My rating refers to the vegetable kebab (fried vegetables including meat): Finally a kebab shop in Hersfeld dares to offer something that stands out from the other kebab shops. The kebab listed above was really great in terms of taste. Both King Döner and Alibaba are unfortunately stuck in time. Nothing has changed for years and always the same 2x standard sauces...

Very nice rooms! Bathroom on the upper floor! Takes getting used to but luxurious. But in Unfortunately, the outbuilding is extremely noisy. I can't comment on the main building. Quiet location in the center. Free parking within walking distance in approx. 3 minutes. Eat good! Very friendly staff. Unfortunately only Greek or Russian with 2 bits of German. Nevertheless, there was a clear understanding! All in all OK!

We really wanted to try this Italian restaurant but arrived without a reservation. Unfortunately when we arrived there was no room available for the evening. We were offered to leave our phone number in case a table became available. As luck would have it, we received a call shortly afterwards with a place for 2 people. The ambience is modern and at the same time warm and cozy. The owner and the staff are very welcoming. The food is A1. We had porcini mushroom risotto (firm to the bite!), Saltimbocca alla Romana, with a matching red wine recommendation. All together a pleasure! Our new favorite Italian! When we travel from Stuttgart to Frankfurt we look forward to visiting again (with reservation 🙂). Thank you for this lovely evening!

You have to find the place first. But then really great! Easily accessible by motorbike and good parking space. Delicious homemade lemonade and a really great burger. However, I have to come back because some of the other dishes on the menu appealed to me. The dessert at the next table also looked really great, but then I wouldn't have been able to get on the motorbike. And the location and the space is really great. You can sit outside, eat in the countryside and really have a great time out!

My evening at the Liebezeit Hotel & Restaurant was truly unforgettable! I ordered the Seville salad and felt the perfect harmony of the fresh ingredients with the first bite. The salad was excellently prepared both visually and in terms of taste. The balance of the sauce and the freshness of the ingredients used in particular made the dish something very special. Thanks to Chef Ronny's loving attention to detail, everything was prepared with great care. The staff was equally friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere in the restaurant was so warm that I didn't feel like a guest, but almost like I was at home. Everyone here does their work with great dedication and professionalism, which makes the food and time spent there all the more special. If you are in Dillenburg, Liebezeit should definitely be your first choice. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back!
