Great 3-star hotel. We stayed there for three nights. Everything was perfect. The room was even accessible for people with disabilities. Breakfast was very plentiful and delicious. The staff and the service in the restaurant were also very attentive and accommodating to our needs. Simply top-notch. I would recommend it to everyone. We'd love to come back and thank you for the wonderful stay.

A very nice, relatively small hotel. The rooms are modern and very clean, and the staff is very friendly. You can rent canoes directly behind the hotel, and there's also a separate, locked bike room for your bikes. The two saunas (70°C and 80°C) are very new and modern.

Cleanliness is a top priority here. Great food. Super friendly staff. Great hotel room. Great pool. The hotel even has an elevator. All in all, a fantastic vacation for us. We can't give this place enough stars. 😀😀😃

Thank you for the wonderful time in your lovingly and perfectly planned hotel. Everything was perfect, from the very nice and large room, the bright and friendly breakfast room to the spacious pool with loungers and sauna. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired and the onion/cucumber bread was super tasty, as it was probably baked with love and still traditional baking from the local baker. Then the boat ride directly from the terrace was the icing on the cake. THANK YOU SO MUCH for this great hospitality. We, my big sister and I definitely want to come back. Thank you for everything

We highly recommend this hotel. First of all, a big compliment for the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The cleanliness can be seen in this hotel. The rooms are lovingly furnished. The breakfast buffet was rich, varied and appetizing. Likewise the evening kitchen in the restaurant. (My husband raved about the schnitzel for days) The wellness area offers everything you need for relaxation. The only small point of criticism would be that the wellness area can unfortunately only be used until 9 p.m. We would have liked to spend the evening hours longer in the sauna, etc. You could also easily rent paddle boats from the hotel's own canoe rental service, which was also positive. We'd love to come back.

Overall, we had a pleasant short stay as a family with 2 children. The following were very positive: friendly contact in the booking process - changes were possible without any complications, an additional boat trip was made possible at short notice at our very spontaneous request, the location with its own small harbor and boat rental (e.g. Canadian) was perfect, the pool and sauna area was very nice. Suggestions for improvement: More selection of fruit for breakfast, offer other types of coffee better (we missed the sign), dinner doesn't quite match the price-performance ratio, service was ok but not as loving as we would have expected, completely closed catering on Sundays and Mondays is a real shame - especially with the beautiful terrace! (Even though we knew this beforehand, we missed it in the nice weather!) Unfortunately, the elevator is quite loud when the room is close and the lawn mower on the neighboring property before 8 a.m. was unfortunately bad luck. Otherwise the rooms were fine, the sink needed to be replaced if necessary.

At 9 p.m. the hotel was closed and I couldn't get in. SHOCK The hotel should decide whether it is a child-friendly hotel or an adult hotel

The rooms were very nice, the only thing that bothered me was that there was no free water. The service at breakfast was relatively good, but you can tell that the hotel is designed for adults only. My family and I often found that the guests and a few employees loathed children. But the hotel is great for people who just want to switch off. A well-intentioned tip is that you should decide whether you should leave the offer for children or not. Thank you, I mostly enjoyed the stay.

We were here for a weekend. The hotel is in a great location and you can even take boat trips directly from the hotel. The rooms are very nice, clean and size. Spa area is also great. Breakfast is small, but nice and tasty. But what struck us most were the friendly employees. Kind regards to the restaurant service staff. We'll definitely come back again.

Then, thank you to the staff who kept the rooms tidy and clean, the service team at breakfast, and the evening team who prepared us great food for dinner and the service team who looked after us with drinks every evening. A small hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms were very clean and well-heated. I missed a coffee/tea set in the room, but the friendly waitress brought coffee to my room before breakfast! The two of us went for a wellness weekend and were simply thrilled. Not only the cleanliness, but also the friendly, helpful, and welcoming service deserve more than 5 stars. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, varied, and lovingly prepared. The spa area was a dream. Not too big, just cozy, so we just lounged around for four hours :-) And as I said, everything was soooo clean. We'd love to come back :-)

I stayed at this beautiful hotel with my sister last weekend. We really enjoyed our time; everything was modern and clean. A great color and lighting concept was implemented throughout the hotel. The team is extremely friendly. The pool and sauna area are highly recommended. Parking is free in front of the door. Wi-Fi is free and good. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. A recommendation: the cucumber bread can be purchased to order and is baked by a bakery exclusively for the hotel. Unfortunately, we didn't have dinner at the hotel because it was a sisters' weekend, and the restaurant closes at 8 p.m. We wanted to sit longer and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. We would love to come back.

Super cozy and clean. Friendly staff, good and plentiful breakfast. In the evenings, they only serve expensive a la carte food, not much choice; you'd better eat elsewhere. Otherwise, it's top-notch.

Very accommodating and flexible on the phone when booking, without using booking.com; booking directly was even an advantage. Traveling with a dog was no problem, with parking right outside. The hotel restaurant is good and excellent value for money. The pool and wellness area are well-maintained and fairly new, and the boat trip departs directly from the hotel, making it a pleasant experience even in winter! All in all, a lovely hotel, highly recommended! The staff, from reception to chambermaids, were all very friendly.

Super friendly staff. We used the accommodation for a stay at Tropical Island. Breakfast and dinner were fine. The rooms are large and spacious. Unfortunately, the holiday apartment no. 1 downstairs is too noisy if you have guests staying above you. You can hear every step and every movement of the other guests. It's a shame. Sleeping in was out of the question.

Very nice hotel, not that big. It's a bit winding in places, and you have to search for your room. But that's what makes it special. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to requests. The rooms are clean and modern. You can use the pool and sauna. You should, it's worth it. There's an elevator. The breakfast selection is very good and everything is fresh. The cucumber bread is especially recommended. Canoe trips are also offered on site. 👍

Simply great! We stayed here as a couple and again as a family 14 days later. It is a very attractive, modern hotel, everything is just right here! The staff is extremely friendly and always approachable for the guests, the entire ambience in and around the hotel is perfectly coordinated, the rooms are very attractive and comfortable, the breakfast and dinner: top, very nicely prepared, tastes very good (a thank you also to the kitchen !), we were also thrilled with the pool and sauna area... we can absolutely recommend the family-run hotel, not to mention the location! Right on the river, Berste, a great terrace (which can certainly be used in warmer seasons. So definitely visit the Stephanshof and see for yourself. A big compliment to the Stephan family, a lot of passion, commitment and investment has been put into this, together with us a great team. We wish you all the best, stay healthy and keep it up!!! A nice, small, cozy hotel with modern, comfortable rooms and an elevator! Location is great, right on the river. Nice friendly staff and great cuisine. Even now at Christmas time everything is lovingly and harmoniously decorated, so that you feel welcome as a guest. The new spa area with pool and sauna is very inviting, clean and well-kept - enough loungers to relax and unwind. As always, it was worth the trip! We wish the hotel many more nice, friendly guests and a good, successful start into the new year 2025!

Really great for a 3-star hotel. We have experienced a number of hotels recently and the price/performance ratio here is unbeatable. Everything is in new condition and the rooms are also very clean and modern, timelessly furnished. The wall decoration with beautiful Spreewald pictures is also very inviting. The pool area was also clean and attractive. For breakfast there is everything your heart desires, plus regional specialties such as cucumber bread, linseed oil and various pickled cucumbers. Free parking right in front of the door and the center of Lübben is about a 10-minute walk away. We also visited the restaurant in the evening. The service is very friendly, the selection allows everyone to find something and the portions are impressive. We felt very comfortable. Thank you for the lovely break at Stephanshof:)

A really nice hotel with friendly people in service. There is a fairly new sauna and pool area which is nicely designed and the pool is a decent size. We found the breakfast and food in the restaurant excellent. Emphasis is placed on regional products and there is hardly anything packaged. The boat trip offered was very entertaining. It is quite close to the city center, but despite being close to a school it is very quiet. We'd love to come back.

A pearl of a hotel located directly on the Spree tributary Berste. Nice, very clean rooms. Very friendly service and good cuisine in the hotel restaurant. There is a kayak rental at the hotel; you can start a kayak tour through the Spree waters directly at the hotel. You can also rent bicycles at the hotel. The evening guided boat trip, which also starts at the hotel, is also wonderful and very informative.

Very nice little hotel in a very good location

A very nice hotel located directly on a small tributary of the Spree. We had a 2-day break here and experienced a wonderful boat trip directly from the hotel (at 10.30 a.m. if there were enough hotel guests), past idyllic gardens and wild forests, ideal for really unwinding. The rooms are very elegantly furnished, the bathroom is modern and spacious. We were able to enjoy dinner (catfish and zander) on the terrace with a view of the river. The staff is very accommodating. After telephone consultation (we couldn't arrive until 6 p.m. due to a traffic jam on the motorway), our room key was finally left in a key safe. Since we had to check out very soon on Sunday, we were allowed to use the swimming pool after consultation, even though it doesn't actually open until 9 a.m. We felt completely comfortable.

Quite a chic hotel. Rooms spacious and of a good standard. Pool and sauna are very nice. The restaurant is also recommended. The hotel also offers boat trips and kayak rentals. The target group is probably more like 50+, but that may apply to the entire region.

We reserved 3 canoes by phone. Or I called and asked if anyone would be happy. Was there 20 minutes later. The people in service, reception and boat distribution are extremely nice. Can't complain!!!

Parked the paddle boat at the jetty and had a delicious meal straight away. Food was very tasty and filling. Service was premium. I can only recommend it!

The hotel offers everything you need! Nice rooms with minibar, delicious breakfast, bike, canoe, boat trips for rent and a very central location to the small old town. Swimming pool, sauna for bad weather. Very good restaurant right on the water and super friendly staff!!! The only thing that could be improved here is the lack of sockets in the bike shed. Then it would be even more convenient.

The hotel is highly recommended! Rooms spacious, modern and very clean! Unfortunately we were forced to stay for two days because otherwise we wouldn't have been able to get accommodation (we were on a big bike tour). The "reward" for this: On the second evening (Sundays in the high season and Brandenburg holiday season) the hotel's own restaurant was closed (because of wealth???)! Our booked boat tour from the hotel's own harbor was canceled shortly before departure due to a lack of participation. That is not how it works!

The food in the hotel was of high quality and tasted very good! Service is taken very seriously in this hotel, leaving nothing to be desired! Cozy modern house with a nice ambience

We were guests of the house with 10 people for 3 days in May and can only say thank you. We wish the hotel that they continue on this path.

No elevator at night and men parking inconsiderately from SUVs with protruding bike racks...

Wir waren im Winter eine Nacht in diesem Hotel und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer und das Hotel im Allgemeinen sehr sauber und das Frühstück vielfältig und frisch. Wir haben das Hotel hauptsächlich ausgewählt, weil wir etwas mit Wellnessbereich gesucht haben und haben diesen auch ausgiebig genutzt. Er war während unseres Aufenthaltes von 14-21 Uhr nutzbar, verfügte über einen Pool mit Massagedüsen, Liegen im Poolbereich, zwei Saunen, Duschen und einem Ruheraum. Wasser stand ebenfalls kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das Hotel hat ein eigenes Restaurant, in welchem wir Frühstück vom Buffett bekamen. Abendessen war in unserer Buchung nicht enthalten, jedoch haben wir trotzdem da gegessen und es nicht bereut. Sowohl Qualität, als auch Geschmack waren hervorragend.

Meine Freundin und ich haben zwei Tage im schönen Spreewaldhotel Stephanshof verbracht. Das Zimmer war modern und sauber, das Frühstück sehr gut mit einer großen Auswahl. Abends haben wir im Restaurant sehr gut gegessen. Außerdem hat das Hotel noch einen kleinen aber feinen Wellnessbereich mit zwei Saunen und einem Pool. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und ich würde sofort wieder dort übernachten. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel. Die Dusche sowie das gesamte Bad, waren so sauber, wie man das echt selten in Hotels hat. Das Frühstück war üppig und sehr lecker. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen

Wir hatten ganz spontan Freitag Abend noch gebucht weil wir noch Reiseguthaben bei einem Anbieter hatten. Wir waren sehe positiv überrascht, das Zimmer ist richtig modern eingerichtet, das Bad wirkte komplett neu. Und natürlich der Pool und die Sauna waren das Highlight. Auch die Küche ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder👍

Der Stephanshof liegt zentral,bis in den Stadtkern hat man nur ein paar Minuten zu gehen.Das Hotel hat super freundliches Personal,wunderschöne Zimmer und eine wundervolle Küche. Im Sommer auf der Terrasse sitzen ist ein Traum 🥰.Macht weiter so und bis zum nächsten Mal.

Wir haben einen Kurzurlaub über Silvester im Hotel verbracht und waren total begeistert. Das Personal sehr freundlich und umsichtig, ein großes Lob an die gesamte Belegschaft. Auf Wünsche bzgl. Essen (Unverträglichkeiten) wurde sofort reagiert und auch schmackhaft serviert. Das Essen zum Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet war immer ausreichend, frisch und sehr lecker. Das Silvesterprogramm war super, keine große Party (was wir auch wollten) sondern ganz gemütlich ins Neue Jahr rüber rutschen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schon vom telefonischen Kontakt mit dem Hotel hatte ich ein sehr gutes Gefühl Dort angekommen.....toller Empfang an der Rezeption und das Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die ganze Anlage ist top gepflegt Ein Arrangement über Silvester war unser Anlass einfach nur überwältigend ! Bis ins Detail wurde diese Veranstaltung geplant und durchgeführt. Ein sehr angagiertes Team von dem Hotel hat alles umgesetzt, war für jeden Gast ansprechbar und man hatte das Gefühl es ist eine Feier innerhalb einer großen Familie Vielen Dank dafür

Wow, so ein tolles Hotel. Ganz kurzfristig haben wir noch etwas über Silvester gesucht. Ein Glücksfall, ein Pärchen hat storniert und wir haben "zugeschlagen" und es nicht bereut. Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer, ein gut ausgestattetes Bad. Zentral und dennoch nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen, ideal für einen Rundgang durch die Altstadt. Wir hatten ein Silvester Arrangement, 2 bzw. 3 Übernachtungen mit Frühstück und abends Buffet gebucht. Einfach genial, ein ganz großes Lob an die Küche und die Damen vom Service. Die Auswahl der warm/ kalten Speisen und der Geschmack, besser geht's kaum. Am 31. dann nach dem Frühstück, Glühwein auf der Terrasse und auf zur 2 stündigen geführten Wanderung, mit viel Wissenswertem und nicht wenig spaßigen Sagen rund um Lübben. Wieder zurück im Hotel gab's deftige Erbsensuppe mit verschiedenen Würstchen. Ab 19:00 Uhr konnten wir unsere Plätze im sehr geschmackvoll und festlich ausgestattetem Restaurant einnehmen. Wieder ein ganz tolles Buffet, später dann die Silvester Veranstaltung am Brandenburger Tor auf der großen Leinwand, eine Fotobox und diverse Spiele zum Zeitvertreib bis zum Countdown. Kurz vorher, nicht zu vergessen, Kaffee und verschiedene Pfannkuchen. Wer hier einkehrt macht nichts falsch. Ab Januar dann auch mit tollem Spa Bereich. Ganz vielen Dank an das ganze Team vom Stephanshof für die super Zeit, die wir hier verleben durften.

Wer das Spreewald Flair entdecken möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben und hat einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Rad-, Kahn- und Paddeltouren, Wanderungen sowie einen Besuch in die nahe gelegene Ortsmitte. Das freundliche Personal und die gute Restaurantküche lädt nicht nur bei Regenwetter zum Verweilen ein. Wunderschöne Spreewaldbilder zieren nicht nur die modern ausgestatteten Zimmer, sondern geben dem gesamten Haus eine besondere Note.

Wir waren zwar nur zum Abendessen, aber wir waren angenehm überrascht. Wir wollten für 9 Personen einen Tisch reservieren, haben vergeblich gesucht, auch zuerst hier im Stephanshof. Bekamen dann aber ca. 20 min später einen Rückruf und dann wurde es doch noch möglich gemacht. Fazit: Essen hervorragend, toller Service. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wir waren nicht direkt im Hotel aber zum Kahn fahren und ganz ehrlich, es war mega.. Der Kahnfahrer super sympathisch. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Tour.. 👍👍

Ein tolles Hotel mit eigenem Kahnanleger.

Wir waren nur kurz auf der Toilette und anschließend haben wir eine 3 Stündig Kahnfahrt gemacht zum Geburtstag von mir selbst

Fast zentral gelegenes kleines Hotel, gegenüber vom Gymnasium aber direkt an der Spree und trotzdem urgemütlich. Wenn man auf die schöne Terrasse geht, ist vom Alltagsstress kaum etwas zu hören. Du wirst super freundlich empfangen, vom lieben Service wirst du verwöhnt, einfach mal gut gehen lassen. Daumen hoch und empfehlenswert.

Wir haben hier zu Abend gegessen und waren glücklich über diese Wahl. Ausgezeichneter Service, sehr gute und vor allem reichhaltige Speisen. Man sitzt gemütlich auf der Terrasse und kann den vorbeifahrenden Kähnen zusehen. Von Mücken und anderem Getier weit und breit keine Spur, obwohl man das eigentlich bei der Lage hätte erwarten müssen, Für uns umso besser. Reservierung würden wir dringend empfehlen.

Man kann schön auf der Terrasse sitzen und den Kuchen genießen. Große Portion und lecker.

Ein sehr schönes, ruhiges und doch fußläufig zentral gelegenes Hotel. Leider wurden wir bei unserer Ankunft und dann auch bei der Abreise von der Dame an der Rezeption nicht besonders freundlich, sondern eher kühl und reserviert, fast schon unfreundlich behandelt. Parkplätze gibt es einige wenige direkt am Hotel und weitere auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber, mit Balkon und Gartenblick, allerdings etwas hellhörig. Das Frühstück war lecker, abwechslungsreich und wurde ständig nachgefüllt. Besonderer Dank auch dem überaus freundlichen und netten Personal des Frühstücksraumes, dass uns Frühaufstehern lange vor der Zeit einen Kaffee machte. Das Frühstück selbst nahmen wir auf der wunderschönen Terrasse mit Kanalblick ein. Als ein Manko empfanden wir, als beide 50% Schwerbehinderte, dass uns gesagt wurde, dass der außen angebaute Aufzug von 22-6 Uhr aus Sicherheitsgründen außer Betrieb genommen wird. Ansonsten haben wir uns aber auf unserer Durchreise hier sehr wohl gefühlt und werden das Hotel gerne auch weiterempfehlen.

Es gibt viel weniger hoteleigene Parkplätze als Zimmer. Sind alle belegt, muss man schauen ob man in der Nähe etwas findet. Das ist vielleicht nicht immer einfach. Ab 20:30 Uhr ist kein Hotelpersonal mehr im Haus und es wird der Eingang abgeschlossen. Das Zimmer war ganz schön gestaltet, aber das Bad war klein und verwinkelt. In einem Doppelzimmer, sollten sich auch zwei Personen im Bad aufhalten können (meiner Meinung nach). Das Frühstück ist ohne Gleichen. Sehr toll. Viele regionale Lebensmittel. Der Aufenthalt hier war angenehm, das Personal war sehr freundlich.
