Great food and service! All fish and homemade. For vegetarians, during my visit, there was Schuttertal organic goat's cheese in a crispy coating, fried on sautéed mushrooms, seasonal vegetables & homemade gnocchi, herb sauce, a salad, and, if desired, a vegetable soup. A vegan starter, main course, and dessert would also be great. I assume if I had asked, they would have offered me something.

Dear Team, My visit to your restaurant was memorable in many ways – unfortunately, not only in a positive sense. First of all, I would like to emphasize that your employees do an outstanding job: friendly, attentive, and professional. They make guests feel welcome and deserve recognition for that. It was all the more shocking for me to witness how the manager treated these people during normal business hours. In a tone that was simply disrespectful – loud, brusque, and devaluing. And openly, in front of the guests. This behavior was not only unpleasant to observe, but noticeably poisoned the entire atmosphere in the restaurant. I seriously wonder how such a working environment can be sustainable in the long term. Good employees don't grow on trees – and if you treat them like this, you'll lose them sooner or later. A manager shouldn't spread fear, but motivate, encourage, and treat people with dignity. I'm not writing to you out of anger, but because I find it sad how much the manager's behavior is damaging the potential of your restaurant. It's not the kitchen, nor the service—it's the attitude at the top. Please take this feedback seriously. No one—neither guest nor employee—wants to witness this kind of leadership. Super friendly staff. We came spontaneously based on a recommendation, but were immediately warmly welcomed and served promptly. (Despite the full house) The food was super delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. We highly recommend it and have already tried it 😉

A fantastic place – hotel and restaurant in the best Black Forest location! I've wanted to go there for a long time, and today we spontaneously took the trip - and it was absolutely worth it. Even though there was a big event going on in the restaurant and the kitchen was supposed to close soon, we received a warm welcome. We were given a nice place in the shade and our order was taken in a relaxed manner - we felt really welcome, not like a burden just before closing time. The view of the Black Forest is magical, wild birds fly everywhere, and there is a great playground and meadow for children - perfect for nice photos too! The food was simply great - from the smallest salad to the dessert, everything was lovingly prepared and extremely tasty. We had fish and schnitzel – both at the highest level! The entire service team was attentive, friendly and incredibly professional - every wish was fulfilled immediately. Particularly worth mentioning: Everything is new, very clean and comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately not convincing, the food from the starter to the dessert not convincing, comes more from the 80s, the menu promises a lot but can't deliver much, the service is trying hard. The view and the surroundings are very beautiful

Absolutely recommended! We celebrated our child's baptism in this beautiful restaurant and were completely thrilled. The ambience is simply perfect – stylish, cozy and very inviting. The food was excellent and the service left nothing to be desired. The team is very attentive and responded to all of our wishes, which made the day a very special experience. What is particularly positive is that we were given an extra room for our celebration, the food for our child was lovingly warmed up and even served in its own bowl. The ability to have the cake delivered a day in advance was also extremely practical. The restaurant also offers many great extras: an outdoor playground, a games room and even a baby changing room. This is a huge relief for parents! Overnight accommodation is also available, making the restaurant an ideal place for family celebrations. We'll definitely be back! Abenov family

Difficult to experience more culinary delights within a radius of about 50 km. I was there for the first time as part of a Christmas party and it was a culinary delight. It wasn't the last meal 👍

It was our first time in the Almstüble. We received a very friendly welcome and had a nice table with a view. The menu selection is simply brilliant, everyone will find something. We have never had such friendly service in a restaurant👍👍👍 Everyone raved about the great food. A successful 75th birthday.

We were there for the New Year's Eve menu - the food was extremely tasty and the service was super friendly and attentive! The ambience is a cross-over of Black Forest cosiness and very funny, modern details! A real New Year's Eve fireworks display!

Ohne viele Worte zu verlieren, es war ein perfektes Mahl. Vorspeisen, Hauptgänge sowie Desserts vom saisonalen Menü waren einfach hervorragend. Dazu aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service, noch dazu mit Humor. Die Preise für das Gebotene absolut angemessen. Ich gebe Bewertungen nur bei Extremerlebnissen ab. Extrem schlecht oder wie in diesem Fall - extrem gut.

Waren schon mehrfach dort. Jedes Mal ein tolles Erlebnis. Leckeres Steak, feine Beilagen und Desserts. Waren zu Geburtstag eingeladen und auch zum Mittag- & Abendessen dort gewesen. Immer sehr gut und freundlich bedient worden. Ganz tolles Restaurant- jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Karte und das Ambiente sind ansprechend. Das Essen war von der Hauptspeise bis zur Nachspeise sehr lecker und schön angerichtet. Zudem war das Personal familienfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne im nächsten Urlaub wieder.

Wir waren ausschließlich als Restaurantgäste hier. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen war äußerst schmackhaft und mit frischen Zutaten angerichtet. Es gab hauptsächlich typisch badische Gerichte. Der etwas höhere Preis ist aufgrund der guten Qualität durchaus gerechtfertigt. Klare Empfehlung für einen besonderen Anlass😊!

Warum nur vier Sterne für das Essen? Ich wäre sofort bei fünf Sternen, wenn das Brot zum Essen besser wäre. Das habe ich auch vor Ort gesagt. Soße will vom Teller getunkt werden, wenn die Soße so lecker ist. Linsensalat, Rehmedaillons, Spätzle, knackiges Gemüse, ein leckeres Dessert, da schwärme ich noch davon. Die Gerichte meiner Tafelfreunde waren ebenfalls sehr lecker. Und irgendwann komme ich auch gerne wieder.

Hier erlebt man echte, gelebte Gastronomie! Angefangen beim wunderschönen Ambiente, über das supernette und aufmerksame Team bis hin zum Essen, das einen niederknien lässt, stimmt hier wirklich alles! Absolute Top-Empfehlung! Wir kommen garantiert wieder ♥️

Regionale Küche, Zubereitung in Perfektion und tolle Atmosphäre. Wir hatten einen tollen Abend mit leckerem Essen und super Service. Das 3-Gänge Menü war hervorragend, das Personal super aufmerksam und das Restaurant und die Lage sind super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Spargel war super lecker. Alles wurde auf Wunsch vegetarisch serviert. Der Spielplatz draußen war ein echtes Highlight für die Kinder.

Wir hatten nicht reserviert und trotzdem wurde eine Möglichkeit gefunden, dass wie einen Platz bekamen. Das Ambiente ist traumhaft und das Essen war vorzüglich. Alles sehr zu empfehlen.

Immer wieder lecker! Waren schon oft zu verschiedenen Anlässen in der "Alm". Jedes Mal hervorragendes Essen aus frischen, meist ortsnahen Zutaten und freundliche Bedienung, viele langjährige Mitarbeiterinnen. Jahreszeitlich wechselnde Menüs, badisch-traditionelle Portionsgrößen und angemessenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sehr gelungene Architektur der neuen angebauten Räume mit großer Fensterfront und Blick ins Grüne, im renovierten Innenbereich bequeme Möblierung. Gemütlicher, teilweise überdachter Außenbereich und großer Auslauf für Kinder mit Spielplatz. Sehr empfehlenswert, Reservierung von Vorteil.

Wir waren heute mit 12 Personen zum Geburtstagsessen im Almstüble. Sehr gutes, qualitativ hochwertiges Essen und ansprechend angerichtet. Preis/Leistung gerechtfertigt. Schönes Ambiente in modernem Schwarzwaldstyle. Wir bekamen einen Tisch mit Panorama Glasfront und Sicht auf die verschneite Landschaft. Genügend Platz für den Stehempfang und außerdem: sehr freundliches, aufmerksames und herzliches Servicepersonal. Kann man nur empfehlen!

Das Essen war sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht, teils etwas gestresst. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und modern. Mit Minibar, TV und ein kleinem Balkon lässt es sich gut aushalten.
