Zusammen mit einem guten Asahi oder Sake ist es wirklich der perfekte ort mit freunden einen tollen Abend zu haben ♥️

Greatest ramen in Cologne so far! I discovered the shop by chance while walking past, just on some side street in Cologne. Gyoza with yuzu is excellent and the broth is addictive. Everyone who loves ramen should go!!!

A little hidden away, you can get very good ramen here. After initial communication difficulties with the staff, everything went quite quickly. The ambience gives you a snack bar feeling. Card payment is super easy.

Delicious chicken karaage and seems to be homemade, tasty and generous. However, you should know that the main dish is ramen. Mine was disappointing, the egg is excellent but that's the only positive point. The broth not good, soft seaweed, tasteless chicken and seaweed as well as normal meatballs. I recommend the hot sauce available which adds an important element to the ramen. Do not sit at the entrance to the restaurant, lots of flies. I've had better ramen. PS: the restaurant is run by real Japanese.

Unfortunately, the ramen here wasn't that convincing... one of the creamy ramens had an extremely pungent sesame flavor and was unfortunately not at all spicy, even though it was labeled as Spicy on the menu. Unfortunately, the clear ramen had relatively little flavor and didn't have a nice, strong broth like you normally expect with ramen. Unfortunately, the chicken meat that was included in the ramen had no taste. Maybe the other dishes here are better. The staff was really nice.

After arriving by train in Cologne, I walked straight to the restaurant. Approximately 15-20 minutes walk. Although there was still a lot going on after 8 p.m. there were free seats. The service was quick and very friendly. The menu is clear and still offers a good selection. I ordered a cold oolong tea. Tastes very good and refreshing. The main course is Spicy Nouko with egg. The level of spiciness “normal” is pleasant and rather slightly spicy. Hot probably isn't extremely hot either. Probably would have been a better choice for me. The egg was unfortunately forgotten at first, but was quickly added and was a significant asset. Overall very tasty! At under €20 for a drink and main course, I think the price is reasonable to affordable. The family-run restaurant has a great and authentic atmosphere in which you immediately feel at home. I definitely want to come back.

During my lunch breaks I like to go to Tokyo Ramen Takeichi in Cologne at regular intervals. So far I haven't been disappointed once with the quality of the food or the service. What I've tried so far: Vegetarian (creamy) ramen with egg, vegetarian gyoza, shrimp gyoza, takoyaki, warm green tea. Everything always tastes very fresh and delicious. Another positive thing to note is that this is a truly authentic Japanese ramen restaurant. At that time there were still problems with the ventilation (you always smelled of grease when you ate there) - but that has now become unnecessary. Personally, I think the prices are completely reasonable. In my opinion one of the best ramen restaurants in Cologne.

Super good. Had the fried chicken, ramen with creamy chicken soup, rice and curry, sake. All were excellent. Definitely recommend.

Nice food. Tokyo in Dusseldorf is a little better than this one. Nothing that compromises the experience. The service was OK.

Very small and understaffed with inexperienced young students. The cook uses his bare hands to pick up ingredients and doesn’t wear anything to keep his hair from falling. The interior feels run down and generally dirty. Poor ventilation makes the air stuffy and unpleasant. Loud and unpleasant music.

The shop impresses with authentic, tasty broths and perfectly prepared noodles. The friendly service and cozy ambience make it a must for ramen lovers. Highly Recommended!

The best ramen experience I have had. You can walk-in and order a hot and spicy ramen dish of your choice. The momos are amazing too. The right spice for Asians specifically because spice perfection is difficult here. Very humble staff and the ambience is okay for the midnight snack. The washrooms are tidy as well.

In itself a great restaurant. But a big problem is the menus we had were going to Aussenander and the language was only in Japanese and English. Since it is a Japanese restaurant BUT is based in Germany, the menu should contain at least one German language. Nationality or not. Therefore only 4/5 stars!

This tiny restaurant is tucked in a corner between two small streets, but it's a gem of a find if you enjoy Ramen soup. Their soup base is made by boiling down chicken bones and cartilage, so the soup is thick and naturally creamy, full of collagen. Absolutely recommended. The restaurant is very small, and you go there for the food, not for some pretentious ambience... However, if you are looking for the nostalgic ambience of a no-nonsense street-side eatery in Tokyo, you are in luck. If you are driving, park at the nearby Parkhaus and walk the rest of the way.

The Ramen was as delicious as its sibling restaurant in Düsseldorf. The spicy chicken Ramen was actually really spicy! Karaage was crispy, juicy and tasteful. The only downside is that the ambience is not as beautiful as other stores. Still, very recommended!

The food is really really good. I had ramen with soy. My partner had just been to Tokyo and was so impressed with ramen. I'm here in Cologne for a few days and chose this restaurant after I saw in the city that there was Japanese food here. Feel free to try it out 😋

The best ramen in Cologne, eaten and tried it for the first time last year when we moved to neighboring Cologne and we keep coming back. Incredibly delicious, our children love it too, fresh and prepared straight away. Small restaurant, but worth the wait for a free seat. The prices are ok and each ramen has a completely different taste! If you want to eat good ramen, you definitely have to come here!

For me the best ramen ever! The toppings are really good, especially the pickled egg is so incredibly tasty and always has the perfect consistency! The side dishes are really good too. I can recommend the garlic oil to anyone who wants that extra kick.

It seems quite authentic here, it's cozy, you shouldn't attach great importance to cleanliness, there's definitely room for improvement. No soap in the toilet. The food is very tasty, it was my first ramen. Only English is spoken, could be a bit difficult if you have questions. I would go again.

Nice for lunch with decent price! The service was quick and friendly. The soup was a bit vicious and thick rather than creamy. But maybe this is the traditional Japanese way. I will definitely try next time the normal non-creamy soup base! :)

The two of us had three appetizers and two ramen. The taste was okay at best and rather bland. Ambience is old and sticky. There is a second star for the good and friendly service. We paid €65 and are not at all satisfied with the price-performance ratio. We cannot understand the good reviews.

We've been there several times. The ramen is delicious, but unfortunately the price-performance ratio isn't quite right. The portions are small compared to other ramen shops in Cologne. The staff is not the usual Japanese friendly, but very distant and you have the feeling that you are just being handled.

It was a good ramen, but I expected more. The night before, there were people waiting for tables, so I assumed it was going to be great. Many Japanese restaurants around, so expected great. Had to pay extra for an egg on my ramen, not an extra egg, just an egg. I would probably try a different ramen place around the area before coming back.

Tokyo Ramen TAKEICHI Köln is a Japanese ramen restaurant that I was very pleasantly surprised by. Very good ramen!!! Great starters and typical Japanese desserts. The service is good. The food is served relatively quickly and you don't have to wait long after placing your order. The attentiveness of the staff is great. Taste: Just like in Japan. Great!

Tokyo Ramen is one of my favorite places in Cologne. The food is highly recommended and the team is always friendly and open. The space is a bit cramped here and there, but that is due to the conditions of the location. From my side, a visit is always recommended!

This is the fifth time we've ordered here and each time we asked for no onions in the ramen, and every time the ramen came with onions... That's a shame, because otherwise it tastes very tasty, but we won't order again because of that .

I can't understand the other reviews at all. The cards are falling apart and the atmosphere is uncomfortable. The highlight was dumplings fried in old fat. I ordered chicken pockets and they came with vegetarian ones. Complaint not possible, nothing eaten and money back asked for €5.80. Got nothing, refused, rude. Next to the McDonalds in Nippes, the worst store I've been to in Cologne for 10 years. I'm really pissed off.

Great food - very worn furniture

The meat used in this ramen is all chicken, which is different from other ramen that uses pork. This is one of its characteristics. Another thing that I find surprising is that the fried food is very delicious. I ordered fried chicken and fried squid. They are both fresh and you can feel the juices gushing out the moment you bite them. It is delicious.

The tori paitan broth here is good. If you are looking for the broth rather than the Daehakro ramen sensibility of German-style Japanese ramen. Is it impossible to eat tonkotsu in Germany?

Damn!!! A real authentic Ramen in Köln!!! Finally no need to drive all the way to D'dorf. The service is sincere. The young man was very kind, helpful and friendly. I felt like he was my brother. Super Ramen! Kleines lokal mit asiatischem Imbissflair. Esse immer Ramen, kleine Karte, aber sehr lecker!

Laden ist sehr voll zu Stoßzeiten, aufgrund dessen muss man teilweise bis zu 10 min und bei Reservierungen länger warten. Service ist sehr schnell, kompetent und dazu auch aufmerksam. Kaarage Takoyaki sind knusprig aussen und innen zart, die servierte Mayonnaise ist nicht zu geschmacksintensiv passt aber perfekt zu den Kaarage. Die klare Shoyu Ramen brühe ist geschmacksintensiv jedoch schmecken die "Special"- und normalen Beilagen, bis auf die Nori-Blätter verhältnismäßig Sanft. Die Nudeln sind in ihrer härte und länge definitiv ausgewogen und blenden sich mit der Brühe ein. Letztlich ist etwas zu viel Zwiebel enthalten.Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist im Gegensatz zu anderen Ramen Restaurants in Köln wie zum Beispiel Takumi oder Takezo aber auch momotaro durchschnittlich wenn nicht günstiger und die Portionen sind gleich groß, satt werden ist demnach durchaus möglich. Im Hintergrund läuft Japanische Musik und die Innenausstattung erscheint beinahe etwas zu japanisch, was nichts schlechtes für Kulturliebhaber bedeutet. Insgesamt sind die Shoyu Ramen in klar und die Kaarage Takoyaki empfehlenswert. Sogar Kimchi ist im Menü enthalten für Liebhaber der Südkoreanischen Küche. Wünschenswert wäre zudem dass die Sojasoße am Tisch liegen würde und nicht vorne an der Bedienung. Gerne wieder

Immer sehr Leckere Ramen und freundliche Bedienung

Aufgrund der Rezensionen hier wollte ich mein erstes Mal Ramen unbedingt bei Tokyo Ramen Takeichi probieren, jedoch war es zu voll um vor Ort noch einen Platz zu bekommen, es wartete bereits eine Schlange vor dem Geschäft, es gab leider auch nur wenige Sitzplätze, alles sehr klein gehalten. Ich wollte allerdings nicht ohne wieder gehen, also bestellten wir zum mitnehmen. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren sehr bemüht und freundlich 👍 Natürlich ist es von der Optik her nicht wie vor Ort, aber geschmacklich wirklich sehr lecker 🤩 Wir hatten Ramen mit Ei, Fleisch und Miso und alles wurde relativ schnell zubereitet und wir konnten es heiß im Hotel genießen. Leider waren die Takoyaki bereits ausverkauft, aber wenn wir wieder in Köln sein sollten, kommen wir bestimmt nochmal vorbei 🤗

Hier gibt es sehr leckere Ramen auf reiner Hähnchen-Basis. Besonders lecker fanden wir die Spicy Ramen. Die Portionen sind auch großzügig. Einzigen Abzug gibt es für die Location - insgesamt sehr eng, Tische und Stühle eher alt und klapprig. Die Toiletten müssen zudem unbedingt gereinigt werden..

Das Essen war so lecker!! Wir hatten Gyoza als Vorspeise und TantanMen Ramen als Hauptspeise bestellt. Der Service war super, das Essen kam so schnell und die Atmosphäre wie in Asien, gemütlich in einem kleinen Lokal in einer Seitenstraße. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

I enjoyed all three starters and the ramen. The food was authentic and delicious. I personally liked the spicy broth (my friend had it) more than the miso one because it’s more flavorful and tangy.

Kleiner Laden einer japanischen Kette mit Garküche, fast wie in Asien, aber natürlich mit deutschen Standards. Die Atmosphäre ist ok, aber sie lädt nicht ein, stundenlang hier zu verweilen. Der Service ist bemüht und eher zurückhaltend und kühl. Das Essen ist perfekt, die Suppe wahnsinnig gehaltvoll mit tollen Einlagen, die man mit Toppings individuell ergänzen kann. Alle Produkte in diesem Geschäft sind auf Hähnchenbasis gekocht.

Süßes kleines, aber gemütliches Restaurant, mit Flair von authentischem japanischem Streetfood. Die Speisen werden frisch zubereitet und sind super lecker, ein wahrer Genuss. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

After travelling Japan for a few months, I came back to Cologne and somehow every japanese kitchen felt wrong or odd. Not with this one, I felt back in Tokyo with a good noodle mouth feeling, an amazing broth, great service. While the choice options may be a little low (chicken/veggie/vegan), this only emphasizes, that the kitchen is very confident in their skill, which they definitely should be!

Super leckere Rahmen und leckere verschiedene Tee Sorten. Sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt auch 2-3 Vegane Rahmen, die sehr lecker sind. Leider ein sehr kleines Restaurant ( ca 14 Personen können gleichzeitig platznehmen ) aber sehr gemütlich und man fühlt sich sehr wohl dort. Sehr gerne wieder😍

My boyfriend was absolutely crazy about the food, he kept ordering more and more, but as a seafood lover, i was little disappointed about the limited seafood options. But the food is still good, like you can't complain! EXPECIALLY the fried chicken.

퀠른에서 일본식 라멘 유명하다고 해서 찾아갔는데 찾기도 힘들고 도로변에 테이블이 좁고 불안하다. 맛은 정말 형편없다. 누구든지 가면 후회한다.

Went there for a Ramen alone and it did not disappoint. The service was kind and I was able to pay with card. The place is not too small and it has good vibes. There is also a small selection of Japanese beer and sake. Overall, the place is kind of medium-pricey but for the taste of the food, it's justified.

Ein sehr toller Spot für authentische japanische Ramen. Die Nudeln haben uns besonders gut geschmeckt. Der Service war außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich wie in Japan. Ich hatte die Miso Chicken Ramen und Karaage. Die Suppe war mir persönlich einen Ticken zu salzig, aber die Nudeln waren dafür umso besser und alles in allem war es sehr sehr gut (meckern auf hohem Niveau). Den anderen hat es auch sehr gut geschmeckt, sie hatten Tan Tan Mien und die cremige vegetarische Variante. Abends ist es recht voll, man muss eventuell kurz warten. Die Mitarbeitenden tun aber alles, um die Gäst*innen nicht lange warten zu lassen.

Total tolles Ambiente. Zwar klein, aber super liebes und verrücktes Personal. :D denn Koch kann man zusehen. Trotz stressiger Phasen hat er gute Laune, tanzt und macht leckereres Essen. Edamame kamen warm und lecker salzig an. Die Ramen waren ebenso toll, bloß habe ich bei der Wahl meiner Suppe meinen Geschmack nicht ganz getroffen. Mit Sea Salt bestellt und war leider daneben gegriffen. Dennoch gegessen und genossen ☺️. Allem in allem glücklich rausgegangen. Vielen Dank an das liebe Team für die Zubereitung der Speisen und den Service!

Real Japanese Ramen! Hot and Delicious!

Had a great time coming here with my friend. Service was fast and the food was outstanding. Better than anything else I've had in Germany before. The vegetarian creamy broth was so delicious, highly recommend going here if you want great food in a cozy atmosphere.

スープの味わい深い細麺のラーメン。美味しく頂きました。近くの中華で食べた麺があまりも少なくて満足出来なかったので、中華食べた後に帰り道で出会った武一さんで更にラーメン頂きました。お勧めします！
