche schon um 22 Uhr Feierabend ist. Die Location lädt eigentlich zum längeren verweilen ein, gerade wenn man erst später hingeht und noch in guter Gesellschaft einen Cocktail trinken möchte. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen. Ein Gag ist die Freundinnen- Toilette. Siehe Foto.

War mit meinem Sohn dort Essen, war richtig lecker, uns wurde sogar ein Getränk ausgegeben, ok ich hatte Geburtstag 😉,aber trotzdem, war eine nette Geste.

Nicht gerade eine Strandbar, sondern ein durchaus ambitioniertes Restaurant auf einer Insel in der Aller. Wir hatten das Strandhaus spontan besucht, weil es gerade am Weg zwischen Parkplatz und Celler Altstadt liegt und waren ziemlich angetan. Die Einrichtung ist ziemlich modern, anders als zum Teil bei Lokalen in der Altstadt. Essen fanden wir alle gut.

Toller Laden Sehr stylisch von der Karte bis zum Interieur. Service ist sehr freundlich und die Getränke top zu fairen Preisen. Wir haben nicht dort gegessen, allerdings war die Karte sehr einladend.

Sehr schönes Lokal. Wir saßen zwar nicht draußen, aber haben die schöne Terrasse an dem Fluss gesehen und werden diese im Sommer mal ausprobieren. Das Essen ist lecker und preiswert und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und aufmerksam.

Ich hatte mich darauf gefreut hier mit meiner Familie frühstücken zu gehen. Von Außen gesagt siehts schon mal sehr gut aus, der Eingangsbereich mit dem Thekenbereich wirkt sehr gut auf den eintretenden Gast..... aber an unserem Tisch wars dann leider nicht mehr sehr toll... am Fenster Spinnenweben, auf dem Stuhl tote Insekten... nun ja, Frühstück war soweit von der Auswahl her ok, persönliches Highlight der vor Ort frisch gepresste O-Saft.... leider waren der Speck, sowie das Rührei während unseres fast 2,5 Std Aufenthaltes lauwarm bis leider kalt.... Als wird dann die Rechnung bekommen war ich dann doch ehrlich negativ überrascht.... 3 Personen ( 2Erw. + 1Kind ) mit insgesamt 4 Getränken ca 68 Euro... positiv möchten wir jedoch erwähnen, den jungen männlichen Kellner( dunkelblond, groß deutsch )... sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein Vorbild...mach Du weiter so....

Ich wollte meine Erfahrung im Strandhaus Celle teilen. Nachdem wir unsere Bestellungen von der Speisekarte aufgegeben hatten, wurde eine zusätzliche Karte präsentiert, auf der wir lieber etwas ausgewählt hätten. Für die Vorspeise fehlte uns Besteck, und wir warteten auf Teller, die jedoch nie kamen. Die leere Vorspeise stand etwa 40 Minuten auf unserem Tisch, bis sie abgeräumt wurde, und dann wurde erst in der Küche Bescheid gegeben, dass der Hauptgang kommen kann. Leider waren die Rinderfiletstreifen viel zu durchgebraten, und bei dem anderen Gericht fehlte der gehobelte Trüffel. Auch war das Essen recht überschaubar. Niemand hat während des Hauptgangs nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Beim Abräumen der Teller machte ich darauf aufmerksam, da meinte der Kellner dann oh Entschuldigung, bitte nicht sauer auf uns sein. Da wir an unserem Hochzeitstag nur begrenzt Zeit hatten (wegen des Babysitters) und es bis dahin schon sehr frustrierend war, haben wir uns gegen eine Nachspeise entschieden. Die Kellner waren leider sehr unaufmerksam. Das ist wirklich schade, denn der Laden hat meiner Meinung nach sehr viel Potential, da die Location wirklich schön ist. Ein Stern für die Location, der andere, weil wenigstens die Getränke stimmten... Dafür haben wir fast 80 Euro gezahlt.

Toller Service, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, welches kaum Wünsche offen lässt, gerne wieder

Wir waren am Wochenende das 2. Mal da weil ich beim ersten mal ganz begeistert war. Leider war unser 2. Besuch eine Katastrophe! Das bufett ist deutlich geschrumpft, alles voll mit spinnweben und Spinnen, tote Bienen auf dem Stuhl. Der erste äußere Eindruck wirkt super, beim 2. Sieht es anders aus. Von 4-5 Mitarbeitern hat uns leider nur einer überzeugen können... Leider nicht nochmal

Tolle Location. Essen der Hammer. Portionen überwältigend groß. Personal super freundlich. Aber: Zugleich war der Service (insbesondere das junge Personal) im hohen Maße unprofessional für eine Location wie diese. Zum Beispiel wurde uns die Flasche Wasser mit Gläsern nur auf den Rand des Tisches gestellt, statt das die Gläser den Personen zugeordnet und teils aufgefüllt wurden. Weiteres Beispiel - als das Essen kam wurde der Teller an den Tischrand gestellt, sodass ich ihn noch vor mich stellen musste. Besteck kam auch erst auf Nachfrage. Es mag zwar jammern auf hohem Niveau sein, aber bei der Location mit den Preisen erwarte ich schon etwas mehr. Mit Service-Fortbildungen kann man hier sicher entgegensteuern. Trotzdem werde ich wieder kommen, einfach weil Essen und Location der Hammer sind.
