The food is very good. Service good!

Went there for the first time for a steak dinner with friends on Thursday. Service excellent, food steak with braised onions and fries and side salad, portion more than sufficient. Wishes are gladly implemented. Price-performance ratio normal. Suitable for the disabled (wheelchair), disabled parking space and disabled toilet available.

We were allowed to order three minutes before the end, the service was very friendly and quick. The team prepared a lovely evening for us at such short notice and on top of that, everything from the tarte flambée to the schnitzel with green sauce tasted fantastic.

Ordered via wolt. Never arrived. Placed the order to keep money but no food was delivered. That's just outrageous...

The atmosphere and music were great! The DJ from the evening played great music, we all had the evening of our lives 🎉

Food Was ok. But I was expecting more. I could not recommend to go eat here. Atmosphere is cozy and clean. Best Part was the girl who served food and drink. She was very friendly and nice.

Unfortunately we cannot recommend it. Unfortunately, the service at the champagne reception at our wedding did not meet our expectations at all. Despite repeated consultations in advance about the time and scope of the champagne reception, the first drinks were only served after asking and not in sufficient quantities. Very disappointing considering the unique nature of our wedding and the prices involved. To date, there has been no response to our email requesting comment. What a shame!

Rooms are really nice. Bathroom clean, breakfast very plentiful, something for everyone. Staff very friendly.

The food was super tasty. Chicken schnitzel with ofeffer cream sauce was buttery tender. The fries were nice and crispy, the salad was freshly prepared and the dressing was tasty. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant. Nice decoration and the lady who served us was very friendly and efficient. We'll be back! Thank you! 🍀

Totally pretty restaurant with a beautiful outdoor area for the summer and cozy indoor area for the winter. The service was lovely, just like the boss. The food was super tasty, had a very nice time here, can only recommend it! 💐💕⭐️

Unfortunately, overall quite sobering. The service staff is extremely slow and anything but motivated. At dinner we had to walk from the table to the counter three times and ask if we could be served again. The meal, simple pasta, took over an hour. The indifferent explanation was that there was also room service. Sorry, the guest is not interested. The same sad service experience at breakfast. Tables are not cleared and the selection is really sobering compared to other 4*S hotels! Both in the selection and in the presentation. Sorry. This doesn't need to be repeated. At lunch it can be said that you get a very similar picture. The food is really very good, anything else would be a lie. You can cook here without a doubt, unfortunately the service ruins the overall impression by staying away from the tables. Dishes are left standing again and the guests run to the bar because they can't get anything else to drink. The better cafeteria atmosphere is also in need of improvement. Just why? It is a pity.

Child-friendly in summer and winter thanks to the playground and play area. The food is varied and interesting (always something new and different), the quality and taste of it is variable. I think the prices are too high for the portions. It's good for a change and is nice on the banks of the Main in summer, but it's not our first choice on the banks of the Main because it's too expensive. But the child is always happy about the playground)))

Formerly a great restaurant with a nice atmosphere and great, high-quality food. Now there is a new, very reduced and Greek-style menu from which I can eat almost nothing due to allergies. Therefore it is no longer my restaurant, which is a shame. Update: I gave three stars for the service, even though I was treated unfriendly when I asked about allergy-friendly dishes. Now the extremely unfriendly reaction to my comment, hence an adjusted rating regarding service, which unfortunately also affects the ambience. The rooms are still nice and I HAD a good time there. Therefore 1 star.
