An absolute insider tip in Oberkirch! The small Italian delicatessen “Lui et lei” on the church square, run by the friendly and authentic owners Roberto and Natascha, is a real gem. With their warmth and passion, the two manage to bring a piece of Italy to Oberkirch. The selection of delicatessen products is great, and the catering and daily changing lunch menu are great - perfect for any occasion. Particularly worth mentioning are the regular evening events with live music and excellent drinks, which are always a special experience. A highlight are the freshly prepared bocadillos and the breakfast - incredibly tasty and made with a lot of love. Everything is just right here: great atmosphere, great food and a host couple who make every visit unforgettable. Absolute recommendation!

We were there on Holy Saturday. Unfortunately we didn't reserve, but there was still a table for two...the only one. The owner is super personable and very friendly. The staff is attentive and friendly as well as helpful. We had grilled liver and lamb. Absolutely gorgeous!!! Very tasty, juicy, with Greek herbs. Absolutely recommended. We would love to come back. Then we reserve in advance ;-) Thank you for the nice end to the day. Addendum: we ate there again on Sunday April 9th, 2025. As always, the staff is super friendly and quick. The boss is still the best host in Oberkirch and the surrounding area. This time there were various starters, followed by liver and a mixed grill plate. As always, very tasty. Thank you for the nice end to the weekend.

Perfectly located for local day trips. Everything was excellent...the room, the food, the service and especially the innkeepers. We are already planning a return trip.

The food tasted very good. The restaurant also has a terrace. Our room was very clean. The bathroom is large and, in addition to the shower, also has a bathtub. Dogs are allowed. The hotel is located on a street, which is not very busy. Behind the hotel there are orchards, strawberry fields and of course vineyards. If you walked a few meters towards the fruit trees/vineyards, you could hear the most beautiful birdsong in the evening. We didn't have any bikes with us. But there were a lot of cyclists on the bike paths, so I assume that people like to use them. Strasbourg is only 30 minutes away and is a really worth seeing city.
