Very tasty ramen, I tried the surf n turf and was very impressed!

After surviving two days of stomach chaos, I needed a meal that could restore my faith in food — and Ramen Bar Takezo delivered. The broth? Liquid gold. The pork belly? So tender I almost cried. And the butter on top? Pure genius. On top of that, the service was super quick and the staff were genuinely friendly — you can tell they care about both the food and the people eating it. If you need a bowl of ramen that will comfort your soul and your stomach at the same time, this is the place. Consider me a loyal fan — I’d fly back to Cologne just for this.

It's a delicious ramen shop. I ordered all of their signature chicken paitan ramen, but I think the chicken chashu could have had more flavor. Personally, I prefer the noodles at the Düsseldorf restaurant. The soup and meatballs were delicious.
