Top price performance. Cozy bar and space for many people. Unfortunately, as a private individual you can only get in on certain occasions. Because it is normally only intended for soldiers.

Great little pub with, as the name suggests, good home cooking. In summer you can even sit outside. But you should then reserve a table.

Cevape in bread and Uvijac were really delicious. The other dishes were also great.

Nice hike from the Bilsteim hiking site, at the end a Rapunzel tower with a great view and an incredibly rustic inn. If you know little Britain, the innkeeper always has to ask his wife if there is anything else. Everything is just half an hour away from Kassel.

Very good food. The prices are fair. Here the guest gets something for his money...

I debated for a moment whether I should write a review or not because I was afraid that if this place became more popular, the quality might deteriorate and I might lose one of my (newly) favorite restaurants. But this restaurant more than deserves a review. This shop is a hidden pearl in the entire Hochtaunus district. Completely inconspicuous from the outside, I tried this restaurant today with two work colleagues. The schnitzels are freshly pounded and breaded, correspondingly crispy and juicy, the fries are fresh and very crispy but not greasy, the soup and sauces are perfectly seasoned and not over-salted as is usually the case. The cevapcici were fried to perfection and also seasoned perfectly. I had the impression that pretty much everything was freshly hand-made and homemade. The entire meal has an outstanding balance and you can clearly tell that the cook is a professional and knows her craft. The only drawback is that the side salad would do with a little more variety. But considering the quality of the food, the prices are ridiculously low. I'm looking forward to eating my way through the entire menu in the very near future and hope that the food can maintain this almost shocking level and that I can continue to enjoy the place for years to come.

Best kebab in Marburg and the surrounding area!!!

In view of the diverse gastronomic offerings that are available everywhere today, the rating would actually be too high compared to this wine bar. Actually...but the wine cellar serves a very special niche. Just 45 years ago there was a place like this in every village. Small menu with great taste and even larger portions, meat from our own farm, the cider made ourselves, the bread homemade, the wine only from the winemakers you know and maybe a cheese from the neighborhood. That's pretty much what I remember from my youth and I loved it. Here we come very, very close to that memory. Nicely located in a side street, calmly inviting, very proper. The menu promises bratwurst, boiled cheese schnitzel and a snack plate. Bread or fried potatoes. Served in a small, pretty beer garden in warm weather. So small that you inevitably start a conversation with the table next to you. And that's the intention. The prices are absolutely moderate and reasonable. This gem left us happy and fed up. What a wonderful little trip into our memories. Thank you very much.

Small, cozy restaurant with good home-style cuisine. I tried the tarte flambée-style schnitzel and the pumpkin seed parfait from the special menu. I can only warmly recommend it.

Haben hier schon mehrfach bestellt, die Website ist super ansprechend und man bekommt sogar eine Stempelkarte, bei der man nach 10 Bestellungen einen Discount bekommt. Bowls sind immer sehr groß und reichen mir (2 Meter Typ) meistens für 2 mal essen. Alles immer frisch und lecker.
