Due to the traffic jam, we arrived at the full restaurant with a small window of 1 hour to eat. A nice employee recognized this immediately and, in immediate coordination with the kitchen and the friendly boss, promised that we would be served without waiting and that we would be ready on time. Where is that available? From that moment on we had exclusive service with the best food! We were able to enjoy a delicious meal without any stress and attend our follow-up appointment without having to wait. We couldn't have had a better stay! That was an example of optimal customer orientation!
