Mein Lieblingsrestaurant in Pfaffenhofen, vor allem auch als Veganerin sehr gut. Die Karte ist gut strukturiert und das Personal klärt Rückfragen und ist sehr freundlich.

Super nett und fantastisch Burger

Das wichtigste zuerst: es war wieder toll! Lecker Essen, gute Qualität, freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung und tolles Ambiente. Bitte weiter so.

Außen rustikal, innen modern wir waren sehr Überrascht. Wir hatten leckere Burger und Bowls und eine super Bedienung.

Wir haben diese Location ausgewählt, da auf der Karte glutenfreie Alternativen angeboten wurden. Als wir kamen wurde wir sehr freundlich empfangen und darauf hingewiesen, dass die Küche in 5min. schließt. War aber kein Problem wir konnten trotzdem noch problemlos unser Essen bestellen. Der Service war sehr schnell und kannte sich sehr gut mit Zöliakie aus. Ich konnte einen glutenfreien Burger bestellen und mir wurde eine separate Zubereitung angeboten, um jeglicher Kreuzkontamination vorzubeugen. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker! Die Plätze auf der Terrasse waren ruhig und wir konnten gemütlich die Frühlingssonne genießen :)

Ich bin wirklich begeistert, weil man hier einen Zöliakie geeigneten richtig glutenfreien Bürger essen kann. Der Kellner kannte sich wirklich gut aus hat mehrmals nachgefragt ob es richtige Zöliakie ist und wie stark man reagiert, damit er in der Küche bescheid geben kann, dass extra geputzt wird und Handschuhe angezogen werden. Als Beilage kann man Salat essen, da die Pommes mit sämtlichem glutenhaltigem frittiert werden. Das wurde natürlich auch erwähnt 👌🏻. Ich kann nur ein großes Lob aussprechen und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

An einem schönen, sonnigen Tag ist es ein Traum, und es gibt eine große Auswahl an Speisen, die alle köstlich schmecken.

Das Salverbräu in Pfaffenhofen ist definitiv einen Besuch wert! Besonders empfehlenswert ist es, vorab zu reservieren, da es oft gut besucht ist. Das Essen überzeugt durchweg mit sehr gutem Geschmack und einer tollen Qualität, und das zu absolut fairen Preisen. Auch der Service ist hervorzuheben; freundlich, aufmerksam und angenehm locker. Insgesamt eine super Kombination aus gutem Essen, fairer Preis-Leistung und netter Atmosphäre.

Super cooles, modernes Ambiente in historischem Gebäude inklusive lauschigem Hinterhof! Man wird sehr freundlich bedient und isst hervorragend! Die Burger, die Steaks bzw die Schnitzel sind echt lecker, die Pommes sehr knusprig und auch das Bier schmeckt top! Reservierung meistens nötig ! Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Richtig schönes Wirtshaus mit leckerem Essen, glutenfreien Burgern und aufmerksamem jungen Team. Besonders gut hat mir gefallen, dass nach dem Bestellen des glutenfreien Burgers der Kellner sehr fachmännisch nachgefragt hat, wie schwer die Weizenallergie oder Weizenunverträglichkeit ist und hat angeboten, dass die Arbeitsbereiche und der Grill ein mal komplett gereinigt werden, bevor der glutenfreie Burger zubereitet wird. Auch nach dem bestellen von Pommes als Beilage wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass in der Fritteuse auch weizenhaltige Chicken Nuggets frittiert werden. Das alles spricht für sehr professionelle Kenntnisse zum Thema Lebensmittelallergien und ist in der Gastro eher selten anzutreffen.

Das Salverbräu ist definitiv einer der besten Orte in Pfaffenhofen, wenn man gutes Essen in entspannter Atmosphäre genießen will. Bayerische Herzlichkeit trifft hier auf kreative, moderne Küche. Die Burger sind wirklich top – besonders der „California Burger“ mit Avocado-Dip ist ein echter Genuss. Auch Klassiker wie das Cordon Bleu oder das Salver-Pfandl überzeugen mit Qualität und Geschmack. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf frische, regionale Zutaten gelegt wird. Das Ambiente ist charmant und gemütlich, der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein Lokal, in das man gerne wiederkommt – zum Essen, Trinken und Wohlfühlen.

Wenn wir in Pfaffenhofen sind dann geht für uns kein Weg am Salverbräu vorbei :) Mega leckeres Essen (selbst die Pommes sind einzigartig - so leckere bekommt man nirgends) mit wechselnder saisonaler Karte, super freundlicher Service und eine sehr einladende, moderne Einrichtung.

Sehr kompetenter Kellner, leckeres Essen und Wohlfühlambiente! Wir kommen gerne, aber oft ist alles ausreserviert ;)

The food was once again very good. We drove up spontaneously this time and got the last table in the beer garden. It's best to call ahead (especially in winter). Service was okay. Card payments are also accepted.

We celebrated our wedding here. The manager and staff were incredibly helpful and communicated well with us. Everyone was really nice, and we had a fantastic time. I highly recommend it!

We celebrated a wedding with 25 people. We've eaten at Salverbräu several times, and this time, too, everything was simply perfect! A young chef, young and super-friendly staff. Every dish we ordered was first-class, and the modern menu was a huge hit. We had the courtyard to ourselves and could have moved indoors to a separate room in case of bad weather or after 10 p.m. We were allowed to bring cake, there was no cover charge as is often the case, and the restaurant opened early especially for us. We were able to accommodate all our requests, and the process was very professional and straightforward. We couldn't have found a better location! Thank you for this wonderful day.

Absolute favorite restaurant! Great service & delicious food! Recommended for dinner or just a few drinks, but also for lunch with its weekly changing lunch menu. Also very suitable for events, celebrations, and private parties – for example, we even celebrated our civil wedding here! The chef in particular puts in an incredible amount of effort and caters to individual requests, especially for events – just as you would wish! 100% recommendation!

I invited my family here for a birthday party and was completely satisfied! Reservations are recommended, as the dining room is quite small. The team is young but super friendly and very efficient. The food is very good and plentiful, and there are good daily and monthly specials. The rooms are modern and clean, and the restrooms, in particular, are very well equipped. They have high chairs and a small children's menu.

Salverbräu is definitely one of the best places in Pfaffenhofen if you want to enjoy good food in a relaxed atmosphere. Bavarian warmth meets creative, modern cuisine here. The burgers are really great - especially the “California Burger” with avocado dip is a real treat. Classics like the Cordon Bleu or the Salver-Pfandl also impress with their quality and taste. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on fresh, regional ingredients here. The ambience is charming and cozy, the service friendly and attentive. A place you'll want to come back to - to eat, drink and feel good.

Valentin Special was a failure! The dessert tasted good, the starter and main course were too special, too little and tasteless! Way too expensive! Those responsible received good money for little performance! Restaurant was quickly empty after dinner! That says a lot!

Last summer I was allowed to accompany a small wedding party in Salverbräu as a photographer. A recommended and cozy location and the service staff was very friendly and accommodating. Gladly again sometime!

Delicious food, good drinks and friendly service. Update: Even after four years and a change in management, nothing has changed and you still get delicious food with friendly service. Just be careful, if you order tap water, you might also get a light wheat. ;)

We used to love coming for lunch, great food and quick service! Unfortunately, since the change of ownership, we have noticed that the waiting times are far too long for a lunch menu and the portion size is borderline... Of course you can argue that for 9.90 euros including a side salad, what big can you expect - but there still has to be a realistic chance of getting full. Then it's better to take 2-3 euros more and offer the old portion sizes again. When the complaint was made to the waiter, the response was absolutely professional! Cheers! Maybe you can use the feedback as an opportunity to change something! We would like it! Nevertheless, continued success!!!! 🍀

We had dinner at Salver again today. The service is very friendly and the food is a dream. As a starter we had three types of burgers and a Deja Vu Spritz. Main course schnitzel, vegan burgers and rösti. Large portions at a great price and very tasty!

Came spontaneously with a large group. The staff was very attentive and the food was simply great. From vegetarian to burgers to schnitzel, everyone was thrilled.

We found this place by using Google. Although we didn't make a reservation the friendly staff found us a nice place in the garden behind the restaurant. The service is great, the food is great and the beers as well. Besides a lot of meat options, they also have a rich choice of vegan dishes. We can highly recommend this place.

I order takeaway, I look at the menu and I notice that they can make burgers with gluten-free bread, I ask to make sure it's available and they tell me yes, in 30 minutes and ready, I arrive at 7.30pm and they tell me it will take another 20 minutes, no problem, it can happen that there is a few minutes of delay. The problem is that when I arrive they charge me and tell me they don't have gluten-free bread. I waited more than an hour and then they told me that they no longer had any bread. If you don't have it, say it straight away, don't make people wait more than an hour late. I will definitely not order from you again and will not recommend it. Not very professional

Both the German dishes and the burgers are absolutely worth trying as the quality is truly excellent. The ability to view the menu online is also excellent. The vegetarian/vegan food section is also well stocked. Prices slightly lower than average.

Service and location were really very good. When it comes to the schnitzel, the fries are particularly recommended; in my opinion, the schnitzel is a bit too thick. Price/performance is also good.
