Very good food, great ambience, very good service

Went there for the first time for a steak dinner with friends on Thursday. Service excellent, food steak with braised onions and fries and side salad, portion more than sufficient. Wishes are gladly implemented. Price-performance ratio normal. Suitable for the disabled (wheelchair), disabled parking space and disabled toilet available.

Ordered via wolt. Never arrived. Placed the order to keep money but no food was delivered. That's just outrageous...

The atmosphere and music were great! The DJ from the evening played great music, we all had the evening of our lives 🎉

The food was very tasty and the service was great, even though it was absolutely full. The portions are large and the price-performance ratio is right. When we're back in town, we want to go back. Small deduction, we sat in the lower area. We were told that the doors would be closed. Unfortunately the heating wasn't on, just the patio heaters.

Unfortunately we cannot recommend it. Unfortunately, the service at the champagne reception at our wedding did not meet our expectations at all. Despite repeated consultations in advance about the time and scope of the champagne reception, the first drinks were only served after asking and not in sufficient quantities. Very disappointing considering the unique nature of our wedding and the prices involved. To date, there has been no response to our email requesting comment. What a shame!

Unfortunately, overall quite sobering. The service staff is extremely slow and anything but motivated. At dinner we had to walk from the table to the counter three times and ask if we could be served again. The meal, simple pasta, took over an hour. The indifferent explanation was that there was also room service. Sorry, the guest is not interested. The same sad service experience at breakfast. Tables are not cleared and the selection is really sobering compared to other 4*S hotels! Both in the selection and in the presentation. Sorry. This doesn't need to be repeated. At lunch it can be said that you get a very similar picture. The food is really very good, anything else would be a lie. You can cook here without a doubt, unfortunately the service ruins the overall impression by staying away from the tables. Dishes are left standing again and the guests run to the bar because they can't get anything else to drink. The better cafeteria atmosphere is also in need of improvement. Why? It's a shame.

Rooms are really nice. Bathroom clean, breakfast very plentiful, something for everyone. Staff very friendly.

Very tasty Alpine dishes. I had the crusty roast with bread dumplings and Bavarian cabbage from the Sunday menu... Great, can only be recommended. Sufficient portions. Price/performance is right.
