Takumi is always a good choice, especially this one. The signature frames are highly recommended.

Very nice place with tasty ramen. The "limited" ramen with extra long-cooked broth was really tasty, and we also liked the takoyaki. Everything was cooked pretty fast, and soundtracks from Ghibli's movies were a nice and fitting background.

Nice restaurant, with many varieties of ramen. On both the vegan and chicken menus there is the possibility to choose the type of broth. Friendly staff, they speak English and are available to explain the dishes, helping you with your choice. The decor is really nice, the entrance is very nice with paper lanterns indicating the presence of Japanese food. Maybe a dear thread.

A small corner in Cologne where you can taste good ramen without too many pretensions. The environment is not very large but it is welcoming and the waitress was really nice to us but without being intrusive. English is also spoken. Ramen requires knowing how to choose because the flavors are very different: it went well for me, but for my girlfriend a little less.

The food was very tasty and authentic. The restaurant was very nicely designed, you felt comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Very happy again!

As the name indicates, this second Takumi offers ramen with chicken and vegan broth. Particularly refreshing in summer try. Shoyu yuzu ramen with a dash of white pepper and chilli oil is highly recommended. Friendly and fast service. A perfect addition to Belgischer Viertel and Ehrenfeld.

Very tasty food and nice atmosphere!

If you're not yet convinced that vegan food can be delicious, you should definitely eat here! The service was also very accommodating and for fans of Studio Ghibli, the ambience is a dream thanks to the music! I will definitely come back on my next trip to Cologne.

The highlight of our trip to Cologne! The food was soooo good! There were four of us and we all ate ramen, but different types. Everyone enjoyed it very much. As a starter we treated ourselves to the octopus balls and they were also very tasty. The homemade iced tea is also recommended. I found it particularly nice that the music from the Ghibli films (Japanese classical music) could be heard during our visit. Unfortunately we were only visiting Cologne, otherwise we would eat here regularly. We are really looking forward to our next visit to Cologne and Takumi!

The best vegan ramen we had in a long time, easily competes with ramens we tried in Japan. The staff was extremely friendly and even came to show us the name of the song in the background when they saw us Shazaming it, which was rather cute. Make sure to also try the housemade ice tea, if you have an opportunity!✨️

sat outside, nice corner in summer because relatively quiet for the Belgian Quarter. Delicious homemade iced tea, ramen was tasty and solid. Team is super nice and attentive. We grew one more person during the meal and immediately brought a chair :) super uncomplicated! Will definitely come back!

It was really great. I had the curry once two years ago and it was delicious. This time I was here with my friend and the ramen was hearty and lovingly prepared and the service was really nice. Will definitely come back. So far I've only heard positive things and had a positive experience.

I found it very tasty there again. So far I have found the vegan miso soups and the gyozas the best, they are super tasty and leave nothing to be desired for me. The prices are high but you get a very large portion.

I think the Chicken & Vegan Takumi is even more beautifully decorated than the Takumi on the rings. The quality is top as always! The Surf & Turf Signature Ramen is also available here.

It's great that you have so many vegetarian options. My ramen had few ingredients, but still tasted good. But a bit overpriced at around 18 euros.

I went there for ramen and ordered shoyu ramen with chicken + extra spiciness. Ramen was quite good but is not my number one in Cologne. But it's definitely worth a visit. I will definitely go there again and I liked that this shop is focused on chicken and vegan. I really liked that :)

Takoyaki and the vegan ramens we tried were amazing. We especially like the white tantan vegan ramen, the curry croquettes give richness to the mixture. Although the tomato was a bit out of place in my opinion to be honest. Serving time could be improved, especially for the appetizer (takoyaki).

You often have to wait in line on weekends, but it's worth it. The food is super tasty, there is enough vegan selection and the atmosphere is great.

Takumi in Cologne offers a great selection of vegan ramen and side dishes. The noodles are perfect and the gyoza is nice and crispy. Definitely worth a visit!

(The surprise is a ballpoint pen...) The location is very nicely decorated, but a bit too crowded with tables, so you can't have a good conversation with other people. The staff was quick and friendly. The meaty gyoza is very good as a starter. The non-vegan miso soup was very tasty, perhaps a little spicy, but still very good. There were only a few side dishes in the soup (pak choi and menma), which was a bit of a shame, but the miso still tasted good. In our experience, the Creamy White Tan Tan (not vegan) cannot be found anywhere else in Cologne, very tasty and unique. Of course, the karage becomes a little soft in the soup, but it tasted very good.

Was there as a passerby and had to go to the toilet. I asked very politely if I could use the toilet as an exception because it was urgent. Unfortunately I was denied this, even when I offered €2. Very unfriendly and a shame! Will avoid the store in the future!

The ramen is really nothing special, 3 pieces of meat is a disgrace for the price, but especially when the waitress tells you there is a lot of meat. At the checkout we were told this was normal, you would have to order toppings - so expect to pay €18-21 per person. for a main course without drinks and starters/desserts to fill you up. There are displays on the tables that say that if you rate the restaurant you get something for free, by then a lot was clear to us!

Very good ramen and I really enjoyed my date there with my wife on the terrace. Perfect place for summer nights, just make sure Cologne is not playing that day, because you will have hella annoying fans drunk and shouting around on the streets.

Pleasantly authentic Japanese ramen restaurant. We didn't have to wait on a Friday evening, were served quickly by 2 very nice service staff and were able to eat our fill 🩷 It's great that there is a choice for vegans and meat eaters 👍

Service was nice, food came quickly, but I personally didn't think the value for money or quality was that good. I've been to several ramen restaurants in Cologne and found this to be the weakest. Broth tasted way too strongly of soy, really not that good, noodles were good but you have to order toppings, which is really expensive. You sit very tightly. We didn't find my friend's ramen that tasty either. It tasted very watery.
