What can I say, the food and service are top notch. We were there for the first time and at first thought oh, nothing going on and the atmosphere wasn't that appealing. But the food and the friendly service made it worth it :) we'll be back, thank you, stay that way

We spontaneously came here for dinner and were very happy with the decision. In short: great food, great service and a nice ambience at an unbeatable price. We'll definitely be back 🙂

The Haus am Park is directly opposite the RV parking space. The camper kitchen remained cold today and the decision was made to stop there. It was such a successful evening ☺️. We were allowed to come with our dog, found a comfortable place and were immediately deeply impressed by the homely atmosphere. So much attention to detail in the service, advice on food and the food itself (schnitzel, vegan roast beef) is fantastic. Linda, thank you very much for creating this “house”, real encounters can take place there, your special selection of food is impressive, the quality is excellent. The cauliflower pana cotta at the end was amazing! We'll be back ☺️

I discovered the bistro while strolling through the old town and thought I would go there for a meal at the end of my rehab. Since the kitchen closes at 8 p.m. on Sundays and I was in the thermal baths for too long, I quickly called to pre-order a cream schnitzel so that I didn't order it at the last minute. The nice voice on the phone then said “Unfortunately cream schnitzel is already out, but I can still offer mushroom cream schnitzel, onion schnitzel or a Viennese style schnitzel”. I then decided on the mushroom cream schnitzel and as it turned out in the end, it was a very good choice. The bistro itself is a blast, small (thanks to the “regulars’ table group” it’s a bit “happy” at times, but there’s a great atmosphere) & just really cozy. I was warmly welcomed by the other guests, as well as by the friendly waitress behind the counter, and I was literally looking forward to my meal. The binding “Radler” also had something, but the mushroom cream schnitzel topped everything, my God it was delicious. Good salad, okay the fries could have been a little more, but the schnitzel itself was just awesome! The atmosphere in the small but nice bistro and the always good-humored service are great. Keep it up! If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely come by again to have a schnitzel. P.S. Sorry for the photo, but I had to try a good piece of the schnitzel first and enjoy it thoroughly :-))

Didn't convince me hygienically. Without washing your hands, you took turns touching money, the front door, bratwurst, fries, butts, ashtrays, salad garnishes, etc. I especially don't understand why you have to put the prepared bratwurst and fries on the plate with your hands. I can't say anything about the taste, I threw the food away.

Surroundings - a fountain, old von Hutten castle and a small room in front of it. We were there about an hour before opening. We thought we would reserve a table here. The door to the room gave way. Inside there is coziness and all sorts of things from great-grandma's times. A row of laid tables. At the last one a gentleman sits and reads from the large book of quotes. "Good evening, we would like to reserve a table for this evening" The gentleman is barely visible, his head down, his face covered by a cap. But he continues reading. No. "He's sleeping," I said. "Truly," said my husband. We are greeted by a “grey woolly” old dog. “Hello,” I said again and repeated the question. Nothing. The Lord sleeps deeply and blissfully. "What do we do now?" I asked. We ring a bell once, twice... Mr. Conrad wakes up, rubbing his eyes and wondering why he slept so deeply. We reserve and come back. When Mr. Conrad doesn't sleep, he goes to his workshop, which is what he calls the kitchen. There he cooks delicious things for us. We feel like we're visiting our own grandpa, simply wonderfully well looked after. In this way, he also provides the other guests with peace and comfort. We don't know if something like this exists again in the world. Dear Mr. Conrad, we wish you the best of health for many years to come so that you can run your workshop.

The cheese spaetzle last Friday wasn't bad, but today the rump steak was an absolute dream. Perfectly fried, with onions and fries. The side salad also had a really tasty dressing. Thank you.
