Went here for the first time today with a voucher book and can only confirm that I found a very good location for a quick meal. They have been in this inconspicuous corner of the city center for 4 years. Very tasty bowls as your own kit. The advice was excellent from the two friendly guys. Definitely not the last time there. Price/performance is also right! There's even a Schanzenbräu beer 😋. Will also be interesting for many via Lieferando for home use. Good luck to the team!

The coffee and snacks here are really great. The cappuccino was carefully prepared and tasted fresh. The croissant I chose with it was perfect. The place is simple and pleasantly designed. The tables are generously arranged. The staff are quick and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant atmosphere

This evening we had dinner at Café Central for the first time and we really loved it! I had a bowl that you can put together yourself - great concept! The food was extremely tasty and the portion was generous. So great value for money. The ambience was also great: modern furnishings, pleasant atmosphere and really cool music in the background. The staff was also incredibly friendly and attentive. All in all, a clear recommendation – I’ll definitely be back.

I've tried many bowls, but this one really beats them all! The ingredients were incredibly fresh, perfectly balanced and created a taste explosion that is second to none. Every component, from the base to the vegetables to the toppings and sauces, was selected and prepared with attention to detail. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the ingredients – crunchy, aromatic and obviously freshly prepared. The composition was not only a visual highlight, but also perfectly coordinated in terms of taste. You can tell that there are professionals at work here who know what they are doing and have a passion for good food. The service was also excellent – ​​friendly, attentive and quick. The atmosphere at Central is inviting and modern, so you just feel comfortable. If you are looking for a bowl that will delight you in the long term, you have to come here. Honestly – it doesn’t get any better. 5 stars are actually not enough!

We were a little concerned that there were no menus in English, but the amazing guy behind the counter assured us that he would be our translator. He was so patient with us and we really appreciated it. We ordered two bowls for dine in and the food was fresh and delicious! This has been added to our list of restaurants to visit when in town.

Just right if you want to be healthy and full. You can put together the bowls yourself with a variety of ingredients. If you listen to the owners' tips, it tastes really good. Will definitely come here more often.

We went in on Wednesday evening and it was one of the best experiences at a restaurant in a long time! The persona was incredibly friendly and warm, we joked with each other the whole time and the food was awesome on another level! They make a lot of sauce (and you can even try the sauces for the bowls before you put them in the bowl) 10/10!!!!

Quick snack in the city center. It’s a pity that I was too hungry and didn’t read about the cafe format in the reviews. One dish!!! Rice. The filling is different. To your taste. For example, fish, vegetables, nuts. The fish was small pieces. And not enough (all that is visible in the photo is all the fish. There is no fish under the sauce). But they didn’t spare the sauce, because the rice was dry. I repeat. She was too hungry and therefore did not leave. But I don't recommend it. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. But the food... It's very much for everyone. Rice fast food. Perhaps the “non-fish” filling tastes better. I don't recommend it

The bowls were delicious and fresh, but what really stood out was the service. The staff here, specifically Benny, provided some of the friendliest and best service I’ve had in Europe. He patiently and happily walked us through the massive list of ingredient options. Dealing with tourists and foreigners all day has its challenges I’m sure, but these guys made us feel right at home!

From the telephone reservation to the warm and authentic welcome, the friendly service and the food... thoroughly recommended 😀 There were two of us there. For me it was the first time. Lovingly furnished with small details and clean throughout. You can experience the preparation live and make any requests for changes at short notice when the delicious dishes are being created. Great taste. Overall, highly recommended... Top location for all visitors to the city center and, since there are almost no waiting times thanks to the dedicated staff, it is also a top tip for those who decide at short notice 🤩

We came across this stylish location by chance! We liked the concept of putting together a bowl from a large selection of fresh and delicious ingredients. The two guys were super nice and gave us good advice. Our bowls were very tasty...we found the prices to be reasonable. Not unimportant to us: the toilets were very clean. Clear recommendation!!!!!

Lots of choice of toppings, I can especially recommend the seaweed. I can highly recommend it. We also got to try the sauces before they were put on the bowl.

I haven't received such great service in Germany for a long time!!! Very attentive and extremely friendly staff, who also respond to special requests! The food was delicious, the atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and not so loud thanks to the small niches (ideal for entertainment!), and the waiting time was short.

If you're in the mood for something fresh and healthy, Central is a must for everyone in the Nuremberg area. The employees are super friendly, competent and live this restaurant. Whether meat, fish or vegan, there is something for everyone. Everything is homemade and tastes fantastic! So: go to Central and have a delicious meal!

It was our first time there and we were warmly welcomed. We were able to choose at our leisure at the counter. Good selection for vegans too, there is something for everyone. Products are fresh and from regional suppliers. The next time we are in Nuremberg, we will come back to eat.

Best bowl I've ever eaten. Only fresh ingredients. Service deserves even more than just five stars. My wife was recently diagnosed with diabetes and even then the staff gave her competent advice on all the ingredients. I recommend it to everyone. I'm coming back from Forchheim myself.

I am more than happy to firmly declare, this was by far the best bowl of salad I’ve ever had!!! I tried many salad bars travelling around the world but this one was the most perfect because of several reasons. 1. Every ingredient is super fresh (I am usually not a fan of chicken teriyaki but here even that was super amazing) 2. They have a huge variety of salads, toppings and sauces and you can add as many as you wish as extra besides the number of items you can select for the regular bowl. You can also combine different sauces. 3. All the guys working here are very friendly and they are patient with you when you are trying to put together your selection and they are more than happy to help you choose or let you try the sauces for example. The ice teas are really delicious and refreshing too, we had the peach and the blueberry ones and they were great. 4. The place has a lovely interior design, it’s spacious and clean. 5. I cannot wait to come back here next time I’ll visit Nurnberg!! I live in London and I wish we had something similar there but nothing comes even close. I could eat a fresh bowl of salad here for lunch daily!
