Room as good as new, bathroom a little older but functional and clean. Unfortunately, the room was very noisy due to the fireplace/chimney that runs in the wall of the house and was noticed by the loud humming in the room. Breakfast absolutely fine. The food in the restaurant was excellent and definitely recommended. Staff always friendly and helpful. Will come again and try another room.

After all the press reports about the reservation fee, I have to say that the owner, among other things, points out the disposition of goods. Unfortunately, not everything on the daily menu was available. What a shame! Especially since the restaurant wasn't even half full. So much for the rationale/justification of this unusual fee. By the way, the garden ambience is pretty dreary and loveless. The friendliness of the service staff does not meet my expectations in this “restaurant category”.

Lovingly cooked regional cuisine in a cozy atmosphere, no matter what time of year. The Christmas menu today was a complete success, the deer was on point, the perfect side dishes, crisp lamb's lettuce, great desserts. Extremely friendly service. We'd love to come back.

Very tasty food (pork loin wrapped in bacon and rump steak with chanterelles), friendly team, clean tables and great atmosphere. Gladly again!
