Great restaurant!
The food is upscale, seasonal French-inspired cuisine.
We always enjoyed it very much. Price performance is top!
The staff is courteous, warm and always in a good mood.
The cakes were also great.
We are very, very sad that the brasserie has to close 😔.
The best pitas I've eaten!
Pita Souvlaki or as you can see in the picture, Pita Gyros is very tasty!
The owner is very nice and I like coming from Erlangen to eat a pita here😊
At first we thought we were lost, but then we went in and it was really worth it: super tasty manti, the pizza was crispy and richly topped, with a cool wheat dish.
The landlord was extremely friendly and attentive, and at the end there was even a schnapps on the house.
Gladly again!
Luna Rossa is not a restaurant, nor a bar; it is a point of encounter for the Italian community, open to the whole world. This unassuming spot in Nuremberg is a true embodiment of Italy at its best.
Upon entering, expect to be greeted by loud conversations and joy. The atmosphere is reminiscent of an Italian piazza, where men gather to share stories, laugh, and discuss the latest football matches. The big screen and the lively foosball table serve as the focal points around which the predominantly masculine clientele congregates. Luna Rossa is a manifesto of Italian culture, a fresco of life painted in the vibrant colors of the Italian spirit.
Here, you can enjoy a true Italian cappuccino or indulge in a classic Aperol Spritz, surrounded by the warmth and energy that defines Italian social life. The menu is a tribute to the comforting dishes found in Italian homes, typically offering a selection of two dishes daily. These offerings transport you to the heart of an Italian family kitchen, where simple ingredients are transformed into hearty, soul-satisfying meals. While the menu may be modest, it provides a delightful opportunity to savor the authentic flavors of Italy in a setting that feels like home.
Luna Rossa's charm lies not in fancy decor, but in its ability to capture the essence of Italy. It is a place where the Italian community comes together to share stories, laughter, and the simple pleasures of good food and great company.
If you find yourself in Nuremberg and crave a genuine Italian experience, Luna Rossa is the place to be. Immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere, enjoy the hearty flavors, and let yourself be transported to the heart of Italy, even if just for a moment.
We were visiting the clubhouse with a group, but unfortunately we felt very harassed by the other guests. The constant stares noticeably disturbed the atmosphere. You felt like a group of aliens.
The location itself is stylishly furnished and offers the opportunity to watch football. It felt like our group only ordered burgers, which took forever to be served. In terms of taste, they were okay – neither particularly good nor bad.
The staff was at least friendly and okay. Overall, an average experience, with the unpleasant atmosphere being particularly noticeable.
