Gasthaus Pension "Zum Jossatal" in Bad Soden-Salmünster

Wir kommen schon seit Jahren regelmäßig hierher und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Man schmeckt einfach, dass hier alles noch wirklich frisch gekocht wird. Die Verwendung von lokalen Produkten und die herausragende Fleischqualität zeichnen die Küche einfach aus. Zusätzlich ist der Service fantastisch: super nett, aufmerksam und von einer ehrlichen Herzlichkeit geprägt, die man nur noch selten findet. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team – wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal!

Haben heute auf der Durchreise nach einen Restaurants gesucht und. Sind bei "Zum Jossatal" fündig geworden. Super leckeres Essen. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch wenn es einfach fast 50 km sind....wir kommen wieder!

Waren für 4 Tage dort. Von der Unterkunft über Frühstück bis zum Essen im wunderschönen Restaurant mit Biergarten war alles Tip Top. Ein großes Lob an die Küche und den kompletten Service. Trotz nicht ganz so schönen Wetter konnten wir schöne Wanderungen machen und waren rundum zufrieden.

Tolle Location wahlweise an oder in der Jossa. Wir waren für die Ziegengerichte während des Zickensommers da und waren rundum zufrieden. Das regionenübergreifende Weinangebot rundet das tolle Ergebnis ab. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Super nette Gastwirte, für jedes mitgebrachte Problem direkt eine Lösung parat, Abendessen und Frühstück top!! Kommen gerne wieder!

Waren mit einer größeren Gruppe dort zum Mittagessen . Freundliches Personal. Bei schönem Wetter waren wir draußen im gemütlichen Biergarten. Essen war nach kurzer Zeit auf dem Tisch , schmeckte gut und war schön angerichtet. Konnten mit Karte bezahlen. WC war auch sauber.

War sehr leckeres Essen und Cola-Weizen. Waren sehr freundlich und nur am lächeln und lachen, vor allem die etwas jüngere Dame die sehr oft draußen war hatte ein sehr sympathisches lächeln😊

Was für ein Traum: So nette und zuvorkommende Bedienung und eine nicht überkandidelte, aber dennoch tolle Karte, die soviel mehr bietet, als Schnitzel und Pommes. Der Rinderburger, die Spargelcremesuppe, oder auch Aioli - hier bleibt nichts auf den Tellern zurück. Dazu die Holunderlimonade, und das Glück hat einen Namen: Gasthaus zum Jossatal. Danke - nun habt Ihr (nicht nur). den Salat: Wir kommen wieder mit Familie und ein anderes Mal mit der Motorradgruppe.

Ich habe meinen Geburtstag hier gefeiert. Service toll. Von der Reservierung bis zum Abschluß der Feier. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top. Gerne kommen wir auch in den Biergarten zum Essen.

Schöne, saubere Zimmer, leckeres Essen und eine ganz wunderbare Gastgeberin inkl. Team die für spontane Übernachtungsmögleichheit für Wanderer sorgt. Klare Weiterempfehlung, schön, dass das es noch solche Gasthöfe gibt!

Spacious rooms, excellent mattresses. Dinner (e.g., venison goulash) and breakfast were excellent. Parking in front of the house. The beer garden is beautifully located and the atmosphere is family-friendly.

We've been here several times now and were once again completely thrilled. Thank you for a delicious meal and extremely pleasant service. We'll be back.

I remember the shop as a little boy when my grandparents, my parents, and then my family went there. It was always "the place" I wanted to go to. For three generations. I always stayed overnight in the area to get delicious food in the evening. The last time I was there, the father apparently handed over the business to his son. Not the end of the world in itself. However, you could immediately tell by the opening hours and the food. The father was always close to the customers while preparing breakfast and took care of them. The son is more preoccupied with his phone. I was a bit disappointed the last time I was there. These days, you also have to check when it's even open. That's probably the price of the new generation 🤷‍♂️. They're not really that into it anymore 😅. But if I'm in the area again (and it's open), I'd love to stop by again.

We were there on the weekend. The restaurant was actually closed and only open because a private party was there. We were still allowed to have a bite to eat there and received friendly service. The food was delicious and the portions were really good value for money.

We were there for dinner. But it was very full and no table was available...we didn't reserve either. But plenty hungry. The landlady invited us to the bar for a drink on the house. To shorten the waiting time. Where else is there something like this? 15 minutes later a table was available. The wait was worth it...the food was excellent. The next evening we were there again... The staff was super friendly...the food was excellent and the price was right...just perfect. We were satisfied and can only recommend it.

Today we went to the idyllic beer garden “zum Jossgrund” for the first time and had 2 small children with us. Despite the full house, we got drinks straight away and the children's food came shortly afterwards. The service was super friendly and the wait for the food was worth it. Rarely eaten so well! Meanwhile, the children were happy in the small playground. We would love to come back, especially as a family you will be treated well here. Thank you to the whole team, you are great!

We were passing through here at Easter. Good, freshly cooked food. The schnitzel was very tasty: pounded thin, well seasoned.

We came here for the first time through a voucher and were immediately impressed. The food on our previous visits has been excellent without exception and always with seasonal additions to the normal menu. The staff was also always attentive and made everything possible. No matter. whether boss, waitress or cook...all courteous and incredibly nice. We always like to come back.

Very nice and attentive staff, the food is of excellent quality. The premises are very nice, clean and well maintained. The parking spaces directly in front of the door are particularly practical. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine and the food was really delicious. All in all a successful visit – highly recommended!

We received a very friendly welcome in the restaurant, our service was really nice and the food was great. And I thought it was really nice how easily our waitress responded to special requests. And everyone always had a friendly smile on their faces and time for a short conversation. We felt completely comfortable. I can't say anything about the overnight stay because we were only guests in the restaurant but didn't spend the night.

Great inn, kitchen has a good reputation. Rooms very good for the category. A very small point bothered me personally. When you go out in the stairwell in the morning, you have the cold smell of kitchen in your nose. The location is very romantic, a very good address in everything!

A restaurant like many other restaurants. Usual menu, pork, beef etc. Parking spaces are scarce. Prices for the food are quite high. Small salad must be ordered and paid for separately.

Hinweisschilder am Ortseingang wiesen auf das Restaurant hin. Das ist gut. Am Restaurant zu wenig Parkplätze. Wir waren an einem sonnigen Sonntag dort und nahmen an einem zugewiesen Tisch im Restaurant platz. Bedienung kam rasch, ebenso die bestellten Getränke. Auf unser Essen mussten wir die übliche Zeit warten. Auch hier bestellten wir einen kleinen Salat zusätzlich. Scheint in allen Restaurants üblich geworden zu sein, dass der kleine Salat extra bestellt werden muss. Essen war warm und lecker. Es war nicht außergewöhnlich. Im Restaurant war es frisch, trotz viel Sonnenschein im Außenbereich. Altbau, kalte Steine. Es hinterließ einen sauberen und freundlichen Eindruck.

I can't rate the room as we were only there to eat. We really like this inn. We've been here a few times now and we're thrilled every time. The food is top. We had something different every time and it was all very good, freshly prepared. The waitresses there are super friendly and very quick. You can also sit wonderfully on the outdoor terrace. The guest room itself is also very attractive and the toilets are very clean. We'll definitely be back.

Great beer garden in the middle of the Jossa with excellent staff, competent and absolutely friendly. The interior is also lovingly decorated and invites you to linger. The food is excellent in every respect, from starter to dessert a dream. Every dish is a poem. 😋😋😋

We were here for dinner and had a very nice evening. My grill plate was perfect, the meat was on point and the sauce was really amazing. The best thing was the garlic cream with the meat. Plus a delicious Ehrenberger pilgrimage material on tap. Just a great evening. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back.

Toller Biergarten direkt am Fluss mit sehr gutem Essen. Vegetarische und vegane Gerichte. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern. Übernachtung mit Hund ist kein Problem. Individuelles Frühstück, komme gerne wieder.

We parked at the nearby RV park and ate here. The food was excellent and the service was super friendly. Highly recommended. When the weather is nice, it's a great idea to spend some time on the outdoor terrace right by the stream.

A great restaurant. It does have high prices, but since almost everything is regional and partly seasonal, I find it just about appropriate! The food was super tasty and the quantity was just right. The preparation took a little longer, which we had to thank for the rush hour of 6 p.m. So not bad. There is a large selection of drinks, including many regional ones. The service was always friendly and always there for you. A visit is highly recommended!

A warm welcome, very nice staff, very nice boss and decent room. Actually, breakfast only starts at 8 a.m., but because I have to leave at 8:15 a.m., the innkeeper offered me breakfast for 7:30 a.m. That's what I call service!!!

Everyone will find something on your menu, from young to old, from classic to modern We were again extremely satisfied on our second visit. I even got the celery schnitzel even though it wasn't on the menu that day. My companions were also super happy and the house pint was also a pleasure. Waren hier zum Essen. Fand es sehr lecker und der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Es waren "nur" ein paar Tage und doch taten sie so gut wie drei Wochen Urlaub. Die herzliche Aufnahme und das Verwöhnen durch Egon und Sabine mit dem ganzen Team machen die Zeit unvergessen. Die Küche hat tolle Gerichte gezaubert, besonders die jahreszeitlichen Wildgerichte kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Es schmeckte "wie bei Muttern". An das ganze tolle Team, macht weiter so!

Waren schon öfter hier zum Essen. Immer super lecker, das Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Preise sind völlig in Ordnung. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne, wenn möglich in den schönen Biergarten.

Schöne kleine Unterkunft mit sauberen Zimmern und sehr freundlichem Service. Leider war ich an den Restaurant-Ruhetagen dort, aber die Speisekarte klingt toll und ich bin mir sicher es wird köstlich sein.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Inhaberin empfangen. Der Biergarten ist sehr ansprechend und lädt zum verweilen ein. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
