Very nice and cozy hotel with a great location in Limburg's old town. I've been here for conferences and just to eat in general. Everything is highly recommended. I can't say anything about the rooms because I live there myself.

We have been there as guests many times and have always been satisfied. The service is always courteous and friendly and the food is very good 😊 We recently had the New Year's Eve menu and we were thrilled here too 🩷

This is the oldest house in Limburg, as it was the only one to survive a major city fire in the 13th century. The many details and carvings in the half-timbered structure are particularly worth seeing.

We stopped by here from the airport after our vacation and it was delicious. The portions are nice and big and the price is fair. After our next vacation from Frankfurt Airport we will definitely come back!!!

We had dinner at Edelsäcker with 16 people on a Saturday evening. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food can still be improved! The schnitzels with the various sauces were very neutral in terms of spices. The salad was very fresh and tasty.

Nice ambience. Unfortunately the service was the worst I have ever experienced with my gluten intolerance. Unfortunately, there are no allergens listed for the ice cream cups on the ice cream menu. When I asked whether the Amarena cup was gluten-free, I was only rudely told that I would probably know best myself what I can eat. Unfortunately I can give zero stars.

Unfortunately, the food did not meet my expectations. The hot sauce seemed spoiled. The service also left a lot to be desired. The discussion with the waiter about the quality of the food was unpleasant. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

I've eaten here many times on different days of the week and with different group sizes, and I have to say that so far, I have almost nothing to complain about. Once, despite having a reservation, we had to wait 30 minutes, but that was only once; otherwise, we were always seated straight away. Delicious food, and the grill is also impressive. Empty items are quickly refilled. The ambiance is also impressive. My personal highlight is the fish swimming around the seating islands 🐠

Eat something quickly, totally okay.

Our family often has a kebab day (Thursday) and we prefer to buy them in batches. Always delicious and super friendly people. It's a pleasure!
