I've been coming here regularly for over a year and I'm always impressed! The food – whether pizza, pasta or salad – is super tasty and fresh. It's also the only shop in Pfaffenhofen that offers gluten-free pizza for delivery! The staff is friendly and although the store isn't huge, the cozy atmosphere creates a great atmosphere. Waiting times are understandable on busy evenings, but the team always remains friendly and the quality is top. If you don't feel like waiting, you can simply enjoy the food on site or pick it up - highly recommended!

We really enjoy coming to Amici. The food is fabulous 👌🏼. The service is always great and courteous. In this atmosphere you can simply relax from everyday life and enjoy your time. Our favorite food is the pasta with cream sauce and ham 🤤 Everything is fine 👏🏼🫶🏼

Delicious food, good drinks and friendly service. Update: Even after four years and a change in management, nothing has changed and you still get delicious food with friendly service. Just be careful, if you order tap water, you might also get a light wheat. ;)

In summer or when the weather is nice, there are tables and chairs in front of the hotel with parasols. Young ladies serving are very friendly and quick.

Unexpected, authentic ambience in the commercial area. If you walk, you won't believe there is a restaurant there. Inside you hardly notice anything of the surrounding commercial area. We were served quickly and attentively despite the restaurant becoming increasingly full. The food was solid. The pizza is discreetly topped with fresh ingredients and is therefore not too heavy on the stomach. You can still get a little out of it in terms of taste. Still happy again.

Very nice restaurant, we sat on the terrace and unfortunately I can't say anything about the inner dining room. Food was very tasty and freshly prepared. Clear recommendations 👍👍👍. Service very nice and accommodating. We'd love to come back again.

Restaurant almost empty, all tables reserved, we had to leave. It wasn't even asked or checked whether the time in between wasn't enough, apparently not necessary because of the wealth!👎

Always delicious food, cozy atmosphere and good service. Another big plus: open WiFi - this was particularly important when I had no access at home due to disruptions and had to take part in an important seminar. I tried all the cafes in the area and this was the only cafe with access available.Thank you!

The food, service and ambience are all either very good or very bad depending on the day and mood. I think that has a lot to do with the boss's attitude and leadership style. If you read reviews here you'll see exactly the same thing. He either answers nice and friendly or arrogant and authoritarian. Sometimes you feel like someone who considers himself a dear God. Anyone who likes Zlatan Ibrahomovic style will get along very well with the boss. Anyone who wants a bit of polite and respectful treatment at eye level should avoid the store. Because things are treated differently here at every time and for every person. Food is sometimes better, sometimes worse. Unfortunately I can't recommend pizzas even though I've tried many here. Selected by chef, made with my instructions, selected from menu. Just not my taste. In August 2023, a few girls came to the store to eat and one of them had a pizza box from somewhere else in her hand and went in with it, hiding the pizza behind her. Others ordered food here and then all ate here together. I thought that was so great because it says a lot about pizzas here. Either you like it or you don't. But big compliments to the boss for allowing others to bring food to him and being able to eat it 🔝👌🤩 Personally, I always feel a little off when it comes to pizza, even though it's often made with a lot of love. But more often the head chef should listen to what the customer wants and order and not do what he wants and how he wants. Customers know what they are willing to pay and eat. Chef is there to cook. Point. Self-reflection would bring many improvements to this company as the chef can already cook very well. If he wants!!! I can recommend salad and dressings. The chef makes the best dressings I have ever tried. Viennese is very tasty. Fries and cheeseburgers depending on your order. Unfortunately, I can't recommend fried rub, even though the meat is first class, and selected sauce doesn't go well with it. Tiramisu, chocolate suffle, ice cream everything tastes good and is served either very well or very badly. The store has changed a lot in terms of its decorative appearance from the start to today and great praise for that. But cleanliness was never a strong point of this company. It's always messy and dirty there for a restaurant and European level. Therefore, it is better to decide in which direction you want to go. Self-collection snack bar or restaurant with service that comes to the customer himself. They still have to work a lot on that. Guest room, toilet, kitchen all questionably cleaned for a restaurant. There is a lot of potential for improvement here. Although approved by controls, as the owner writes in reviews. But how often does the exam come without registration, i.e. spontaneously??? Staff is always better, with bad exceptions. Environmental protection and sustainability are unknown words for this store. Portions too big, too much plastic from dishes to shop decorations in the interior and exterior. Far too many cars, even more pollution. But there is an option to pick it up yourself which is very good. I didn't like dealing with employees and bosses. Employees are the heart of a store, the boss is the head. One without another doesn't work if there is no mutual respect. And the boss often yells at employees. He can be nice too, but again depending on the day. Exactly the same when dealing with kids. Sometimes he's sweet, sometimes he yells at kids, all in front of the customer. This is simply a NO GO for every company!! It just can't happen. Towards no one. There is still a lot of work to be done on this. But Laden is on the right track. Every year is a bit better in many areas. Prices are fair and very good by German standards. People with average incomes in Germany can afford good food here and I think that's great! Hopefully all employees are paid fairly. And not only boss 🍾🥂 can afford it. Germany's economy is so strong & stable because of good conditions for everyone. And it should stay that way!

Waiter extremely unfriendly. Tease us why there are only 10 people instead of 13 people. We explained to him that 3 more people were sick. This didn't interest him at all. His argument was that he was doing less business, even though there were only 3 tables occupied in the restaurant. The dessert also took 45 minutes until we got it. Unfortunately, this was not the only incident. Unfortunately, you are not welcome if only one of three people eats something and the others just want to order something to drink. I haven't been treated so badly in a long time. For me it was definitely the last visit to this restaurant.
