We've enjoyed coming here for over 20 years, even though there's plenty to choose from in Rauenthal. Needn't say more, right?

Very charming and delicious food! Everything was freshly prepared and not “convenience food”. I had a lot of fun! I can only warmly recommend it to everyone!

Unfortunately it's not the schnitzel you're used to, more like breaded pork steak. Fried potatoes too greasy. Paprika sauce delicious. We were there in winter, the smell from the kitchen was enormous.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed today (Friday at 7:29 p.m.). We then heard from the locals that the owner was probably not making enough profit and had sold the restaurant. Unfortunately, he probably forgot to change his entry on Googlemaps accordingly. It's stupid if you went there specifically for that reason.

Exquisite food is served in a beautiful, historic setting (Eberbach Monastery). The prices are a bit on the high side, but the food is outstanding. Disastrous: the poor signage. Finding the restaurant is a stroke of luck.

Unfortunately they close at the end of the year. We would like to see more vegetarian and vegan dishes in the new restaurant

Absolutely not recommended. They also tried to rip us off with the electricity. They simply left out the comma. They wanted us to pay for 4 kW for one night. Then they read the meter themselves and, lo and behold, it was 0.4. We didn't have to pay anything...

Delicious hand-made cheese at a reasonable price. Can really recommend it
