A thoroughly successful wedding anniversary evening ☺️ We visited the Klosterkeller for the first time the day before yesterday – for our second wedding anniversary – and were absolutely thrilled! The food was fantastic, the ambiance beautiful, and the hosts were simply warm and attentive. Our 1-year-old son was unfortunately a bit grumpy that evening, but the owners were so loving and attentive to him that we felt truly welcome. We especially loved it: He was served potatoes and pork fillet – and ate his entire plate clean. That says it all! Despite the great child-friendliness, we've decided: Next time, we'll probably come as a couple, so we can perhaps just enjoy the wonderful food in peace. 😉 My husband and I agreed – it was a very special evening in a special restaurant. The owners take time for their guests, have a listening ear and a warm word – you can really tell how much heart and soul goes into this place. We'll definitely be back! ☺️

I was a customer of this restaurant for a long time, but unfortunately after the change of ownership it went very bad. The food has clearly lost quality, especially the meat, which is often undercooked and therefore inedible. It is also overpriced - the price-performance ratio is no longer right at all. Another very unpleasant experience was that I saw an employee urinating on the advertising column next to the restaurant. Something like that is not possible and shows a lack of hygiene and disrespect for the guests. This was a new employee. I will definitely not eat here again and unfortunately I can no longer recommend the restaurant.

Due to the proximity to the holiday apartment, I decided to pick up the pizza I ordered in order to save a few euros thanks to a current promotion. When you order you get an approximate time when the pizza will be ready, in my case I was called again about 10 minutes earlier with the information that I could pick up my pizza in about 10 minutes. When I arrived at the store I didn't have to wait long and I had my pizza in my hands. So I quickly went back to the apartment to enjoy the pizza while it was still hot. All I can say about the pizza itself was that it had plenty of toppings and was really delicious. The price-performance ratio here is also really great. I would have expected a significantly higher price level for a city like Cottbus. I only have to make a few compromises when it comes to the ambience in the store itself, there are just a few tables in an otherwise very bare room, you can tell that the focus here is clearly on the delivery service.

5 stars – A real discovery! Although I haven't been there in person yet, I ordered food for the first time today - and I'm absolutely thrilled! I had a Viennese-style schnitzel with fried potatoes and what can I say: It wasn't a run-of-the-mill schnitzel, but a real Viennese schnitzel, the way you want it! The breading is golden and crispy, the meat is tender and perfectly fried. Plus the fried potatoes - with bacon and onions, wonderfully hearty and really well fried, not just warmed up in the pan. 1A! The portion was generous, the food arrived hot and I was immediately impressed by the taste. From now on it's my first stop when I'm in the mood for good, honest German cuisine - and all at absolutely fair prices! I will definitely order here more often - and as soon as time allows, I will come over in person with my family. The rating will then be added again. By the way, you can easily order via Lieferando or Uber Eats - or directly by calling if capacity allows. The delivery was quick and smooth. We used to regularly order food from this restaurant and were always very satisfied. The delivery was on time, the food was delicious and fresh - there was never any reason to complain. That's why this time we decided to visit the restaurant in person, especially because the interior looked very nice in the pictures - with an aquarium and stylish furnishings. But what a disappointment awaited us there! The food we were served at the restaurant wasn't just yesterday's food - it tasted like it had been prepared two or three days ago. The alcoholic cocktails were completely spoiled - something in them had definitely gone sour, and the fruits in them were so dried out, as if they had been sitting on a table somewhere for a week and you had simply forgotten about them. The non-alcoholic cocktails were just as bad. In short: an absolute disaster. If you want to visit this restaurant because of the beautiful interior - people, don't do that to yourself! Definitely don't go there. It was just terrible. Never again!

The toilet lacks the standard components, e.g. no soap. The restaurant, especially the salad bar, does not meet the hygienic standards of a restaurant.

DANGER!!!! Everything goes well during the handover and the staff is friendly and points out all the accessible areas. In addition, it is pointed out that all accessible areas can be used and all objects can be used. When we greeted us for acceptance, we were inexplicably met with an icy cold. The inspection was carried out in a very brisk and arrogant tone and in the end we had to pay an additional €40 for the final cleaning, which already amounted to €50, because we took tablecloths (reference to the first paragraph: freely accessible items used) that now had to be cleaned!!!! After a short discussion, we were threatened that we would not be allowed to leave the premises until we paid. A day later we were advised by phone to bring an additional €10 in cash to the venue. An absolute disgrace!!! NO RECOMMENDATION

A very cozy lounge with super friendly staff and delicious cocktails. The perfect place to end the evening after a visit to the theater!

Moderate experience for the following reasons: - Quality of the food was below average - portions small; Bad value for money - Our request to fry a potato rosti (which was too soft on the inside) was rejected (...then it would be black...), no customer orientation - Toilets currently closed, Dixie in the yard instead. Unfortunately, you only find out about this on site and not when you make your reservation. - Cash only All in all, not a recommendation from us.
