The food, service and ambience are all either very good or very bad depending on the day and mood. I think that has a lot to do with the boss's attitude and leadership style. If you read reviews here you'll see exactly the same thing. He either answers nice and friendly or arrogant and authoritarian. Sometimes you feel like someone who considers himself a dear God. Anyone who likes Zlatan Ibrahomovic style will get along very well with the boss. Anyone who wants a bit of polite and respectful treatment at eye level should avoid the store. Because things are treated differently here at every time and for every person. Food is sometimes better, sometimes worse. Unfortunately I can't recommend pizzas even though I've tried many here. Selected by chef, made with my instructions, selected from menu. Just not my taste. In August 2023, a few girls came to the store to eat and one of them had a pizza box from somewhere else in her hand and went in with it, hiding the pizza behind her. Others ordered food here and then all ate here together. I thought that was so great because it says a lot about pizzas here. Either you like it or you don't. But big compliments to the boss for allowing others to bring food to him and being able to eat it 🔝👌🤩 Personally, I always feel a little off when it comes to pizza, even though it's often made with a lot of love. But more often the head chef should listen to what the customer wants and order and not do what he wants and how he wants. Customers know what they are willing to pay and eat. Chef is there to cook. Point. Self-reflection would bring many improvements to this company as the chef can already cook very well. If he wants!!! I can recommend salad and dressings. The chef makes the best dressings I have ever tried. Viennese is very tasty. Fries and cheeseburgers depending on your order. Unfortunately, I can't recommend fried rub, even though the meat is first class, and selected sauce doesn't go well with it. Tiramisu, chocolate suffle, ice cream everything tastes good and is served either very well or very badly. The store has changed a lot in terms of its decorative appearance from the start to today and great praise for that. But cleanliness was never a strong point of this company. It's always messy and dirty there for a restaurant and European level. Therefore, it is better to decide in which direction you want to go. Self-collection snack bar or restaurant with service that comes to the customer himself. They still have to work a lot on that. Guest room, toilet, kitchen all questionably cleaned for a restaurant. There is a lot of potential for improvement here. Although approved by controls, as the owner writes in reviews. But how often does the exam come without registration, i.e. spontaneously??? Staff is always better, with bad exceptions. Environmental protection and sustainability are unknown words for this store. Portions too big, too much plastic from dishes to shop decorations in the interior and exterior. Far too many cars, even more pollution. But there is an option to pick it up yourself which is very good. I didn't like dealing with employees and bosses. Employees are the heart of a store, the boss is the head. One without another doesn't work if there is no mutual respect. And the boss often yells at employees. He can be nice too, but again depending on the day. Exactly the same when dealing with kids. Sometimes he's sweet, sometimes he yells at kids, all in front of the customer. This is simply a NO GO for every company!! It just can't happen. Towards no one. There is still a lot of work to be done on this. But Laden is on the right track. Every year is a bit better in many areas. Prices are fair and very good by German standards. People with average incomes in Germany can afford good food here and I think that's great! Hopefully all employees are paid fairly. And not only boss 🍾🥂 can afford it. Germany's economy is so strong & stable because of good conditions for everyone. And it should stay that way!

After 90 minutes the order hadn't arrived and we were stupidly brushed off on the phone. According to the motto, if you no longer want the food, send it back.

We ordered food there and paid online straight away, had to wait twice as long as stated and the pizza still wasn't there, all of our calls were coldly rejected and ignored. Finally we had to go there in person and the boss said he had forgotten, after waiting another 20 minutes we got our mediocre pizza. Absolute disgrace, no recommendation from me. After the answer went down from two stars to one, how can you be so desperate and go through other reviews of mine to justify why the pizza and service are so bad and become insulting at the same time. If you have to be a regular customer to be able to order properly, then I feel very sorry for you.

Today I was very upset, and not because of the food, but because of the delivery time. The delivery time stated by Lieferando and the actual delivery were MILES apart. I ordered through Lieferando at 7:07 p.m., but the food didn't arrive until 9:30 p.m. I had previously tried to inquire over the phone, but of course I received no response. Yes, today was Sunday and I'm trying to understand that - especially since I only live about 400 meters from the restaurant. It's a real shame because the food tastes so good. I have ordered there several times. After this experience, I will be more careful in the future.

Yesterday I was in the restaurant with my dad, who is a chef himself, and we were thrilled. The pinsa and pizza really tasted great. We'll definitely be back!

I have ordered here several times and it has always been excellent, nothing has ever been forgotten and special requests have always been taken into account.

We wanted to give Amore another chance after several bad experiences regarding the waiting time, accessibility or the food delivered. But this time too we were bitterly disappointed. The order was placed at 6:10 p.m. via Lieferado, stated waiting time, 37 minutes. At 7:30 p.m. the food still wasn't there, so we decided to ask by phone...unfortunately no one answered the phone. Second attempt, this time via WhatsApp. An answer came relatively quickly, but unfortunately we were told that they had forgotten the order because there was so much going on. Another half hour later, at 8:15 p.m., the food arrived. Among other things, a Pinsa Amore was ordered. In this case, the mozzarella was not on the pinsa, but was still delivered packaged. When I asked why you had to put the mozzarella on it yourself, the answer was: "Otherwise it gets soggy too quickly." In our opinion, this argument is not entirely conclusive, as other restaurants also do it that way.

We ordered pizza and salad. We had to wait longer than expected, but it was worth it, the pizza was sensational, the salad came with two different sauces, both very tasty. The driver was very friendly and the conversation with the owner about the waiting time was not unpleasant and definitely service-oriented 🙂 If we're in Pfaffenhofen again, we'll be happy to order our pizza there again 👍🏻

Today is Sunday. I generally have respect for those who work on Sundays. Our delivery took “a little” longer, which made me a little sad. But, as I understand it, we got a simple free pizza as an excuse😭🌸. That was overly sweet. As always, the food was incredibly GREAT. It was worth the wait anyway. Thank you.

Order placed via Lieferando at 6:08 p.m., which was also confirmed with a delivery time of 59 minutes. The food was supposed to be on the way as of 7:08 p.m. Now at 8:19 p.m. there is still nothing there. No one answers the phone numbers provided. Understandably, we can't say anything about the quality of the food. All I can say is stay away from the store.

Pizza was mediocre and small. Restaurant responds arrogantly to all bad reviews, which in my opinion shows incompetence and incompetence in criticism. Pizza still hasn't been delivered after 3 hours, WhatsApp messages haven't been answered, and calls haven't been answered. We love Amore! The best pizzas and pinsas! No matter whether it's just fries, salad, pasta or burgers, we've always been satisfied! Since we live a little further away, we usually eat on site or take it to go, waiting times are completely fine. The. Children are always very happy when they say “Amore tonight?” 😋 P. S. The chocolate souffle is worth a sin, and on cold autumn and winter days the hot apple strudel is a little soul warmer ❤️

Ordered for 8 p.m., it was there at 8 p.m. Bacon Cheese Burger super tasty and juicy, bacon nice and crispy. Fries also very good. Everything is still nice and warm and fresh. Can definitely be recommended!

On June 24th, 2024 I ordered 4 pizzas online and paid via PayPal because I had guests over. When there was still no delivery some time after the stated delivery time, I asked via WhatsApp and found out that my order had been canceled just two minutes after placing the order without notifying me. Apparently the reason is because my son gave a legitimately bad review after a bad delivery experience. The instructed tip was immediately credited back to PayPal, and I am still waiting in vain for my money for the pizzas to this day. Logically I can't comment on the quality of the food and the ambience, but I can comment on the service, and it's subpar. My visit and I will not be ordering anything there again.

The simple restaurant offers a wide range of pizzas, pasta, burgers, salad dishes and more. I was very satisfied with my generously topped salmon pizza. The dough was great. The topping would be perfect with less salt. The homemade tiramisu was also tasty, although it was half frozen. To be kind, it wasn't charged, which I give the boss credit for. I will gladly come again. ❤️

I was always there directly to eat or picked it up myself. Never had any problems with the waiting time. The owner is super nice and very hard working. The pizzas have a great, traditional dough and taste great. The vegetarian celery schnitzel is also highly recommended. For the price, the store is unbeatable.

I don't understand the negative reviews, especially for self-collection. The pizzas and pinsas are excellent and the portions are also worth the money.

Super Pizzas, schnelle Lieferung, nettes Personal.... Ich bestelle nur noch bei denen....

Ich habe am Wochenende Pizza via App bestellt. Angegeben wurde die Zeit als ich gegen 20 Uhr bestellt habe mit 21:15. Ist zwar lange aber ich hab bestellt. Auf der Bestätigung stand kurz darauf schon Ankunft 21:55 also fast 2 Stunden später und bekommen habe ich mein Essen gegen 22:30. Was mich allerdings richtig geärgert hat war, dass die Pizzen laut Karte alle in 33cm angegeben sind. Geliefert wurden mir allerdings 28cm!!!! Wenigstens waren sie geschmacklich gut. Aber nach so langem Warten, dann noch zu kleine Pizzen zum normalen Preis finde ich schade...

Pizza zu trocken. Rand verbrannt. Hat kein Geschmack, Mangel an Gewürzen.

Ich bin seit dem ersten Tag Stammkunde und bin immer auf´s neue begeistert. Allerdings verstehe ich die Meckerei über die Lieferzeit nicht. Es gibt keinen Lieferservice in Pfaffenhofen der immer schnell liefert. Redet mit dem Inhaber von Amore. Ihr dürft sicherlich einen Tag dort alles koordinieren. Mal sehen ob ihr es besser macht.

Lecker und große Portionen. Haben schon öfters dort bestellt. Ab und zu kann es mal 15-30 min länger dauern, aber das Essen kam immer warm an 👍

An sich sind die Burger ganz gut aber unsere Soßen waren vergammelt, die Nuggets haben nach nichts geschmeckt und wahren trocken, die Mozzarella Sticks waren schlecht, die Pommes nicht knusprig und die Tische waren nicht mal Gewicht. Was auch ziemlich schlecht ist, ist der Service, da unser essen erst nach 20 min gebracht wurde. Die zwei Sterne gab es nur wegen den guten Bürgern.

Burger usw. hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt, hatte leider 20 min. verspätung und das Kartenlesegerät wurde vergessen, also musste ich zusätzlich nochmal ca. 10 min. warten, um bezahlen zu können.

Sehr leckeres Essen und sehr nette Angestellte sowas ist inzwischen sehr selten. Freue mich jedes mal bei euch zu essen :3

Wir haben schon oft bestellt und waren bis auf einmal immer sehr zufrieden. Und dieses eine Mal hat der Chef persönlich dafür gesorgt, dass wir zufrieden sind. Kann man nur empfehlen und es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas auf der Karte. Preis Leistung stimmt!

Momentan wohl der beste Lieferdienst in PAF. Einfache Onlinebestellung, Sonderwünsche werden berücksichtigt. Lieferung zur Primetime zwischen 1800 bis 2000 Uhr wirklich superschnell. Dauert keine halbe Stunde, andere brauchen wesentlich länger. Essen richtig heiß bei Anlieferung. Pizza braucht sich geschmacklich auch nicht zu verstecken. Bitte weiter so Amore Team!

Ich gebe jetzt vorerst mal 4 Sterne, weil ich bisher immer sehr zufrieden war. Ich hoffe, dass sich das heute nicht ändert. Hintergrund: Ich habe heute um 18:10 Uhr bestellt und zwar für 21 Uhr. Die Lieferung kam um 18:45 Uhr !!! Es wurde als die Lieferzeit nicht beachtet. Da ich das Essen nicht über 2 Stunden warm halten will, habe ich es zurückgehen lassen. Jetzt bin ich gespannt, was um 21 Uhr geliefert wird. Hoffen die wie üblich frische, heiße Ware ...

Grundsätzlich ist das Essen immer gut! Aber: wenn 60 min Wartezeit angekündigt werden hab ich die freie Wahl diese zu akzeptieren oder es zu lassen...nur wenn es dann nicht 60 min sind,sondern über 90 min für 2 Salate, ist es ärgerlich und dann kann auch gutes Essen das Ganze nicht ausgleichen! Fazit: entweder selbst abholen oder gar nicht erst bestellen....

Richtig lecker, Preis Leistung ist Baba! Mitarbeiter, Chef, Fahrer immer freundlich. Vegan option auch immer möglich. Perfekt für Schüler und auch Leute die nach dem Geroldsbad sich was gutes gönnen wollen. 10/10 Pommes 🍟

dort gibt es mit Abstand die besten BURGER In PAF Fleisch nicht zu dünn, schön saftig und mit der Burger Soße richtig lecker und dazu gibt es super knusprige Pommes auch empfehlen kann ich die PINSA Venetiana mit Zwiebeln, Oliven, Kapern, Kirschtomaten und Basilikum - SUPER lecker

Lieferzeit war bei uns immer super und wie bestellt: Pizza: 5/5 - beste Lieferpizza im Umkreis Burger: 4/5 Pasta: 1/5 - leider absolut nicht essbar. Es riecht und schmeckt leider wie schon einmal gegessen. Pizza und Burger sind super und gerne immer wieder, aber die Pasta ist alles andere als empfehleswert... und daher leider nur 3 Sterne, obwohl sonst eigentlich wirklich super.

Weit und breit der beste und auch schnellste Lieferferdienst Ganz gleich ob Pizza, Pasta, Burger, ect. Einfach nur gigantisch!
