Very cozy and familiar, a wonderful kitchen!

Very friendly and funny service.

The rooms were very nice; the only thing that bothered me a bit was the lack of free water. The service at breakfast was relatively good, but you can tell that the hotel is primarily designed for adults only. My family and I often noticed that the guests and some of the staff detested children. But the hotel is great for people who just want to get away from it all. A well-intentioned tip is to decide whether or not to use the children's activities. Thank you very much, I mostly enjoyed my stay.

Unfortunately not possible. The website said it was open, but when we got there there was a “Closed” sign on the door. Please definitely revise the website.

If you like hearty home cooking, this is the place for you. The goulash has a strong taste and is very tasty. One more potato wouldn't be bad, you can order it when you order. Everything is freshly prepared, even the potatoes are peeled and cooked here. So you don't have the food on the table in 5 minutes. The portions are large enough for normal hunger.

Very unfriendly service! We wanted to eat and asked for a table. They were barked at, “No room” and just left standing in the room.

The dining room doesn't really look inviting, a few tables and pretty worn chairs. The menu is quite extensive, the focus is on kebab, but there are also burgers and sausage. The service is super friendly and quick, the food is prepared well and quickly. There is also an outdoor terrace where you can sit when the weather is good, but right on the street. There are slot machines in a separate area.

We've been to Kaiser's several times, and it's always been great. The food was delicious and plentiful. Chatting with the host about old times in the Spreewald and new ones was always very interesting. We'd love to come back.

Ate on site on March 1st, 2025, the staff seemed overwhelmed to me. The food wasn't that good.

A warm welcome from the staff, no matter what time we are there. We usually get the kebab salad. The salad is freshly prepared. About 16 times we went to get our food. In any case, An Tâm Bistro is recommended and we would be happy to come back.
