The Niewo can't help it because it's loud. The price-performance is good, the atmosphere is cozy. Only the service leaves something to be desired, depending on who is serving you. If you don't order alcohol, you'll get a strange facial expression. My wife's food order was ignored and only taken professionally by another waitress when asked. Nope, there's still something going on!
